A Sad Heart
Another day, another night, But always you. Couldn’t get you out of my head, not then, not now. Dreaming was all there was, and all that’ll ever be. Everyday I see you, but you won’t make eye contact with me. Forgive, I won’t; forget, I’ve tried. “Get out of my head,” I’ve yelled. How you tormented me so, you’ll most likely never know. Icy blue eyes I’ll never forget, Justice was all I ever wanted. Killing a piece of my heart was your crime. Lying about it was all I ever did. Mention your name to me, no one ever would. Naïve is what I was, though I know I never again will be. Opting for closure, but realizing it’s a need. Painting a picture using colored tears, Quietly roaming the halls, looking for an answer. Resting my head on my hands, Secluded in my own little corner, Thinking of your face, Until almost every memory of long ago runs through my mind. Vowing to get my revenge, how, I don’t know. While I sat there, you passed by; eXemplifying your arrogance. Yearning to talk to you once again, Zealously waiting for this infatuation to end.

Fictional Letters in the Real World
Animals are the reason that black is
Back into the
Cool kids club, instead of only being worn by
Death eaters in
Every Harry Potter book.
Friday is the start of the Hunger
Games where the city
Holds competitions
In a secret area, the
Journal of the best
Killer from last year’s games shows he ended up a
Loser despite making it through the
Maze in
Nine minutes flat.
Onions have layers, at least according to Shrek, who is from
Places that are imagined in the
Quotes that authors
Randomly write on pages.
Sad people are made when they see baby
Turtles struggle to get to the ocean because of
Uranium spills by the
Villains who pollute the
Water supplies of our world while playing
Xylophones to only the
Yellow animals in the Brooklyn
Zoo.

Smile, it's life.
Acrobatics has never fit within the
Brackets of my life. I seem, instead, to
Carry with me, a very
Docile way of viewing the world. As if an
Elephant were sitting upon my shoulders. Crushing my
Fossil like dreams into the
Gravel of the earth’s crust. Yet, these
Hog’s still sit on their logs, splattered with the
Ink of another’s perfect surrounding. This world might seem like a
Joke, but look around. We are all resting in the comfort of the
Kangaroo’s pouch.
Love surrounds us everywhere we go. Some may feel love
Mangles life as we know it, yet strange
Noises keep up running back into the arms of those who
Ostracize us each and every day, leading us back into their
Pockets.
Quiz the unwilling. Take the
Railroad to the unknown. Cry along to your own
Song. But never let life lead you to throw a
Tantrum.
Undo your hair and
Vacuum the pieces of your life from the floor.
Words can hurt but the beautiful sounds of the
Xylophone can bring a smile to your face.
Yards of people filled with smiles, smile don’t
Zero yourself out.

My First ABC Poem
My First ABC Poem
My First ABC Poem:
Website I Used for Help : https://www.familyfriendpoems.com/poem/article-poetic-forms
Okay, I discovered this a while back and wanted to try in April but got lazy. So it’s never too late. An ABC poem is when every first word starts with a letter from the alphabet. From A to Z. This was so hard especially X and Z but here’s my best down below. (more…)
