Anti-bullying activist Lizzie Velasquez isn’t afraid of a challenge. Her optimism and influence are profoundly changing the social landscape. We like her style. Creatrs and Post It Forward teamed up to spread the word about her award-winning documentary, A Brave Heart: The Lizzie Velasquez Story. The team sprung into action, creating a custom site complete with Creatr art, videos, and content curation. We also hosted a screening at Tumblr HQ complete with Q+A. After all, the internet is responsible for making a lot of people famous, and Lizzie deserves to be one of them.

A Brave Heart: The Lizzie Velasquez Story follows Lizzie in her efforts to fight bullying. Born with a rare syndrome preventing her from gaining weight, Lizzie has been called “the world’s ugliest woman” and has been subject to cyber-bullying most of her life. The documentary joins Lizzie on her journey to Capitol Hill as she lobbies for the first anti-bullying bill.
