芳乃家できしめんを食べて来ました(^o^)

もっちりとした麺で腰もありますね(^o^)

きしめんと親子丼のセットを注文、麺か丼かどちらを小さくするか選べ、親子丼を小さくしました(^o^)

I ate Kishimen( Japanese noodles with flat shape) at Yoshinoya (^o^)

While noodles have soft texture, they also have elastic texture (^o^)

I ordered a set of Kishimen and Oyakodon（bowl of rice topped with chicken and egg）(^o^)

By the way, I could choose to make the noodles or the bowl smaller, and I chose to make the bowl smaller (^o^)

Today's Yoshinoya takeout lunch: chili crisps with scallions beef bowl.

FYI, the Yoshinoya Japan rice is perfectly cooked and really good. The Yoshinoya rice in the US is nasty. It's so mushy and wet. It's more porridge than actual steamed rice. It's like the cooking instructions got lost in translation. 1:1.5 rice water ratio became 1:15 ratio...

I avoided eating Yoshinoya in Japan for years because I thought they would have the same nasty soggy rice.
