so i made a little machete to spin in my head

(i still want to fix the snout length a little so it looks consistent, but i feel like it’s a pretty good first attempt at this)

!!! lemme just say that i love love love Sigewinne so much, and in situations, I can 100% see her being in-the-know about things, especially since she's (and correct me if I'm wrong) studying human behaviour? right?

She would deffo pick up on the way that you smile brighter whenever Wriothesley is around. And how you always smile and look away whenever he compliments you. And how your supposedly busy afternoon has been cleared the moment he invites you to afternoon tea.

Sigewinne finds it kinda cute, and she wasn't planning on saying anything about it to anyone (certainly not the duke himself) but one day when she's puttering about his office, snacking on whatever he had offered her, he breaks the ice. A few minutes after you leave his office, a pep in your step, he turns to Sigewinne.

"So..." he drawls. "A crush, huh?"

"I don't know what you're implying, your grace," is her immediate response. Wriothesley isn't deterred, though, and the small smile on his face doesn't waver.

"About—" his eyes flick to the door that you exited out of, then back to her. "I never really noticed at first but... It's sweet," he says. That smile of his turns fond, and he looks down at his desk absently, his cheek resting on a fist. Sigewinne raises an eyebrow, eyes narrowing as she watches him.

"I see," she says, her own lips curling a bit. After all, when does one have the opportunity of seeing the Duke grow smitten with someone? "Well, if you wish to address this crush, now is as good as a time as any. I doubt you'd have to run very fast to catch up."

"Hah, is that so?" He asks, but stands all the same. Without another word to her, he trots down the stairs in his office and runs out, the doors shutting behind him with a muted bang.

Sigewinne sighs, still smiling. All she has to do now is wait for the happy news later in the day.

latest kurokara art is having i think the opposite intended effect on me because it made me wish i were kara in that situation. it made me go "i wish kuro would pat me and tell me they'd plant a rose bush for me if i became a worm". got emotionally affected by yumejoshi (gender neutral) art but was afflicted by the joshi (gender neutral) in the situation

THIS IS SO SWEET OH MY GOD, THANK YOU??? 😭 i totally get what you mean, though. i'll be completely honest, i project more onto kara than kuroba in some of the drawings i've done of them and that last one definitely falls into that category. like who wouldn't want to be the cringe trophy failwife to a kind-hearted androgynous florist? dude's living the dream. it does makes me happy that we've got some kuroba girls ( also gender neutral ) out there now hehe. kara would be jazzed about it, too!

What exactly do you do in your free time?

I could share with you my daily routine if you’d like:

First I wake up

Then I consult the hexagrams

I get out of bed

Change into an identical set of garments

Consult the hexagrams again

Eat a breakfast I prepared a week prior

Then I roam my grotto and make sure that my traps are all functional and spotless

I chat with the soldiers. They surprisingly have a lot to say considering what their routine looks like. Some have asked me to foresee their future to which I refuse since theirs is normally quite bleak. Many big boulder related fatalities

After that, I take the elevator to the agricultural zone

I usually don’t stay in the area for long since I find there to be too much slimy substance for my liking

I consult the hexagrams, then take a stroll in the lake yaochi ruins to visit the belltower

I can stay there for a while, pondering life and its many mysteries (napping)

After that, I visit Fuxi and Nuwa in the empyrean district through the sky tower. Nuwa always has a lot to say and frankly I’m worried about Fuxi’s condition. Even if Eigong assures me that it will get better, I can never foresee it improving. I’m afraid to look too deep in case I find out what his fate might be. It’s better to remain hopeful, but I’m skeptical

Anyway. Next I consult the hexagrams and make my way to the transmutation zone. Jiequan expects me around this time so I mustn’t be late. It’s.. interesting to hear about his plans of varying degrees of brutality and whatever punishments he has thought up. Sometimes he asks for my insight, but he knows way more than me about these kind of things. I thinks he just likes having someone to speak with

Then, unless I have other plans, I return to my grotto. Not before consulting the hexagrams once more. I spend the rest of the day writing on my tablets and reminiscing. Sometimes laying down on the ground waiting for something to happen, even though I predicted yesterday that nothing would occur

Then maybe if I feel like it, I consult the hexagrams again

ive said it before, but the way you draw loop and isa both is so so pleasant. you make loops shapes so soft and i like it a lot!!! i really just CANNOT believe ive somehow tricked you into doodling THREE things for this silly au. augh.
