WBMR for Jeanne from "Belladonna of Sadness"? I mean, it's supposedly a feminist movie, but Jeanne is constantly raped by the men in her village and then burned as a witch when she gains more respect from the women (except the Baroness, but screw her). She deserved better and to get actual revenge on the Baron.
Wasn’t Jeanne based on the actual Jeanne D’Arc? Because we already have two magical Jeannes in the Magical Girl genre: Kusakabe Maron (Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne), and Tart/Darc (Puella Magi Tart Magica).
Add Belladonna’s Jeanne into the mix, and you got yourself a Holy Trinity (like, LITERALLY holy, as the real Jeanne D’Arc was said to have been guided by the voice of God).
Jeanne is now Princely Maiden Jeanne, S-Rank Magi, Assigned Gemstone is Angel Aura Quartz, Essence is Light/Darkness;
Her Magi Title is a reference to Jeanne’s ephitet: The Maid of Orléans (in french: La Pucelle d’Orléans);
Also, her civilian name is Jeanne Nagayama (she’s of japanese/french heritage and a reference to Jeanne’s japanese voice actor in the movie: Aiko Nagayama);
She was a victim of human traficking, and was almost sold out into a forced marriage. To save herself from such a inhumane fate, she becomes a Magi and starts a riot with the other victims;
Her main goals are to save and protect women from trafficking and abuse, and to defeat the agents and followers of the Witchfinder Organization;
Jeanne’s powers are a harmonious combo of light and darkness (mostly darkness, as she harbours a strong hatred towards those who have wronged her);
Her Magi Form is a fusion between Utena and Anthy’s designs. She is indeed a Revolutionary Girl;
She’s very calm and intelligent, but also approachable and outspoken, and believes that all knowledge is welcome;
And as expected, the women are completely enamoured by her (sword-wielding lesbians, man. Can’t go wrong with them).
