You were always the little spoon with your monster husband, he was nearly 8.5 feet tall afterall.

You slept with your back against his chest, one of his arms holding you close and usually one of his legs tossed over your hips too. It was safe, and warm, and protective.

Tonight when you climbed into bed he was already wrapped up in the blankets and you had an idea. You wedged yourself behind him on his side of the bed to be the big spoon instead.

“My little love, what are you doing?” he asked and attempted to rolled over to face you, but you did your best to wrap your arm around him.

“I want to cuddle you instead” you told him.

“If that is what will make you happy”.

You kissed along his back and between his shoulders and wedged one of your legs between his since he was too broad to toss your leg over his hips like what he did for you.

You heard him purring after a few moments, enjoying the chance to be the one being held and cuddled this time.

Do you really think that after 20 years worth of near death experiences, survival, and torture Odysseus would still have moments where he'd rely on instinct? I mean common, too many problems arose when he's in a vulnerable state like sleep, and was forced to stay with a goddess that wanted to climb his bed. He might be safe now, but his nerves find "safety" foreign at this point.

Anyways, there's a second part to this. This one just got too long for me to finish in one sitting.

Yandere! Husband who thinks of you every single moment of the day, spoils you rotten, makes sure you feel loved 24/7 with letters, gifts and his presence. Being married to you is a privilege and he makes sure he shows you that.

Who does the little things like making sure you never open any doors by yourself. “What the fuck do you think that ring of yours means? Get your hand off that handle!” proceeds to climb over the car to open the car door for you

who randomly squeezes your hands with a vulnerability you almost never see from him. muttering things such as, “i can’t even remember life before I met you.” or “i love you so much. leave me one day if you must, but know that i’ll never be the same without you.”

yandere! husband who always makes sure you take care of yourself, personally appointing days where you have to go the salon to get your hair or nails done. yandere! husband who always has a fun new date idea to keep things fresh in the relationship. yandere! husband who studies your body for hours on end so you’ll never have to look for satisfaction elsewhere.

so that you’ll never question why he’s changed so much. because he was never the man you married in the first place.

Love it when the kinda half-formed observations you make about an episode finally come to the forefront.

Watching the start of "Dot and Bubble": Hmm, everyone in this episode is very... white.

Halfway through: The Doctor certainly continues to stand out, especially in that bright red sweater amongst all the pastels

Lindy freaking out about the Doctor and Ruby being in the same room together: I suppose that could be due to some cultural taboo about interacting in-person when everyone is supposed to communicate via bubble, but that doesn't track with what we've seen of her work day...

The "twist" that the chronically online, all white, super rich, entitled to the point of satire, willing to sacrifice others without hesitation, oh so eager to colonize people living in a literal bubble (TWO bubbles) are *gasp!* actually, devastatingly racist...

Yeah, that's not a twist. That's all deliberately interconnected. The episode didn't suddenly move from an argument about social media use to an argument about racism; the two historically go hand-in-hand.

I just noticed when Ozzie appears behind Fizz, the initial explosion shows his sigil for exactly ONE frame (replacing Mammon's sigil we've seen plastered throughout the episode). I just thought it was a neat little detail, Asmodeus essentially summoned himself in that moment.

So the other day I was talking to a friend about the autism creature and I accidentally called it the "autism monster". And I thought about the concept and I thought it was hilarious.
