headcanons and a doodle under the cut if anyone's curious

-Albert is double jointed, completely unrelated to anything here

-he usually sleeps naked and on his back

-barok is embarrassingly cuddly, he will either lay flat on top of Albert like a very heavy, very muscular blanket, or he'll curl up around him like a cat

-he needs wine or a warm drink to sleep, a record of a soothing orchestral piece, and at least 30 minutes of reading, and only sleeps in his perfectly made bed

-Albert can just pass out anywhere at a moments notice. click and he's out.

-eventually they end up living together and Albert puts on some healthy muscle and weight since he's eating higher quality food

-extremely random headcanon but I think Albert goes blind in his 60s

behold, my first animatic over 10 seconds! I watched this clip from the film and found it fit these two, so I decided to animate a lil bit of it.

(a bit of rambling under the cut cuz i wanna talk about the characters and their comparisons):

Okay, so in the original audio, Ruin's part is taken by the antagonist, Owlman, a DC character in a universe where Bruce Wane (the main dimension Batman) is his brother and Bruce and their parents are shot in the alleyway. Owlman becomes a vigilante similar to Batman, but diverges in his beliefs at some point, becoming something of a nihilist. He believes that any decision he makes lacks any depth because somewhere, somehow, there's another dimension where a different choice is made-therefore, in his opinion, it doesn't matter what he chooses, since there's always going to be a world in which the opposite occurs. He sees no further reason to place any thought into his actions, as none of them have meaning to him. In his mind, the only action that could never be done differently, and, by extension, the only one with any true intent or purpose, is to end the multiverse-an action which has no opposite effect or outcome.

Now, obviously, this wasn't Ruin's ideology-he isn't a nihilist, nor is he out to destroy everything for the sake of finding meaning. He is, however, under a similar impression when it comes to dimensions. He wiped out 5,000 of them without an inkling of remorse because he believed that the end justified the means-since there would be infinite decisions to be made from that point onward, what would it matter if some dimensions were erased if they would be replaced with 5,000 more anyhow? He did it for the sole purpose of revenge turned to justice against the creators in every dimension he saw fit. He saw this as his one true purpose, and was content to do whatever Moon saw fit afterwards, having fulfilled what he'd set out to do. he didn't see it as a loss, and neither did the other antagonist-only as an action that could fulfill the one thing that truly mattered to either of them.
