that poll is skewed by the people who consider “blind as shit” as “i cant read small text when standing two feet away” but then again i guess the poll is polling subjectively anyway just by asking “how bad would your day be.” i guess some people just really need to read small text from 2 feet away to be able to function during their daily lives

Hey i know ur not a beautician or anything but how do i groom my brows? I like the way they look it's just that i wanna make em look neater. I get acne after plucking them hahaa (I know this isn't the typical teaboot advice request but i feel like you'd have a good take on it??)
Idk my sister's a makeup genius but I don't know shit, I just do the basics lol
What I do personally is start by washing my face first thing in the morning and right before I go to bed, first with warm water then with a witch hazel cleanser, and make sure my sheets and pillowcases are washed once a week.
For eyebrows, I soak the area of skin with a warm wet cloth for a bit, then take a pair of flathead tweezers and just... Pluck the tiny hairs that scatter around anywhere that isn't my eyebrows. Not sure how to describe that, I just... Remove whatever isn't Eyebrow.
Then I brush them back against the grain and pluck whatever hairs swivel 180 because they're loose and falling out anyways.
When I'm done that, and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do it but it's just habit by now, I brush up the brows on the top edge, closest to the bridge of my nose, and trim them down along the top with a pair of small grooming scissors. I have super bushy eyebrows that get messed up super noticeably so I find it just keeps em in line.
Then if I'm feeling fancy I take a pair of needlepoint tweezers and do a second look through for tiny stray hairs, just to polish shit up.
I do that maybe once a week, week and a half? Takes maybe 15 minutes. They don't grow back super noticeably until like... Two weeks in?
I do the same basic shit for my neck and jawline, and I also have to pluck my eyelashes every so often because I have that thing where I have too many lashes and if I leave enough alone they start growing too close to my eyeballs and it gets super annoying.
Anyhow, when you're done plucking, go for another warm water wash and throw on an unscented moisturizer with salicylic acid to prevent drying and bacteria buildup.
Everyone's body is different though, so if you're having significant issues that aren't helped by regular basic washing and laundry, I'd recommend consulting your doctor.
Same if you're experiencing sudden unprecedented or unusual breakouts, as those can indicate hormonal changes symptomatic of other issues.
Also I'm not a dermatologist, so if anyone who knows better reads this and knows I'm doing something horrible that could Indiana Jones: The Lost Ark my face, please leave a comment so we can all know better
