3 years ago I was in a very bad place. 

I was very depressed and did not know if I was going to make it to the end of the year, because of how bad everything seemed.

On the 9th of August 2016 I got myself a game called Animal Crossing.

A game that would change my life forever.

This game gave me something to do every day, to keep myself concentrated on a calm and simple task of helping out villagers and being the mayor of my own small town. It helped me calm down and chill out throughout the day and not focus on the bad in my life.

I met some amazing people because of this game and that helped me to become the person I am.

Although this game didn’t cure my depression it did help me get through it.

For that, all I can say is thank you Animal Crossing.

Happy birthday Marty!

This lazy cub villager is based on the Sanrio character, Pompompurin, a dog! He has the play hobby and he loves to run around the island enjoying life! He’s skilled at hiding shoes and one day he wants to be a baker! He loves black Blue Mountain coffee and his favorite songs are KK Polka and My Place! Wish him a fantastic birthday, pompom!
