COURTS OF FALLEN ANGELS

Bonjour. Je viens vous présenter le projet sur lequel je travaille et pour lequel deux futures membres ont la gentillesse de me donner de l'aide : COURTS OF FALLEN ANGELS. C'est un forum RPG de fantaisy dérivé tout droit de ACOTAR/ACOMAF ; les deux premiers tomes de la saga. L'intrigue se passe 5 ans après la fin du tome 2, et ne reprend donc pas les évènements du tome 3. Après avoir échoué à détruire le chaudron, Feyre et ses amis sont non seulement séparés mais observent impuissants le Roi d'Hybern prendre le pouvoir et créer le Nouvel Hybern. Prythian est alors devenu le nouveau terrain de jeu d'un haut roi cruel tentant de conquérir la moindre parcelle de territoire restante, autrement dit le territoire mortel. Dans l'ombre, le feu de la rebéllion commence à crépiter et certains groupes s'organisent afin de brûler les fondements de ce pays.

Le forum se veut être un forum à ambiance certes fantaisy mais aussi politique, traitant de sujets pouvant être sensibles. Il est donc réservé à un public averti.

L'univers sera bien mis en place dans diverses annexes permettant aux néophytes de s'intégrer et de comprendre les divers tenants et aboutissants du monde. Aussi, vous avez non seulement la possibilité de créer votre personnage et de l'intégrer au lore mais aussi de jouer les personnages déjà pré-existants de l'univers. Les personnages s'intègreront dans les 7 cours déjà existantes (Printemps, Ete, Automne, Hiver, Aube, Jour et Nuit) plus celle d'Hybern, créée spécialement pour l'occasion. Legend says that Prythian, the realm of the faeries, was once all one united land. But its inhabitants were never able to decide who should rule the entirety of the faerie realm, which thrust the faeries into constant war. As soon as one king was installed, he would be assassinated and another would take his place. The bloodshed continued for decades before The Mother, the great goddess of creation, intervened. She divided the Land of Prythian into seven courts: Day, Night, Dawn, Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter. For each court, she selected a faerie to rule it, and upon each of them she bestowed a gift that would be passed down their line. These gifts were given to allow each ruler a power that no other faerie had, so that they might protect themselves from their court being taken over by another.

This is how it has been for five thousand years, but Prythian is by no means peaceful. Although the battles between the faeries are largely over, many other terrors still lurk in this realm. There are stories of monsters lurking in the shadows, spies within the courts, and the awakening of an ancient evil….

Thousand-year-old buildings abut brand new cyber cafes, while electricity powers charms and magic powers computers. Its stability is maintained through ceremonies performed four times a year by the four High Queens – powerful fairies with control over the seasons and magic.

Forty years ago, however the High Queen of Winter was ruthlessly slaughtered, and time is running out to find her successor. In just a few years, the Court’s power will wane, chaos will descend, and magic will be lost for good.

You already know it became one of my favorite series and Acomaf one of my favorite books. There are already lots of posts about the synopsis of this series, so, we change a little and we talk about the magical places that make you feel like home! . ❓#qotd Have you ever had the wish to live in one of the fantastic worlds you read about, because of the atmosphere or something that made you feel them real? . For me Prythian (and especially the Night Court) is one of those. Every Court has its peculiarities, its different landscapes and powers, and it's like to enter in a world full of life, magic and colors 😍. As I said above, my favorite Court is the Night Court, and Clarissa's candle describes it perfectly. It has an embracing scent that hides something mysterious and intriguing,that carries you along that beautiful land under a starry night🌃 . . Another place that I love so much is the Magical World of Harry Potter. Book after book J. K. Rowling created a place that I use to call home 💙.
