sorry to be dumpy downer on main all the time , no ones ever obligated to respond or like my posts, infact i find it hard to reach out to ppl personally and feel burdensome so i put shit where interaction is completely optional

#anyway #dont expect this to change bc i dont think a therapist is going to help us at this point #not anti therapy here but its like given us maybe 3 useful tools after a lifetime of bouncing between therapists #otherwise its just talking to some stranger we dont trust about problems they dont care about 🖕🏻#like again there are rlly good and compassionate therapists...somewhere #but for real? huge waste of time and money for me. a random older adult with a psych degree will not help me undo #a lifetime of violent and furious self loathing and abuse 💁🏼 like i dont know you at all and you dont know me #whatever. going back to work
