today's package is the complete collection of the animal crossing girls goods collection! manufactured by Takara Tomy!

this collection includes a bunch of isabelle and reese related items, as well as the able sisters and celeste. the little presents are stamps, the last pic shows their designs! there's also a cute isabelle acrylic stand (so tiny), a reese key cover, a celeste, isabelle, and reese themed keychain slide open mirror, a tiny pink jar with what i believe is mini bookmarks? themed around isabelle, celeste, reese, and the able sisters. and two tiny mini stationary pads - one reese themed & one able sisters themed!

One thing I did in ACNL that I really should have done in ACNH was put up pride tshirts at Able Sister's for the villagers to wear, you end up coming up with some fun headcanons. Like Hippeaux is nonbinary and Portia is a trans woman.

Hi op, ik your tags are probably meant to be jokey, but if you actually want to get rid of a villager fast the best thing to do is befriend them as quickly as possible!

Villagers who are not your friend will be more likely to stay when they decide to leave (they’ll inform you that they’re thinking of moving and clicking the option “goodbye” will prompt them to change their minds). In contrast, villagers with the highest level of friendship will ask to move more often, since the game is built to encourage you to meet new villagers and make new friends.

Hitting villagers with nets, pushing into pitfalls, and declining favors to help them DO NOT MAKE THEM LEAVE FASTER. These are myths (tho you can do them if you want; they will not lower friendship level). If you want to max their friendship, the best things to do is 1. Talk to them once a day 2. Say yes to favors/chores anytime you can and 3. Gift them their favorite items on their birthday (though this one is dependent on when their bday is).

Now, you can take the opposite approach by never talking to them, but you have to commit and IGNORE them. DO NOT ENGAGE when they come running up to you. This may trigger the “I’m thinking it’s time to leave this town” dialogue, which will result in the “don’t go!” and “goodbye” dialogue options. As previously mentioned, saying goodbye will make them DECIDE TO STAY because you’re “not good enough friends.” I’ve had this happen…a lot.

The downside to the ignoring option is you won’t know for sure when a villager is leaving. Villagers can run up to you anytime and you won’t be able to tell it’s them deciding to move until they’re in boxes or if another villager lets you know said villager is thinking of leaving. If your villager tells you this DO NOT TALK TO THE VILLAGER YOU WANT GONE. Wait a few days (could take up to two weeks, in my experience) and check their house to see if they’re in boxes yet. If they are, it’s safe to talk to them and they’ll tell you they’re leaving. You may invite friends to take them to their own village. If they are NOT in boxes, continue to avoid.

IMPORTANT: If a villager has told you they’re ready to leave and successfully said goodbye when you approved (regardless of friendship level), you SHOULD STILL AVOID TALKING TO THEM. I’ve had villagers agree to leave only to change their mind after I talked to them days later because they were “having regrets.” Villagers will be more likely to listen to you if you’re friends*, but if you manage to get that move date, avoid talking to them until they’re in boxes to avoid this. (Similarly, talk to your favorite villagers who you accidentally convinced to move out if you really want them to stay).

Final note: if your villager told you they were ready to move and a) you told them to stay or b) they changed their mind, you will have to wait at least a month for them to try this again. They may cycle through a couple other villagers (usually your highest friend level ones**) before asking to leave. Repeat your ignoring or befriending to your preference.

*exception to this rule is uchi/big sister villagers. They’re notoriously difficult to sway because of their personality type and will be most likely to ignore your input when deciding to move. This means if your uchi villager is at a mid-tier friendship level they may be harder to convince to stay or harder to convince to leave (depending on what you want of them). If your uchi is at max friendship, they WILL listen to you, so act accordingly. (I’ve had my uchi for five years bc I love her). If you’re not willing to befriend your uchi villager, best avoid at all costs and hope she leaves on her own.

**in addition to highest friendship levels, villagers who share personality types with other villagers will also be more likely to move. A full acnl town of ten villagers will try and balance the types so that you have eight of each, with two extra of different types*** (ex: two smug and two peppy, with one each: lazy, snooty, cranky, normal, jock, uchi). If you have three normals, for instance, they will be most likely to try and leave first.

***fun bonus: this will also affect who MOVES INTO YOUR TOWN. If you have no jocks, a randomly generated lot (as opposed to moved in via amiibo card, streetpass, friend’s village in boxes) will be more likely to roll a jock.
