So happy right now, for my ADF student and friend, who has been aiming to pass the Navy PFA (Physical Fitness Test) since we started training for it, back in August 2019. Today, she’s just passed it, and will next receive her enlistment date, for her Navy Officer training to start in July 2020..💪🏼 At the start, I gave her a fitness program that I knew she’d achieve over time. She stayed mentally strong in her positive attitude, and has now won her entry into the Australian Defence Force..☺️ I know, before she finishes her training, she’ll be an amazing recruit, Navy Officer, and leader.. I’m proud to have been her mentor, as she made her ADF preparations, and I salute her as my friend. Well done Helen P..
