Between the various content creators out there, my QSMP blogging will likely be most revolving around Philza's character and how he is involved in lore. [This does not mean that I will only have predictions about Philza. - I watch a lot of POV's] I have been a long time Crow but from an outside perspective. I was never really into MCYT content back in the day but I saw a lot of it in passing and mostly only consumed Philza or Techno content. QSMP was the deep end apparently as it's all my brain has room for these day's. (Thus is the nature of hyper fixations) All this being said. I have a lot of thoughts about Philza's character and how he is connected to the QSMP. Sure, he's not the most exciting to watch and has spent quite a bit of time on the server simply caring for his children. The kind man up on the wall. But amongst the crow's this is simply just the surface level to the types of characters Philza tends to play as. The most important quality he carries is "Less is more" Philza doesn't ever show all of his cards. He's honest yet he's careful with what he says and how he says it. He's hyper aware of his actions and how they can have lasting effects on others and the world around himself. This is carried over from his past SMP's and lifetimes within hardcore. Every action has a reason that is decided on in a split second. We all have seen Etoiles react to Philza's movements and how he praises the way phil plays the game in all aspects, but Etoiles isn't wrong. Philza moves with purpose, every step, turn, glance, zoom and shift is done with intention. Though he himself is unaware of how subconscious this is. Phil is ALWAYS aware of what is going on. At the risk of death, he cannot afford to miss a detail. Hardcore is the main cause of this. At any moment, something could kill you if you're not careful and Philza has this mentality so baked into him that it's second nature. We joke that he's got a bird brain but really the high ground prevents most mobs from reaching you. A height advantage gives him the chance to react first if forced into a combat situation. A chance to escape if he wished it. He doesn't stay still as being stationary makes you an easy target. All of this really just comes down to experience with the game. Philza has consistently played minecraft for many years and this veteran status provides him a level of game sense that few others carry. He's not the number 1 PVP player or the greatest builder of all time. He's not the number one Parkour player or the best MCC competitor. However, He is good at all of these things. He is a jack of all trades with a mastery of the Elytra. This makes him a force to behold and there are many players on the QSMP who have not see him at his full potential. I am excited to see how things progress and I am certain i share the consensus with many other crows. One day, Philza will have his wing's back and it'll be an entirely different ballgame for the QSMP. I do get the sensation we may see wing's sooner rather than later. The admins really seem to be referencing his "Grounded" status a lot and from past observation, the team doesn't just poke fun without underlying reasons. I'll end my rambling here.

Turning over the egg communications, alien structures, and the concrete.

It's rambling and excessively long as usual, so have a break:

If we're thinking that the codes 'count' as residents...maybe ARE residents, transformed into that shape? Whatever force transformed them would be 'something stronger than the codes' that the federation was worried about.

Current favored theory lines that the reason the codes are so staunchly anti-fed is because the federation was experimenting on them. IE, they were transformed residents, which was an effect of the federation's actions. A perfectly reasonable assumption while we were under the impression that the island is mostly isolated and abandoned, and the federation is the only real extant organization.

It's becoming increasing clear this was a false assumption.

--The codes are sentient, organized/ing, and recruiting. It's not residents, federation, and mobs on quesadilla island now. We have a second faction.

--The comic introduces the idea of THREE differently aligned factions. Gold, white, and black. Whether these are representative of group and organizations, or the gold dwindled to one person, and black was always singular, or the majority of gold switched allegiance to white: three separate factions.

--We're seeing an increasing amount of dissent in the ranks within the federation. While we suspect them of mindwiping, memory erasures and alterations, personality adjustment, dream manipulation, it's clearly not quite as comprehensive as we feared. Perhaps like cult brainwashing, it needs consistent attention and reinforcement? Exposure to outside influences weakens it's effects? In any case, the federation is not quite the faceless unified monolith we once feared. Our streamers may not be the only infiltrated workers, Fred may not be the only one distrusting their fellows. There may very well be scattered lone wolf agents, a separate resistance/revolution group, or another yet unknown faction entirely. The general population on the island has exploded, not just the number of mobs or streamers.

I had been thinking of the black concrete trails as being natural phenomenon...or, well, supernatural. But not something with intent and malice. A side effect of some other action involving strange and esoteric dimensional physics. Or perhaps the early warning signs of an impending natural disaster. But...

There IS some force around with intent and malice. 'Something evil here'. And maybe it's my crow bias, but I'm inclined to believe Tallulah is picking up on Vibes. Dragon magic, future spirit guide, angst admin, and general slay queen. She knows things ;p. And she likes to think well of people--her assigning something malevolence without good reason just doesn't sit well with me. So, in my book she's picking up on something, and her gut instinct is good.

So something evil, more powerful than the codes. Something capable of transforming the world the way the concrete does (especially if as a side effect!) could perhaps transform people--overcoming their original forms would definitely be considered overpowering. The codes could be blaming the federation for disturbing or unleashing it, or perhaps are just seeing them about to repeat a historical mistake and are trying to prevent it?

In the comic, gold group was studying a black object. It didn't begin to crack (break? open? corrupt?) until after they approached it. The scene where one is depicted with open eyes, watching it, is when the cracks appear. More exist in the scene where it is surrounded by their observation devices.

It seems to imply that they are at fault for the change, rather than them discovering an already in process transformation.

The room and fixtures were all the same black as the object. They all seem to belong together, like that is their natural state. And in the back of the room is a shield of a design reminiscent of the code shield carried by Etoiles...specifically an unbroken version lacking 'code corruption'.

If the object cracking open spilled corruption...the shield would be caught in the blast. If that corruption resulted in the shield we see today, that energy could turn our golden observers into the codes, as we know them?

Flash forward to today.

Gold group studying the black orb--mirrors federation studying the black concrete (and 'pieces of the world') in the freezer complex.

And now concrete structures, connected to the codes, are showing up with snowy tops... Snow--ice, cold?

And we have evidence that the federation has been involved with human experimentation, and with cryogenics. Are they continuing/resuming study on the black object? Using experimental subjects as proxies to study it? And discovered ice/cold inhibits the corruption response?

They're doing something that requires a LOT of water, and using it to cool something (water reports evidence, if I'm recalling it correctly). A corruption that has escaped containment could be a reason for that.

So what was IN that object?

Just power? Literally corrupting light/radiation? Or is the light merely there to illustrate the opening and spreading power. A sealed object, in a place of importance, in a room of seeming significance, with a handy shield known for it's qualities of unbreaking. When we know a matching sword exists, with similar corruption. Was some threat sealed away, was the object also meant to be as unbreaking as those tools?

Could it be sealing that evil that Tallulah mentioned, that the federation fears, that the eggs instinctually ran from?

Perhaps...the sword and shield defeated it once, and will be needed again. The codes are ramping up and finding/training allies in the fight, and are NOT inclined to work with the federation, as they see them as having been responsible for it's release?

Adalyn almost dropped her papers as she turned to him, her surprise much evident. He... Was curious about her books?

“My works? I... Well, if you'd like to see them, I have a few on my arms—”

She seems a bit surprised at the thought of someone wanting to read her novels. Even if it's in the manor, she can't complain. At least someone is interested!

Before she can give a few of those in her hands, she paused, remembering about it's contents. Right... Is he okay with religion?

“I almost forgot— are you okay with any sort of religion being mentioned? Some of my works have them involved, and their ways are... A bit twisted.”

A small cough, before turning to the papers she has. Some had drabbles she had to write, too...

“If you're okay with that, I can show you a few I've been working on. It's alright if you say no to it— I don't wish to pry much on that matter.”

She offered him a hesitant smile, not wanting to pry much or be pushy to a hunter. Well, even if he is, he looked... Normal. Almost like a survivor.

Nevertheless, she won't let this opportunity go. If he'd like, she can talk to him about some ideas she had— seeing what her readers want is something she would like to do, if she wanted to make sure her works won't get shamed on.

Haikyuu!! was published in 2012 and the manga follows the 2012′s calendar for days and stuff. Which means that the third-years in the manga, are turning 18years old in 2012. So, now, in 2017, it means that Daichi, Suga, Asahi, Oikawa, Iwaizumi, Kuroo, Bokuto… all the third-years are turning 22 years old.

Back before I found out that we are the citizens of L'manberg I had this whole like city and people thing mapped out in my head

Putting it below the cut because holy shit it's a ramble lmao

I had like a whole thing about older l'manbergians who'd survived both Nov 16th and the original independence war having this slight respect for the kids that gradually turned to feared and loyal respect because holy shit these kids are fucking terrifying. So like the old vets always have sayings. From old warnings about Dream to small stories about each of the kids.

Here's examples:

"Beware the smile, lest he carve out your own."

"Charged like lightning, loyal as one can be. Fight with him and earn the power of the sun. Fight against him and face a phoenix."

"Horns born from suppression, broken and scarred. He is himself and fights with the eyes as sharp as his sword.

"Broken and abandoned, with quick hands and a quicker mind. His loyalties are his own, so give him a shield and he'll fight for his allies with words and deception"

"He is neutral at a price. Give it to him and you'll have a sword to point."

"two halves equally loyal. To you or to them is the question. They fight for you not your ideals."

You get the idea.

- There's a unspoken superstition that the closer you are to death, the more unstable you get. Soldiers on their last lives are watched, for none of them want a repeat of Soot

- Younger and newer soldiers pray to Prime alongside Tommy. Older soldiers give their thanks to Sally, and with every fight they leave a sweet berry to flow down the river near l'manberg, for the woman that made their general smile.

- Younger soldiers hear about Soot the Madman. Older soldiers exchange bittersweet stories about General Wilbur. They're more sympathetic to his death and a few of them pay respects to the shrine in L'manhole for there is no official grave. In the same vein, Wil's revival broke a few of the older soldiers. To hear the man you fought for, that some died for, say that he didn't care for the country? It's... Something.

- A few kids grew up with Fundy, but because of his rising mental issues they were pushed away. So they make do in telling funny stories to the younger people to remind them of a time it wasn't all war and death.

- During the construction of New L'manberg, each building had a one single splinter of the L'mantree embedded for good luck. When Doomsday happened and L'mantree was burned, the older soldiers sung the anthem as they slowly pulled out the burnt pieces. Some Snowchester soldiers can see a scrap of bark hung around another's neck. It's a symbol of what they survived. Something none of them will ever forget.

- Niki had assistants in her bakery. Those assistants didn't survive Nov 16th. It's part of the reason the bakery was never rebuilt.

- For the longest time, L'manberg didn't have the technology for prosthetics. Those that lost any limbs were forced to deal with it. With the construction of Snowchester, Tubbo put in a lot of effort into creating prosthetics after his nukes were finished and tested. The very first person to get a prosthetic was a 5 year old girl, who had lost her brother and leg to Doomsday. She had a small claw carved into the shin, because her brother was a wolf hybrid.

- Post Doomsday, many of the remaining L'manbergians didn't go to Snowchester, instead camping in the very edge of the crater. It was these people that help Puffy cover the entire crater in glass

- A few veteran L'manbergians know of Dry waters and although Fundy abandoned it, they kept it in good shape and used it as a space to rest and recuperate or just leave to if they couldn't take the DSMP anymore.

- When Las Nevadas was built, it gained a lot of business at first due to the amount of people wanting to gamble their lives away, since really, what else could they do with their lives? Die?

- Every old Vet warned children of Dream, "beware the smile", they would say. The children laughed at their warnings, knowing the man was in prison. But the vets were haunted with that smile, and they knew. They saw what happened to Captain Innit.

- No prison can keep away the smile

- Because of this, there was a period of time where all the vets were terrified to smile. It reminded them too much of Dream.

- Those that abandoned L'manberg, that originally betrayed the country with Eret were haunted down by the rest of the soldiers, given a gruesome killing that forced Wilbur to make them stand down and isolate them. Making sure to tell his men that this isn't what L'manberg was about. Those same people laugh at what their General became. Taken by the same madness.

- The DSMP had bird hybrid's. Parrot hybrids, Crow hybrid's, Albatross and Falcon hybrids. Hummingbirds and a Robins. None of them had wings by the time L'manberg was formed. The phrase "no flying" engraved on their tongues.

- Newer children fly freely with light laughter. Old hybrid look at them with bitter smiles, either remembering a terrifying admin or a terrified general.

- Wilbur also had wings once.

- He fell just like the rest of them

- Older soliders regard George and Sapnap with anger and distain while the younger flock towards them, asking for tips in training or just stupid stories from the very beginning of when the land was just formed.

- Eventually both gained the older soldiers favor, they saw how Sapnap would coddle General Beloved or Spar with Captain Innit or General Underscore. They saw a shadow of the Old Wilbur as George ruffle Captain Innits hair or poke fun at General Underscore's lack of situational awareness sometimes. It reminded them of good times, despite the two being enemies at one point

- Micheal is watched, everyday and every night. If he is outside, there are people in the trees, outside the mansion. Hybrids under the water. If he is sitting inside, the mansion is covered in every entrance. General Underscore always tries to get them to stand down. It never works.

- They watched 3 children lose their innocences in the independence war. They watched Tubbo and Tommy suffer for the longest time. They've overheard Ranboo mumble to himself. They've seen Fundy roam around without a purpose and Purpled take on stupidly dangerous contracts.

- They will not fail another child

- Sometimes even Ranboo has an escort. The people immediately endeared to him. Various children follow him around and tell him what he forgot and his enderwalking form is especially a hit because he's basically a giant walking cat.
