Ah yes, a person of culture. One order of yonemiwa headcanons coming up!

Miwa isn't a PDA type of person but he can't help but sneak a peck on the lips every time he sees Yoneya at school or Headquarters.

Most people at Border assumed that Yoneya was the one to make the first move in their relationship but it was actually Miwa who initiated everything and confessed his feelings first.

Since Yoneya is Usami's cousin he occasionally gets invited over to the Tamakoma Branch for dinner and lunches. Yoneya always offers for Miwa to tag along but he profusely declines every time, swearing he hates everything about the branch (despite him eating the red bean buns Yoneya brings back to their squad room).

Yoneya has alarms set on his phone to tell Miwa to take his medication everyday. He's grateful for the reminder, but would never say it out loud.

Yoneya has pet names that he will call Miwa whenever he does something cute and can range between 'cutie' and 'most handsome man in the world'. They're both met with a middle finger by Miwa, but only one will make his face flush.
