Enjoying a brisk morning tossing the ball for @bojacksonthedoggo in the backyard. The end of the clip is pretty much what he does on a daily basis…punching the ball over the fence. I’m going to use some leftover mesh fencing and build an attachment to sit on top of the fence in the hopes I don’t have to go find his ball each time we go outside. The other issue is the little buffalo wallow he has created from sliding before he hits the fence. He’s literally created a spot that is roughly a foot lower than the rest of the yard. I’m also wearing the beanie @rachaels.photodump made for me. Her creative abilities far greater than I could have ever hoped for as a father. Also, my ACDF recovery is going well. Another beautiful morning. Neck is doing good. Still can’t talk much, but that’s not always a bad thing. Feels like my throat is being crushed a little bit, but the doc said that would be the case for a while due to what he had to do. Pain wise I’m doing good, although my low back and right hip are hurting a lot. Most likely from not being able to do much yet. For anyone wondering what the surgery I had last month was about... they removed two blown discs and built cages which now hold my own bone marrow. This will grow new bone to fuse my C5/6 & C6/7 together.
