Modern Farmhouse Home Design

  It’s always a happy day around the blog when I am featuring any new-construction home by M House Development (recently featured here – make sure to see this house tour! ).

This newly-built Modern Farmhouse Home features many inspiring home design ideas. Starting with the exterior, this home doesn’t lack curb appeal and it certainly has that “home-sweet-home” approach that is often sought after in any Modern Farmhouse. The interior was designed with family life in mind with its open and airy concept and many spaces that were designed to help our busy daily life run a little smoother.

Modern Farmhouse Staircase This farmhouse stair is made of black steel, crossed barn look guardrails and steel cable wire. Walls are shiplap. Close-Up The white oak stair treads and shiplap paneling beautifully contrasts against the black steel.
