big difference between natural beauty vs fitting beauty ideals. beauty ideals r cultural for example desired weight varies across cultures. or modern women desiring a tiny button nose. natural beauty is not abt a single feature & not easy to define bcos its abt the harmony of ur face& how features look in interplay. plastic surgery can only help conform to societal ideals not reach natural beauty which ur either blessed with or not. except for a few cases where one feature is actually throwing off the harmony & a good plastic surgeon will identify it & change it in a way its not noticeable to soemone who hasnt met the person before their surgery. most plastic surgeons are irresponsible & unethical ! they dont consult their patients appropriately bcos they only want money & just give them what they want even when it disrupts the harmony of their facial or body composition which they should dissuade them from since theyre the professional. btw
