Foods with PROTEIN in the title… . A client of mine just told me about what they were having for breakfast because they had extra protein. . Thats great but is it worth it? . I would say NO. Look at the nutritional breakdown on this protein cereal against this normal one. . You get an extra 8g of protein per 100g, but also get over 20g of extra sugar, less fibre and more salt. . Instead of picking cereal 1 for the extra protein, try adding a serving of healthy lentils to a meal in which you get an extra 12g without all the extra CRAP added too! . Don't believe advertising like this just because something says PROTEIN on the label, doesn’t mean it's healthy.
