#last of his kind avalanche orphan who didnt know the language and got bullied in the orphanage#avalanche orphan as in hes the only one who escaped an avalanche as a toddler and was just found wandering down a road and brought to a cit#and then got adopted into the castle and became a guard but got bullied bc he wasnt cool with police brutality#a noble was visiting the orphanage and happened to recognize makoto might be from the south and happened to also know the language#first time the kid responded to anything so the noble just adopted him (and taught him to forget the language. boo)#and then got picked to be the kings bodyguard bc konoe was like im not having someone that good be in the castle guard#oc stuff#royaltines#also has a long past with silva#makoto used to consider silva a friend in the orphanage#they never talked. silva just didnt bully him so that made him a friend in his eyes#and then makoto stopped his comrades from beating silva up and later silva and his thieves stopped the guards from beating makoto up#makoto doesnt know this though he just thought it was random thieves#hes quiet and withdrawn and very slow to trust bc of all the bullshit in his past#but konoe he appreciates and silva he loves these days after all the horrors#vasili felt threatened by his husband picking another cute gay boy to be his bodyguard but no worries there either
