BEST PRICE! WA 0812-3963-0899 | Nusa Penida Day Tours
Tumblr media
Nusa Penida Day Tours | BOOKING! WA +62 812-3963-0899, Nusa Penida Day Tour From Canggu, Nusa Penida Day Tour From Ubud, Nusa Penida Day Tour From Sanur, Nusa Penida Day Tour With Snorkelling.
Nusa Penida is like a vacation within a vacation - step off the beautiful island of Bali and onto Nusa Penida, and you’ll encounter a less trampled Indonesian island steeped in beauty and deep cultural ties. If you’re looking for the best ways to experience this beautiful island, Nusa Penida tours are a must.
Our Nusa Penida tours allow you to experience the sense of freedom that the island still retains with a knowledgeable, local guide to show you local attractions and give you an understanding of the island's history. With breathtaking cliff top views, emerald waters and an authentic, laidback Balinese culture, a Nusa Penida vacation is a must for your bucket list.
Is Nusa Penida safe to visit?
Yes, Nusa Penida is safe to visit, but like many other Indonesian islands, it requires some planning. You can travel here and plan your itinerary, however, booking private Nusa Penida are often the best option if you’re looking for a stress-free way to explore the island - going solo is okay if you plan carefully though! As with any vacation, taking reasonable precautions with suncream, appropriate clothing and keeping your belongings close by can help avoid unfortunate incidents.
Is it expensive to visit Nusa Penida?
Nusa Penida can be expensive to visit if you’re going it alone; with accommodation being more expensive than in Bali and hiring transport being stressful and quite pricey, taking Nusa Penida day tours doesn’t work out much differently from a cost point of view. An all inclusive Nusa Penida tour removes the worry of paying over the odds for boat tickets and entrance fees, with included food and knowledgeable tour guide! If you do want to explore the island for yourself, we’d recommend carefully taking all of the associated costs into account before you jet off!
Is Nusa Penida family-friendly?
Yes! Nusa Penida is a very family-friendly destination if you choose your activities carefully and take everyone’s capabilities into account. You should consider that many of the activities require walking, and some have steep steps down from the cliffs but as long as you’re willing and able, you’ll love experiencing this stunning island as a family, with culture, beautiful views, wildlife and more to discover.

bali trip - day 3.
midway in our trip, today we are going to switch hotel to another place in ubud, so we decided to do some exploring around on the way there. we had our breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which serves the same breakfast menu. this time we waited quite long too, for the food to be served.
we went shopping at kevala ceramics after checking out, this place has a warehouse nearby which sells products with small defects at a discounted price, which is a really good deal. my friend end up buying quite a lot of stuff, if not because of luggage limit, i believe she would get even more. also bought a piece of art glass around ubud area which is really cool as well.
for lunch, we went to warung babi guling pande egi for the famous bali guling dish. the restaurant is popular for the paddy field view but it was all muddy when we arrived. we ordered two of the signature babi guling dish to share since there’s quite a lot. the food taste pretty okay, the pork skin was quite tough to bite though. we bought some pork skin crackers as well which is really addictive.
went to alas harum bali which became the top tourist attraction after rebuild. there’s a coffee store, day club, restaurant, paddy field, huge swing and lots of different photo spot inside, which is quite amazing. entrance fee is required but you can walk around as long as you like and take as much photos as you like. all services do require additional payment though. we went on the big couple swing, which was lots of fun and also got some photos taken. the view is simply amazing, but sometimes you do need to wait for your turn at certain photo spot. if you have a day or half day to spare and just want a good place to chill, this could be an option, although it is quite a pricey spot to visit since everything is catered for tourists.
after our prolonged time at alas harum, we went to satria argowisata for my friend to get some bali coffee, because the ones at alas harum was way too expensive. they do offer the coffee tour to you if you want to know the making process of the famous kopi luwak.
before going to our hotel, we went to warung kintamani for the popular mujair nyat nyat, a fried fish dish with lots of chili paste on top. they serve the fish with rice and beansprout, we also got the chicken version to try. the chili paste is really good, the flavor is so appetizing and the fish is also enjoyable, but it seems the fish size is quite limited, depending on what is available in the kitchen.
after a satisfying dinner, we finally head to our hotel at samsara ubud. the road leading to the hotel gets really narrow and dark but our driver was good and brought us there safely. the hotel staff is super friendly, gave us drinks and snacks while we check in, and also explain all the facilities and activities available, for us to plan our stay for the next 2 days. our villa here is also 2 bedroom, with a big private pool, the room is beautiful and huge and the bathroom is simply amazing. we did notice that the water pressure is kinda low though during our stay.
since we arrived quite late, we just showered and unwind before going to bed for the day.
to be continued...

Why Yoga is More Than Just a Workout Yoga as a Path to Self-Discovery
Tumblr media
In today’s fast-paced world, yoga is often perceived as a physical activity to stretch, strengthen, and tone the body. While yoga undoubtedly offers significant physical benefits, it transcends the realm of mere exercise. At its core, yoga is a holistic practice that unites the body, mind, and spirit, offering profound insights into life and well-being.
For those embarking on their yoga journey, especially through Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, the depth of this ancient discipline becomes evident. Here, we delve into why yoga is more than just a workout and how it transforms lives beyond the mat.
1. The Union of Body, Mind, and Spirit
Unlike conventional workouts that primarily focus on physical fitness, yoga is deeply rooted in the idea of unity. The word "yoga" itself is derived from the Sanskrit root "yuj," meaning to unite or join. Through mindful breathing (pranayama), meditative practices, and asanas (postures), yoga creates harmony between the body, mind, and spirit.
Participants in Yoga Teacher Training Bali, Ubud, quickly realize that asanas are just one of yoga's eight limbs, as outlined in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. The other limbs—such as meditation (dhyana) and ethical disciplines (yamas and niyamas)—help practitioners lead a balanced and fulfilling life.
2. Yoga as a Path to Self-Discovery
Yoga encourages self-awareness and introspection, allowing practitioners to connect with their true selves. It’s not merely about achieving a perfect pose; it’s about embracing the journey of self-improvement and acceptance.
Through practices like Yin Yoga or mindfulness meditation, many discover hidden aspects of themselves, unlocking inner peace and resilience. The transformative journey becomes even more profound when guided by seasoned instructors during an immersive Best Yoga Teacher Training in Bali program.
3. Stress Relief and Mental Clarity
Modern life often brings stress and anxiety, and yoga offers a refuge. Through mindful breathing and meditation, yoga calms the nervous system, reducing stress levels and enhancing mental clarity.
Regular practice strengthens the connection between breath and movement, helping individuals manage their emotions better. This mental clarity is one of the reasons many choose an Affordable Yoga Teacher Training Bali program—not just to become certified teachers but also to achieve personal growth and emotional stability.
4. Spiritual Growth and Connection
For centuries, yoga has been a spiritual practice that fosters a sense of connection to something greater than oneself. This spiritual dimension is evident in the chanting of mantras, meditative silence, and the exploration of ancient texts during a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training in Bali.
This aspect of yoga helps practitioners connect with universal energies, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment. It’s not about adhering to a particular religion; rather, yoga offers a personal spiritual journey unique to each individual.
5. A Lifestyle, Not a Workout
Yoga doesn’t end when you roll up your mat. It’s a lifestyle that influences how you interact with the world, including adopting a more conscious diet, practicing gratitude, and living with intention.
For those who choose Bali—a spiritual haven rich in culture and natural beauty—for their yoga training, the experience is immersive. With serene settings and a nurturing environment, Yoga Teacher Training Bali, Ubud allows participants to embrace yoga as a way of life rather than just a series of poses.
6. Community and Connection
Yoga fosters a sense of community and belonging. Whether attending local classes or joining an international Best Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, practitioners bond over shared experiences and a collective journey of growth.
This sense of connection enriches the practice and creates lifelong friendships. Bali, with its vibrant yoga culture, offers the perfect setting to forge these connections, making every session memorable.
Conclusion Yoga is not just a workout; it’s a transformative journey that nurtures the body, calms the mind, and elevates the spirit. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, stress relief, or a new career path, yoga offers something for everyone. If you’re ready to explore the depth of this practice, consider embarking on a life-changing journey with Affordable Yoga Teacher Training Bali programs. Nestled in the heart of Ubud, Maa Shakti Yog Bali invites you to dive deep into the ancient wisdom of yoga and discover why it’s so much more than just exercise. Transform your life—one breath, one pose, one intention at a time. 🌿

With its lush rice terraces, vibrant art scene, and serene atmosphere, Ubud offers a perfect blend of culture and tranquility. Visit the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, a peaceful nature reserve that doubles as a spiritual site, or explore Tegalalang Rice Terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage site that embodies Bali’s agricultural heritage.

2. Canggu: Surf, Yoga, and Sunset Vibes
Canggu is the ideal spot for yogis who love the ocean. This laid-back coastal town is famous for its surf beaches, bohemian vibe, and vibrant yoga studios. After your yoga practice, unwind at Echo Beach, known for its dramatic black sand and stunning sunsets.
For a taste of Bali’s wellness culture, try local cafes like Shady Shack, offering vegan and organic delights, or visit The Practice, a renowned yoga studio that focuses on traditional Hatha yoga.
3. Mount Batur: Sunrise Trekking and Meditation
An early morning trek to the summit of Mount Batur, an active volcano, is a must for adventure-seeking yogis. Witnessing the sunrise over Bali’s landscape is a meditative experience that will leave you in awe. The trek, though challenging, is manageable for most fitness levels and serves as a great opportunity to connect with nature and practice mindfulness in a unique setting.
Post-trek, relax your muscles in the nearby Toya Devasya Hot Springs, surrounded by panoramic views.
4. Seminyak: A Balance of Luxury and Relaxation
For a touch of luxury during your training, Seminyak is the place to be. This upscale area is home to stylish boutiques, world-class restaurants, and pristine beaches. Treat yourself to a spa day at Bodyworks or enjoy a peaceful sunset yoga session by the beach.
Seminyak also offers a range of beach clubs like Potato Head and KU DE TA, where you can sip on a refreshing coconut and soak in the vibrant atmosphere after a week of intense training.
5. Uluwatu: Cliffside Temples and Ocean Views
Perched on dramatic cliffs overlooking the Indian Ocean, Uluwatu Temple is one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks. This sacred site is perfect for a quiet, reflective visit, allowing you to embrace the spiritual energy of Bali.
