How does the first awkward conversation between AI Turo and Sada and Arven go? I mean, that's a lot to take in

Anyway, AU where the profs actually stick around and eventually become teachers at the Academy I guess. My dumb wild brain idea was that Clavell had the bright idea of "Since the time machine project is dashed y’know what we should do? We shgould all go work at the Academy.” Jacq was pulled along on similar train of thought (I think he only joined the tera orb project a little later as a trainee, but wasn’t close enough to the profs to hear about their time machine thingy unlike Clavell).

Clavell and Turo are very much on the same page of being old men who are shit at modern day culture. Sada on the other hand...  she revels in their dumbness. Poor Arven lol. I’m thinking they might be teaching assistants/only teaching part time. Maybe working on experiments that eventually lead to Koraidon and Miraidon being lab created rather than time machine pulled.

They basically take up the currently empty other half of Clavell’s office, the labs! And yes I ship all three of them together lmao. Imagine the chaos lkjsdfg. Also the shenanigans to be had there after school hours, if you get my meaning lol. I’m sorry lsdfkjsd. My nsfw twitter account will hold more poly junk in the future I guess (No minors please.)

Also FYI I’m running with my idea that the AI professors we see are actually just their youthful appearances frozen in time. In present day, the actual profs would be aging, sort of looking like this.

Those abandoned have each other

More scribbles about the ZeroTrio ship AU thing lol. It’s a messy one XD But the gist of it is that Clavell is with both profs, maybe even staying on the project for a bit rather than splitting off post Tera Orb discovery.

Technically, Arven would be his kid too, so “uncle Clavell” isn’t quite right lol. Maybe it was some polycule discrimination BS that led to them hiding the relationship or something, even from Arven until he was older. Anyway, Clavell splits off from the two obsessed professors, taking care of Arven. He already traveled out of the crater to care for him the most from birth, soooooo

Anyway, the split is messy/rife with tension because A) Arven in the lighthouse. B) the sponsors are withdrawing funds due to lack of results. C) They’ve been down in the crater for so so so long. Clavell is sick of it, and splits off the trio to be similarly abandoned with Arven :’)

As for the profs, I like to think both died for their project lol. Mayhaps one before the other, further fueling the obsession to finish the project. (This would change a few things Re. the Koraidon/Miraidons being brought up.) It just irks me that one of the parents just left Arven as well as the project itself lol. This plotline is a copy of my ocs’ backstories XD

Sliding some TrainerClavell AU doodles here, as discussed with @ameftowriter​ haha.

The TLDR for this AU is that Clavell takes MC’s place, saving Miraidon & Koraidon during the start game where he hands you your pokemon. He travels around Paldea as Clive for Team Star, has an accidental rivalry with Nemona as Clive, and helps Arven out with finding Herba mystica. AU details here.

The opportunity for Clive hilarity in contrast to the devastating angst of meeting AI versions of your once close, now dead, friends. Deliciousss. Clavell has a lot on his plate lol. Lord help me, why can I only make chicken scratch doodles these days sdlkfjngds.
