not to be pushy but I sent in an ask and I was wondering if it made u uncomfy and maybe that’s why u didn’t answer? It was abt fashion so I hope not but if so I’m sorry :(

I’m just horrible at answering asks that’s 1000% on me, but I deffo haven’t received any fashion asks that made me uncomfy at all. oo i think it was about secondhand designer? (if its not im sorry omg pls let me know and ignore this) but I have actually once or twice on depop, but never anything suuuper pricy. it was a few yrs ago and it was like a ‘vintage polo top’ that was £40ish? and in retrospect i feel it mightve been fake aoakoakao I’m sorry I’m not a lot of help! I know grailed/vestiare collective are more reputable than depop imo for genuine secondhand designer, but thats the extent of my knowledge n experience eeeeee I’m so sorry!! I wish I could be more help <//33

IF NOT I JUST ANDWERED SOMEONE ELSE’S OOPS #BUT PLS DO SEND IT AGAIN IF IT WASNT THAT!#but anyways anywayd if it was #ofc idk where ur getting it from but the main sites/sources i know are depop/grailed/vestiaire collective or ofc vintage shops directly #i would ASSUME (TAKE THIS WITH THE BIGHEST SPOONFUL OF SALT IM NOT EXPERIENCEDDD)#that depop is the least trustworthy! i know a lot of friends swore by grailed and most of them had super good experiences on there #with authentic pieces #im not too familiar with vestiaire but ive heaaard its good as well?#and i think vintage shops are relatively reliable but it deffo depends on the shop itself and irs reputation #this is probs such stupid advice and kinda common sense SORRY IF I COME OFF LIKE IM TREATING U LIKE AN IDIOT AHH im not #BUT i think the best bet is deffo to check the sellers reviews #and how many sales theyve made and how long theyve been active reselling for #that type of thing imo gives u a good idea of how reliable they are #OH also maybe check prev listing/sales theyve made?#its always a red flag if theyve sold like the same piece in maybe a diff size a few times before #because the odds of the seller owning several sizes of the same designer piece is rare #does that make any sense aokaoakao #and i also think the price is a pretty good indicator;; sometimes if its too cheap unless theres major flaws/problems it’s probs a bit sus #at least to me? ofc if the listings been up for a long time and the price is a bit cheaper then maybe it just means the sellers desperate to #sell it and get it off their hands ya know so theres diff circumstances #wither way i generally get a liiiil sus if the price is too cheap and way less than other similar brand/pieces!#I HOPE THIS KINDA MAKES SENSE AND ITS NOT JUST ME RAMBLING ABOUT #OBVIOUS THINGS AHHH IM SORRY!! i dont have a lot of experience unfortunatelyyyy but hopefully this is sort of kind of helpful!!!#&&& once again im so sorry for not replying to ur prev ask and im sorry i made u feel guilty for sending it!
