I mean, Peashooter was there too, but... without them, you'll be completely defenseless against the undead! You need them after all! It's comforting, knowing that very few plants will provide you with the sun necessary to fight and protect your house... it makes them feel needed and loved.

- Yandere Sunflower who gets along well with everyone else in the garden, especially their close friend group: Peashooter, Wall-nut, and Potato Mine. Yandere Sunflower knows them the best and trusts them completely to keep you safe. And you know the saying, best plants stick together :)

- Yandere Peashooter, like many other plants in your garden, has a strong will to protect you, their dear gardener. They make sure to practice their pea throwing abilities every day and encourage the rest of the plants to do the same!

- Yandere Peashooter who acts like a proper, hardworking leader to the many plants in your house, but who in private acts like a diva and is completely spoiled in your affections and time. They are willing to share, but only to those close to them, and even then, Yandere Peashooter might act a bit hurt and annoyed when you come by to cut their leaves or water their roots.

- Yandere Peashooter who gains so much pride from being your very first attacker plant, knowing they hold that special place in your heart and memory bank, helps them go through the tough times, so they take that pride and convert it into energy to defend you from those putrid zombies!

- Yandere Peashooter who loves it when you spoil them with affection, but more often than not, also simply enjoys watching you do your chores around the house. You are always so diligent and focused when taking care of them and the rest of the plants, which inspires them to uphold such discipline as well when in front of others!

- Yandere Peashooter will only ever trust their 3 best friends: Sunflower, Wall-nut, and Potato Mine, with their dark secrets and knowledge of their obsession. They might not be the strongest plant, but they are a veteran in this war, and they know exactly where to hit, so it hurts the most.

Platonic! Yandere Wall-nut

- Yandere Wall-nut is a total sweetheart who is a great listener to you, their beloved gardener, and who happily accepts their role as a defensive plant to protect the rest of the garden! They are very selfless and are more than willing to sacrifice their entire body (literally) for the greater good (that being your protection, of course).

- Yandere Wall-nut enjoys spending time with you, like any other plant. But they would rather let you use them for any purpose you might have! As a feet recliner, as a cup holder, as a resting stool... you can use them for anything! But you are so kind to them gardener, you always sit by them and talk about your day. You are just the sweetest.

- Yandere Wall-nut doesn't mind feeling the teeth of the undead violently chewing and ripping off their shell, thankfully they can't feel that much, so it's just like a massage! But they hate seeing you sad and frustrated whenever you place them to protect the other plants. It makes them sad. Wouldn't you rather let loose of that frustration on them?

- Yandere Wall-nut is so desperate to please you that they are more than willing to become your stress toy. No, really. You can kick them, throw stuff at them, and even try to set them on fire! Yandere Wall-nut wouldn't mind too much... if it means feeling such light pain will result in your happy smile, then they can easily make that small sacrifice. Plus... you are paying attention to them... you are touching them with such fervor... it's totally worth it ♡

Platonic! Yandere Potato Mine

- Yandere Potato Mine enjoys the silence and calmness when they aren't fighting hordes of zombies. They enjoy simply taking in the sun and watching you work around the garden, usually without you noticing. They can be very sneaky if they wish to, but feeling your lovely kisses and pats whenever they do a good job battling the undead makes them feel butterflies, which will usually flare up their antenna.

- Yandere Potato Mine enjoys your attention and your love, but they prefer watching from afar. Or rather, from below. They usually don't hang out with the other plants that much. Aside from some insta-kills specimens and their close friend group, Yandere Potato Mine can usually be found sleeping and enjoying the sun whenever they are not stalking their favorite person in the whole world.

- Yandere Potato Mine who works best as an intelligence gatherer whenever Peashooter, Sunflower, or Wall-nut aren't able to find you. They can put their faith that Yandere Potato Mine will always know where you are and report back. They are great at blending with the environment. After all, they've had plenty of practice.

Okay how about yandere garden warfare plants (or just plants that are able to move around and shit) with a potted plant m/c that can’t?

MC is going to be a heal flower, because I feel like the plants will be more around them if they are a healing plant.

Now I don't what plants to pick, so we'll go with a peashooter, chomper, and Kernel Corn (Rose is mommy-)

Tw: zombie killing obv, light possessiveness, aggressive behaviour

Peashooter:

It likes to be on top of rooftops and other high-altitude places so that it can protect you from afar. It won't really directly interact with you unless it needs some healing. It'll shoot any zombies trying to near you so that you just stay happy and heal the comrades.

Totally tries to act all tough when it's being healed, but genuinely feels happy/lovey-dovey when you heal it. Maybe a little nuzzle before it goes off to fight some more zombies.

It is kind of possessive despite being a basic plant. It will steal all the healing so that its comrades can't steal your precious light.

Chomper:

Chomper will stay the most around you since it's a melee-kind plant. It likes to target zombies from hiding so that it gives them time to chew while also protecting you!

It's a lot like a clingy dog. When it's not busy fighting or chewing, it likes to nibble on your petals. Not to hurt you, just to show some affection. Licks are another thing it likes to show affection with.

Chomper gets nasty if zombies are a threat. It will become aggressive and won't stop until the threats are all gone. Then it'll just snuggle up to your light so it can rejuvenate and have some snuggles.

Kernel Corn:

Kernel Corn is similar to Peashooter, and is less close to you. But unlike Peashooter, he tends to come back to you more often since he's on the front lines. He tends to check on your health whenever he comes back, and ABSORBS your healing.

Kernel Corn likes to be the hero for you. Literally will tell you all his vanquished zombies and how he worked so hard to keep you safe. Might ask for a little kiss on the cheek because he's kind of cocky to me. (Watch MC flat-out reject him haha)

Kernel Corn doesn't get overly aggressive like Peashooter and Chomper, instead, he takes the chance to show his dominance over the battlefield. He'll then ask for some praise definitely.

(I love Chomper so much. It's like a goofy little dog.)

Plants vs zombies Zombie!yandere!pico who keeps getting blocked from his darling by their aggressive garden but somehow is always back and ready. Maybe he sometimes just stands away from the garden looking at their house trying to get a glimpse of them in the window or something. Motherfucker is harder to kill than William Afton. You don’t need to draw or write about this just wanted to share

I’ll add on a couple things I’d love to share too!! It’s gonna be a long, unedited stream of idea salad. Will I make this into a full blown au? Absolutely✨

No matter how many zombies are thrown your way they’re not strong enough to penetrate through your greenhouse forces. So they hire Pico a zombie mercenary for hire, to step in to catch you off guard. Why they’re hellbent on having your brain is beyond him.

As soon as he peeks in through your greenhouse attending to your zen garden, the way you care for your plants like they’re your babies at first makes him cringe. Overtime he finds it endearing, you’re the one giving the zombies this much trouble. His first mistake was undermining you. The second was thinking he can waltz right in knowing some if not all of those plants are ready to smite him.

One of the plants you’re tending to noticed his presence immediately and soon hell breaks loose. Peas and thorns come flying in at him as the Chompers break away from their potted confinements to hunt Pico down like rabid dogs. You quickly flee and immediately you hoped to full on offense. An all out attack and as much as he’d love to put bullets into those plants, he’s outnumbered.

Pico trudges back to the zombies shamefully, but now knows he needed a weapon upgrade, a pack of cigarettes and lots of “research” on you. Soon he’s pretty much obsessed with you and always frames it as him hating you so much. A “rivalry” in his words. It’s giving that image of that guy saying he hates anime meme. That’s him, but with you.

How dare you look so cute as you order a full on assault on his teammates, the way you bash other zombies with a mallet and you using those wall-nuts as bowling balls???? The fucking nerve. Such a stupidly adorable human. He hates you oh so much. not really >:3c

Scaredy Shroom is like the type to watch MC in secret whether it's on the lawn or in the nursery/greenhouse. It really likes watching you, the way you provide them sun at night. You're so precious to them.

Definitely a silent-type. Doesn't make little chitters or any sort of expression. Rather expresses affection through actions. Whether it's giving you a bump on your hat or staying close by to ensure you're protected.

Now on the field, Scaredy Shroom will beat the shit out of the zombies until the enemies come too close. Scaredy Shroom will turn into a sniper and learn how to head-shot.

Just make you provide Scaredy Shroom with sunlight. It feels lost without you nearby.

In the greenhouse, Scaredy Shroom will snuggle you. By which I mean Scaredy Shrooom likes to be touching hats or stems.

Imagine you're a plant yourself. A defensive plant like a shield. You're not put on the field as much as the walnuts are, but you're still planted occasionally. All was normal: you protect plants, regenerate, and keep doing your job.

That was until a few months later, Crazy Dave started putting you down less and less. You're put in the nursery more often than not. You feel so useless, taken off the battlefield. Marigold ends up becoming your best friend.

You try to confront Crazy Dave, asking why he won't let you be on the battlefield like the others. But he only grumbles and gives you more water and fertilizer.

"You're only going to get eaten on the battlefield. Stay here with Marigold. THEY'RE ALL SO CRAZZYYYY."

Yandere Zomboss x Human MC

Tw: minor delusional Zomboss, MC's life is kinda played with a few times (like in a literal sense), MC is done with Zomboss' weird shit

Imagine MC is a neighbour of Crazy Dave (unsurprising) and MC borrows some of his plants to defend herself from the zombies as well. Imagine the surprise when Zomboss shows up to their lawn one day, asking for their hand in marriage. In return, he would keep them from being eaten by the zombies.

Of course, MC is weirded out by this dollar-store knockoff of Einstein and immediately rejects him. Zomboss is so enraged by this, that he makes it his entire goal/personality from then on to show his power to impress MC.

He sends hordes and hordes of zombies over to MC, but before they're eaten, he kills off his own comrades. Practically teasing their life. He will do cringe lovey dovey shit right before he saves them like, "Ooh~! MC, don't you think it's time for our kissy wissy?"

At this point, it's either MC learns to defeat Zomboss or submit to Zomboss.

Okay hear me out-

Platonic yan Green Shadow (from PVZ heroes) with a human child m/c that they wanna kidnap adopt

Green Shadow is very motherly. She tries to keep them out of danger as much as possible, and makes sure she's nearby. In fact, she's willing to sacrifice her fellow heros in order to keep MC safe.

Green Shadow knows the child is clueless, so when one day she happens to lead MC to her base, basically kidnapping them.

She'll be hesitant on giving the child any kind of plant for food. But later on pulls herself together and feeds them vegetables/fruits that are not sentient beings.

Green Shadow will teach MC how to talk to other plants, which ends up in MC talking to random plants without even realizing they aren't even sentient.

(I don't have a lot of ideas, but here are a few basic ones.)

Ok here's the plant MC shitpost I was talking about a few days ago. MC is gonna be a wintermelon because it's my favourite plant out of the whole game. (I'm going off of the original game, not 2. Although I did play a lot of 2 as a kid). I asked my dad to pick a plant, and he picked potato mine lmao so we're doing potato mine.

Tw: honestly potato mine is extremely petty, potato mine lets his comrades die

Yandere Potato Mine x Wintermelon MC

Imagine MC just chilling in the back (since they're a heavy damage plant) just casually trying to defeat zombies, meanwhile, potato mine in the front screaming about MC should be defended wholly.

The potato mines worship MC for their heavy damage and freezing effect, so they try everything to keep MC safe. To them, MC is like some deity who can protect the lawn forever and ever, so they fully believe in them.

Despite their cuteness, Potato Mine will get pissed if it catches a walnut or a chomper slacking. It will delay its arrival from underground from being pissed so that the slacking plant is eaten.

In the nursery/where they are potted, potato mine likes to make sure MC is getting enough water (since watermelons generally need more water than an average plant) It will be sassy to Crazy Dave so that MC has enough water.

Potato hates the catapults. Literally for one reason, and that reason being they're similar to you. Like it thinks they're either A. copying you or B. Trying to get themselves closer to you. Potato Mine is just petty despite being very cute.

(What plant should I do with MC next? I'll happily take requests because I see people are fairly enjoying this.)

[Note: I'm going to keep MC as a wintermelon unless if someone requests otherwise just to keep it easier for me. Not to mention wintermelon is so pretty]

WHOEVER. THE FUCK. SENT THIS. NEEDS TO TELL ME IF THEY'RE GEN OR NOT BCS IM GENUINELY CURIOUS IF PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY LIKING THE CONTENT-

I'm gonna pick another plant, because generally speaking they're the easiest to write for.

Now we've touched a little bit on the peashooter family, but now we must go to the very cute mushroom family-

I know I didn't really like- add on individually for the peashooter family, but for shrooms I will- (oh and- only the first game just cuz I think most people know the first game more...?)

Tw: brief hypnotizing, not necessarily breaking-in more like a pet who decided to wander into the house

Sun shroom- the mom of the family. Always smiling at you, and if you're scared in the night, or scared of the dark, it'll always be by your side, glowing brightly to comfort you. It tries to grow as fast it can, to produce more and more sun for you.

Puff shroom- the baby of the family. As a small, tiny little plant on the battlefield, and can only last for a certain amount of time, it relies a lot on you. It tries its very best to attack at the incoming zombies. And after every battle, (let's say they kinda just get exhausted instead of disappearing) it goes to you to take care of them. They're just a poor little shroom shroom!

Fume shroom- the eldest sibling of the family. With its wider melee range, and ability to go through screens, this shroom can be useful! And that's what it makes its entire personality about. They will attack like crazy, trying to kill off all the zombies as quickly as they possibly can. And after a successful battle, it won't actively try to receive praise/affection, but if you give it a head pat, it'll secretly be super happy.

Hypno-shroom- That one cousin no one really wants to talk to. They're a little goofy. But they get lonely sometimes. So please, give it some of your attention. It'll be really happy. May or may not try to hypnotize you into giving them more affection.

Scaredy-shroom- 2nd eldest sibling of the family. Doesn't like showing their face much. But in the occasions it does, it's quite friendly. Quite the chatterbox. Likes to hide under your bed.
