It’s now common knowledge that I cracked my gorgeous collarbone in the same place AGAIN. You’d think suffering once would afford you clemency, against at least the same kind of suffering but no, what do you want? A name for this world? A solution for all its riddles? The system sucks. Consequently Lu has had to step in as my carer — work that is truly rotten, but like Carson’s Pylades, it seems to him it’s not, not if it’s me. At any rate, recovery is speedier when you break a bone the second time. I guess experience really does count. The full range of movement is almost entirely restored to my arm and soon enough I will be ready to punch non-denominational god in the face for doing me dirty like so.
