You know. I don't really talk about how much I love Yumeko as a character. um.

consider this UNHINGED clip of me recruiting her after hitting all the requirements for her in Mystia's Izakaya a solid proof that she and the Makai Found Family theory (which THIS GAME ALSO BUYS INTO) live rent free in my head.

M!Reader blushing : Ahem... don't think I'll make it easy for you

[Y/N tries to stay calm, but the faint blush creeping onto his cheeks betrays his composure as he makes his move]

Yumeko : Oooo~ Confidence? This will make it even more fun, the absolute thrill of knowing I'll have you for today if I win, doesn't that make your heart race too?~

[She said as her voice mix of teasing and amusement]

M!Reader blushing : You're getting a bit ahead of yourself, I've still got tricks up my sleeve....

Yumeko : Either way, one of us is in for such a delicious reward! it's a win win situation for me~

I just found my old Touhou x Cuphead drawings but this time with the Cuphead Show

The biggest reason why I love Ryomeko (Ryota x Yumeko) with all my heart is the genuine respect between them! ♡

From the beginning we can see that there is mutual respect between them, even when Saotome forced Ryota to help her cheat, Yumeko saw how honest and polite he was and gave him the money he needed to pay off his debts.

Another important point that I like about them is that even though there is mutual respect and trust on both sides, Ryota still has difficulty feeling good enough to be on the same level as Yumeko, almost as if he were still a "fido" who should obey the "humans."

As the chapters go on, it's great to see Yumeko encouraging him, including him and reinforcing that they are equal and on the same level, that he is not someone inferior because of his insecurities and weaknesses. And in pure genuine gratitude, Ryota does the best he can to see her happy and satisfied, always hoping that Yumeko gets what she thinks is best for her.

Their dynamic is honest, respectful, simple and complex at the same time, that's what makes me like them so much. They don't have a forced or exaggerated dynamic, so far they're going in the right direction and I really love that ;)

If you ignore Yumeko's gambling addiction they're almost like a normal but cute ship. I hope Homura has plans for them in the future, because they're amazing together!

It's really a shame that most people who like Kakegurui are so ignorant about them for literally no reason!! When you question why they are so ignorant about this ship they never give a reason, they just make empty and meaningless insults, comparing them to other characters who are totally different.

Anyway, these are the reasons why I love them sooooo much, I could talk about them for hours but unfortunately I have never met someone who speaks my native language who loves them as much as I do :')

I hope I explained it well since I am not good with english, I also hope they will not be so hated and underestimated in the future! ♡
