Yu Yu Hakusho 30th Anniversary Commemorative Illustrations

The redraw in anime style of all the 15 covers from the Yu Yu Hakusho kanzenban edition (2004-2005) is over! Hirotaka Marufuji, chief animation director of the Yu Yu Hakusho OVAs (2018), was in charge of the illustrations.

This project began with the release of a 30th Anniversary logo, on June 3rd, 2022, and ended on October 10th, 2023, the day of Yu Yu Hakusho anime 31st anniversary. Many commemorative goods and action figures have been released so far.

I hope to see more surprises and Yu Yu Hakusho content in future!

Day 3 • ~ Wish upon a star | Younger Toguro x Genkai

{"Wish Upon a Star"} Ship: Genkai x Toguro ✨ Oneshot!

A/N I tried a new writing style!💝 I hope it still turns out good^^ this one will be short

["Genkai sat under a tree after a long day of training, with Toguro Hand in hand, looking up at The Stars in the night sky"]

Genkai spoke "Doesn't the world just seem so kind when it's night like this?"

Toguro Responded "Yeh it almost dose.."

["The Two sat enjoying the Silence and peace. Genkai had started thinking recently that her and Toguro won't last she knows this... and excepts it, she not sure What, Why, When or Where but soon he'd Change and there's nothing she could do... how'd she know this? who knows, maybe it was just a sixth sense. Genkai's train of thought was interpreted by a Shooting Star!"]

Toguro spoke "Look! a shooting star!"

Genkai Responded looking up in amazement "Oh wow... Beautiful~"

Toguro spoke again "Make a wish"

Genkai looked at him with a cocky smilie "You don't honestly believe it'd come true... do you?"

Toguro smiled "No but wouldn't it be nice to try"

["Genkai couldn't argue with that. she sat and thought of what to wish for then it hit her. she Spoke so quietly not even a Mouse could hear her, but she still said it."]

Genkai spoke SO quietly "I wish upon a star that this moment could last... Forever~"

["Sweet isn't it? well you know what the say 'Nothing Ever Last Forever']
