His main worry then becomes what will become of you and himself when he finally succeeds in removing spirit. Assuredly, then, you would stay with him even still. It only seemed right.

There was a chance that you were doing it in order to force yourself to have better control of the situation. He would scoff at that. You were bound quite carefully and in an extremely remote area. Your pokeballs were also taken by him. You were truly st your weakest point. So, when you smiled at him and asked what this was. He felt his mind break a bit. Your smile… Was this manipulation? He pondered what your game here was. Unlike you, he would not allow himself to relax. Whatever act this was… Your seemingly genuine affection and acceptance… He would see through it. Volo was fully aware of many things.

Your eyes stared at him intently while seemingly figuring out your surroundings. Then, you smiled. A genuine smile. One so sweet and loving that he found himself at a loss for words. What… was this? While Lysandre knew that his actions had been for your best interest, he had not expected you to feel similarly. Well, he assumed that was how you felt. You only asked that he unbind you. He did so, readying himself again for a possible violent outburst, but it never came. Instead, you hugged him tightly and mumbled out about your love for him. He was shocked into silence. This… This was not at all a predicted response – especially with how you had tried to run quite literally just before. Part of him remained on edge this was fake, but the other more desperate half just wanted all this to be real.

☕️ Naturally, he tests you to see just how real your actions are. You continue to shock him with how you genuinely seemed to be in love with him. He describes your behaviour patterns to one of those in Team Flare, and they note that you had likely developed Stockholm syndrome. Quite quickly, they added, but your behaviours did align. He felt disgusted yet contented that such behaviours had been drawn out of you. You still refused to join Flare, but he supposed that was alright since now he could protect you more directly. You would be following after him whether you wanted to or not – And you almost seemed to want to if it did not involve his group. He supposed that whatever feelings you held for Flare were pointless since you would be joining him in his perfect world. You were his lover, after all. That was something you had made more than clear in your constant demands for his affection and attention.

🟥 It was easy to arrange and done with little hesitation. Giovanni was quite used to taking what he wanted with little question. So when you, a trainer who started opposing Rocket, had denied him what he wanted. Well, he simply took matters into his own hands. It was a bit of annoyance having to deal with you constantly disrupting his plans and making him look weak to his underlings. You even had the gall to deny his offerings of joining his organisation, stating you were above his criminality. He wanted to scoff. Trying to run from him… How utterly useless that had been. You were taken deep into one of his safehouses as he debated just what do with you when you woke up. Screaming and crying would be annoying to deal with usually, but some part of him was excited to see you at such a low point.

🟥 That was not to come, however. When you finally woke up, you were a bit shocked, yes, but seemingly calmed down once you saw the Rocket boss. You struggled against the cuffs that trapped your wrists to the headboard. He cocked a brow when you asked him politely to unlock you. Giovanni only replied by leaning over you to intimidate you and threaten that you were not in a place to make demands. But, instead, you tried to rain up to meet his lips. The older man was shocked momentarily before chuckling. Oh, what was this? Were you attempting to fawn over a fight or flight reaction. Fascinating. There would be no complaints from him on such things. You could not pull a fast one on him, either. He would be careful to observe just what you were doing and why.

🟥 Though, he was stunned to see you never faltered. This apparent love you felt for him was real enough. You were insistent enough that he let you have some freedoms that he did eventually relent. When he finally did, there were no true escape attempts. At worst, you tried to follow him out whenever you felt that he had failed to give you adequate attention, but it was not really an attempt at fleeing and regaining your lost freedom. He was fully aware of what had happened to you. This was not his first time observing such a thing, but he supposed he quite preferred it when it was someone that he had an interest in over some random target that his group brought in for whatever reason. Due to your strong feelings for him mixed with your desperation to stay near him, it was not hard to convince you to take his offer to join Rocket this time around. Whatever oddities had brought about the situation, he could only be happy that it brought the exact results he wanted.

I fucking love this man. I have since I was fourteen. He's my longest held fictional crush. I am ride or die for this man. So happy you requested some Cyrus headcanons! (CW: Stalking, kidnapping, emotional abuse, drugging.)

He's never going to admit his love for you, even to himself. But he will acknowledge that he wants to possess you.

He'll get his grunts to abduct you, and you'll be kept in a hidden room at the Team Galactic Headquarters. It's a very barebones room, as Cyrus wants to keep you as bored as possible. He doesn't want you feeling too many of those flawed, human emotions.

If you cry or beg to be let go, expect him to call you pathetic and weak. He wants you to be as stoic and unfeeling as he is. Outbursts are not allowed.

He's as cold as a winter's night. Don't expect much affection. The most he'll do is the occasional compliment or two.

Shaking your head you got back to the book. There wasn't much detail for each pokemon in this one. Surely the region had a pokemon professor. You could ask them.

The next page showed a strange set of pokemon. Apparently the island's mythical or legendary pokemon of the region. Each one was in charge of its own island. Guardians protecting the people from harm.

Okay so. I've been watching the notes on the @pokemischaracterization polls and oh my goodness this is fascinating. A brief summary of trends I've noticed this far:

-ingo and emmet are both in the bracket, but many people say that their characterization is largely fanon and difficult to get wrong. I'm going to argue that you can get it wrong, actually. Because of the ableism. If you write Ingo as someone who likely has an anxiety disorder that masks itself behind his autism symptoms, that's a perfectly reasonable interpretation. If you write him as being a secret zoroark who ate babies and is in a yandere situationship, you may want to re-examine some things.

-nemona, rose, and raihan are all victims of fandom racism. nemona made it to the yandere fandom wiki, and raihan gets similar treatment with people calling him "feral". Chairman Rose is in a much more ambiguous position, as he did in fact do several things wrong! But that just makes it trickier to spot the biases.

-Silver and Lusamine both get the "mischaracterized by their own source material" lament. I haven't gathered enough data on Silver, but Lusamine has canon trying to claim she did nothing wrong in later installments and interpretations, while retaining many of her abusive behaviors in USUM. While pokemon is a multimedia franchise and characterization may vary between adaptations, it does come off like they're trying to walk back on their themes earlier about child abuse.

-Lusamine and Cynthia both seem to get their characterization erased in favor of making them. Hm. Can't say that unless I want to mark the post 18+, but in particular, a lot of fanartists draw them in a way that appeals to a very particular crowd. Lusamine's toxicity is swept under the rug, and Cynthia's kindness and genuine love for the world and her history is dismissed as being unfitting for the particular fantasy that these people want to fulfill.

-Autism coding is something that comes up a LOT. Ingo, Emmet, and N are all a victim of zoroark AUs, a fresh spin on the changeling story that rehashes the same harmful tropes as the original without doing any introspection. In particular, N is infantilized and his character arc of understanding that he has a human heart is erased. which is suspicious because this mischaracterization is a mirror image of ghetsis' abuse. Nemona is viewed by some people as being autistic, hence her overly enthusiastic nature and inability to pick up on social cues. And she's criticized for these same traits.

-Special mention to magma admin Courtney! We're not sure if she's autistic or something else, but she's compared to a robot rather than a zoroark. Diversity loss! Ableism finds a way!

-Cyrus and Volo are character foils, who both wanted to remake the world but have friendship evolutions to show how they're not uncaring or heartless. Fandom seems to be allergic to nuance on them, with Yandere Volo headcanons especially. Volo seems to have it a lot worse, though.

-Red and Blue are somehow mischaracterized? Maybe I'm just not in the right corners of the fandom, but they seemed pretty straightforward to me. Hell, I'm a pretty big fan of Blue's characterization in pokemas, where he's presented as a cocky mentor sort who's largely mellowed out over the years and takes a lot of the newer rival characters under his wing.

-Kamado gets turned into a hate sink. My theory on this is that it's about the way the information about him is presented; he's wary of you to begin with and the banishment comes off as irrational, and then the banishment happens. By the time you learn enough about him to make him feel sympathetic, you're being attacked by a ninja who is likely trying to kill you, and then you have other things to worry about. More information about his backstory is hidden in subtext and minor quest dialogue that you could easily miss.

Beforehand, the Team Rocket boss gives generous tips to your performances, while grunts attend them to keep a close eye on you. At some point in time, Giovanni will offer more to you (anonymous to the public), just as long as you comply to him fully. If you don't, well, the people will certainly mourn the loss of an important figure as they're none the wiser to your kidnapping. It wouldn't come as a surprise if he decides to ruin your career a bit in between that time so he can make sure you come crawling back to him. However, that last resort comes up if you're extremely stubborn and still refuse.

Maxie: Like Giovanni, he offers you wondrous tips. It's his way of letting you know that he can provide you with so much. It'd be foolish not to accept his offers, especially with how easy one's reputation can be tainted with such fame. Maxie has planned this all out carefully, not wanting to come off too strong yet, but his eyebrow twitches when you reject his offer. You aren't rude about it, but he still finds it... Unappealing. The next best thing it is then. Courtney is better at these thing than he is, especially so with her knack for analysis on people. You'll definitely come back.

Archie: There's a game of tug of war going on in this man's head. On one hand, he's supportive of you since he loves you so much, but on the other he is extremely possessive with how many people fawn over you. Sure, they have absolutely no idea who you are behind closed doors, but he doesn't like the idea of one of them getting too comfortable. Archie can sometimes be impulsive and that leads to him making choices without thinking too much on the consequences. However, it's reassuring to know he has a whole crew to assist in cleaning up the mess.

Cyrus: He cannot fathom why he would fall for you of all people (it can be said for any type of career/position you're in, honestly). You bring out too much unnecessary emotions from people which annoys, but even more so when he catches sight of how much those people adore you. Cyrus assumes at first that you're putting up a front, mostly so he can crush his obsession towards you. Noticing that this method wasn't working, he just goes for kidnapping you. As mentioned in his general hcs, it would mostly be to make sure you take responsibility for what you've done.

Ghetsis: Anger boils within him. He's already had every bit of knowledge he has on you thanks to the Shadow Triad, but ugh, does it greatly piss him off to see the unworthy adore you. It has been mentioned before that Ghetsis will not take too long in kidnapping you, but the amount of time is much shorter with the occupation you have. Given he is a very possessive and selfish yandere who completely believes you are made for him, it is no surprise. The kicker is that when you go missing, he gives a speech to the people about how unfortunate that is; commenting on how you were such a wonderful figure in the industry. The sympathetic words he shares as he gives his condolences are utterly empty.

Lysandre: He basically now provides assets for your career now. Problem solved. All your staff are people from Team Flare, but you wouldn't know unless you looked deeper into it. Your manager? They report everything to Malva. It's so bizarre that all this happened after some frequent meetings with Lysandre, who had always admired your talents. He gives you praise for your work and is always there to greet you when a performance is done. All the grunts make sure none of the fans get too suffocating when speaking to you.

Lusamine: Oh, aren't you the cutest thing she'd ever laid her eyes on! Lusamine adores the work you do and even helps out with your sponsors. She may seem like she's completely okay with all the attention you receive, but deep down she wishes for only her to be able to look at you. It's a shame to watch as you share your radiance to others, but Lusamine is a patient woman. She eventually will have control over everything in your life, including your work. Why would you question her? You really do need to understand that listening to her is more beneficial. Let someone more experienced take the wheel, for you are only just a stumbling Deerling trying to make it in the world.

Guzma: It's a bit of a hassle. One that gets on Guzma's nerves sometimes. Don't get him wrong, he does enjoy seeing your performances—some of the grunts are even fans of you. However, with the rep he has, it will be difficult to get close to you, but it certainly does make the reward all the more sweeter in the end. That is only if he works up the nerve to do anything. Besides his rep, there are more pressing reasons why he hasn't done anything yet. It's even worse when you are a person under the limelight while he stays in the shadows, watching. You always get this feeling you're being watched when you're going home.

Chairman Rose: Similar to Lysandre, except his grunts are constantly checking up on you while the Chairman tries to make time to have dinner with you any chance he can get. It's not that hard with his position. There's some blackmail towards your staff and manager sprinkled in here and there. Oleana can be quite the negotiator as they all comply to the Chairman's "proposition". Now he knows where you'll be and constantly voices out his support for you. After all, he would do so much for you... And you'd give back as much in return, yes? Of course you would, darling.

+ For the first time in his life, he did not know what to make of this situation and it terrified him to a great extent. Yet, it burned him with boiling anguish and confusion. You were just an ordinary scientist, who he accidentally happened by as he went to Veilstone headquarters. 

+ Both of you shared the same philosophy regarding the essence of the soul. How it serves as nothing more than a catalyst for strife and suffering. But, differed in the solution to the cause. He was cautious enough not to spill his plans, whilst debating with you. Truth to be told, Cyrus never had a freshing discussion as he was mostly consumed by his end goals to ever give a thought to it. 

+ “It is rather true that the spirit causes a plethora of suffering and may end up ravaging the earth in an attempt to satiate itself. But without the spirit, we won’t grow as individuals. And if we didn’t, are we considered truly alive?….. It is the most interesting debate I had in a while and I must thank you for that. I bid you a good farewell, Cyrus.” Your words befuddled him, yet it remained still in his mind.

+ Perhaps, this was merely a scientific curiosity. Nothing more or less. It began to become a bigger hurdle than what he initially thought, when it crossed his plans. You persisted on engulfing his mind and that vexed him. Was Mesprit the culprit in play? Was it well aware enough of his true intentions and decided to mock him by condemning him to the most ironic fate possible? If so, he will extinguish it after garnering the red chain alongside his newly found interest.

+ So, he decided to employ Sird to keep an eye on you and relay any information regarding you. After all, she is the only one who he can trust to accomplish this mission efficiently and without any complications. It has been more than six months, since he kept an attentive gaze on you. It was rather difficult to ooze any information out of you, owing to your reclusive and vigilant nature. 

+ Cyrus commends you for your skeptical and logical mindset, perhaps a collaboration is in need. For him to keep his steely eyes on you, while you have the apparatuses for your research in hand. Maybe, he could persuade you to join his cause. Once Sird delivers him the personal information he had previously requested, he felt an oddly painful tug in his icy heart as he continued reading it. 

+ An extremely familiar tug that he had never felt since his time at Sunyshore. Prior to leaving his old hometown, Cyrus had completely shut his heart out lest it might end up torn apart like it had once. To watch it happen to another, opened old gashes that he never wishes to see again. Now, he can clearly discern why he was so invested in them. He can see a resemblance of himself in them, yet it seemed they had paved a completely distinctive path than the one he is currently on. 

+ They have succeeded whereas he failed, that despite everything they remained perseverant. Perhaps, they were right about how the spirit completed oneself…. No, no. That can’t be, if that was the case then why does he feel so dissatisfied and bitter? And, why strife remains existent? Wouldn’t it be beneficial for the world to live without it? In his experience, it is better to be null than to be in a state of perpetual suffering.

+ Instead, his obsession kept on festering akin to a disease that hijacked his pallid body in its deadly grasp. What was once a burning desire to terminate, has shifted into a desire to help in any way possible. Cyrus felt disgustingly sick and his commanders took notice of it. If he couldn’t get rid of them or the thought of them, then he ought to bring them here and hold them accountable for this illness.

+ Cyrus is obsessive, overprotective, and deeply paranoid in regards to his darling. In spite of that, he remains one of the most lucid yanderes to come across. His obsession towards them stems from either shared trauma or lack of it.

+ In the case of shared trauma, he loathes them and their agony for it is a glaring reminder of his own imperfections. Whilst the latter, is owing to their ignorance and naïve perception of the world. A deep seated fear of his, is for them to be scared of him and/or reject him. 

+ At first, Cyrus treatment towards his darling is volatile. It switches between utter cold disregard, then to an indirect yearning of their attention and affection. To say the least, they are confused and scared as if their abrupt abduction by a notorious criminal wasn’t enough. Which ironically prompts the thing that he fears the most.

+ Cyrus is a calculated, intelligent, and an intuitive individual. He knows when his darling is scared and would immediately remedy the situation by indulging in their interests. Perhaps, even giving them a pokémon to keep them company while he is busy elsewhere. No matter how busy Cyrus is, he will always make time for them to attend to their needs.

+ Speaking of goals, Cyrus will definitely find a way to keep his darling with him as everything “incomplete” is replaced with his ideals. Once his initial panic fades away, he will bend the world to appease his darling. You want mountain of books to satiate your curiosity? With his resources as a team leader, he could secure libraries and “gift” it to them. The methodology does not concern him, as much as the result. So long, you are pleased then he too is pleased.

+ Cyrus will condition them to obey him. Good behaviours will be rewarded, whilst the bad ones are punished. He carries the rewards, whilst his grunts do the dirty work. Thus they will start associating him with goodness, whilst others -be it his own cohorts or otherwise- are foes to be avoided. Let it be known that if the grunts stepped out of line in the punishment, they will be dealt with and be replaced with others. They are all expendable in his eyes, apart from his darling.

+ Cyrus knows he is being selfish -for Arceus sake, he is a criminal in the eyes of others.- but can’t he just have this one good thing in his dreary life. He wants to worship his beloved in peace, going as far to deny them their freedom. It is a price they have to pay for captivating his soul, mind, and heart. He will never let them disentangle from the webs he weaved specifically for them and them only, even if he had to tear the fabrics of time and space.

☄️ The exact moment that Galactic Boss first acknowledged these irrational feelings had forever haunted him. You had always been kind to him, despite how harshly and inexplicably he might have tried to push you away and isolate himself. Any soft words you spoke to him broke him out of the endless cycle of pain and uncertainty that plagued his mind. Your very presence broke that distress that plagued him over the state of the world. It made no sense, yet he dared not further push you away. Losing you would cause a pain that might drive him even further from rational thought. Keeping you at his side was all he could do. The word love rarely enters his mind, but he unfortunately had to acknowledge that it was precisely what he felt towards you.

☄️ His plans… His precious plans were meant to be free from this madness, one way or another. The irrational thoughts that plagued him, he had forced them down to focus on creating a new world. A world without spirit would not allow him to feel the pain that never seemed to stop pulsating in the back of his mind, nor would it make the horrible thoughts that tormented him have any further effect. Spirit was the source of conflict. Without it, nothing would happen to allow such irrational actions. He desperately repeated that to himself as he went about his research and period of development. Your calls to him kept haunting his mind, but he forced himself to ignore whatever foolish feelings they forced out.

☄️ Then, you appeared in his office with nervous body language. You were afraid. Of what? He did not have to ask, as you demanded to know what his plans were. Claims that you had been told by a whistle-blower of his intention cut deep into him. You shook your head and demanded he stop… Or you would leave at once. Cyrus tensed at your ultimatum. It was an impossible decision. Give up his only chance of escaping these horrible feelings that swelled inside him, or give up you… He heart beat much too harshly in its cage. Losing you… Losing you was not an option. The worst fears imaginable began to creep through his veins like an icy liquid. When you turned your back to him, his arms locked around you as tears began to burn his eyes.

☄️ Those irrational thoughts finally burst out in his head. Losing you… He was terrified of this more than anything. Something from his past flashed into his head. A small toy robot. The last sense of comfort he had in this disgusting world was you. It always had been. You seemed stunned into silence as he cried and held you. His strength was surprisingly more than you expected. That whistle-blower deserved the worst punishment imaginable, bringing him to his knees in a figurative manner. You softly tried to calm him down, reassuring him that you just wanted him to stop his plans. He knew better. Your threat held more weight than you might have realised.

☄️ Cyrus knew nearly everything about you, and his power and influence was more than enough to get him whatever he needed. There was no need to stalk you… not when your home had security cameras. He had convinced himself that it was not stalking long ago. Building locking mechanisms that were far too complicated for you to figure out was done with rapid speed. His fear of losing you now was almost entirely controlling his actions as he continued to work. The apartment you shared was already soundproofed, and it was easy to make a one-way delivery device that let you order whatever you wanted without finding a way out.

☄️ One day, not too long after your confrontation with Cyrus and his subsequent panic attack, you find yourself locked in your home. The veranda did not open, and the front door was secured with a complicated lock that would only respond to Cyrus and whoever else he verified. Panic could only settle in your mind as you tried to open the door to no avail. Reaching for your phone to contact Cyrus on what to do, you realised that it was almost entirely different. The only person it would allow you to contact was Cyrus. In fact, all devices seemed limited to solely him to whom they could communicate. Unbeknownst to you, the man himself watched this on his computer. His irrational thoughts were soothed. You were safe, and this world could not hurt you, nor could it take you from him. His explanation over the phone did not calm you down at all.

☄️ He is distant and controlling. All he wanted was to keep you at his side, and now he has that more than secured. His work once again takes priority, but any worries that cross his mind are soothed when he checks in on you with the cameras. Your escape attempts are desperate and numerous at first before slowing down into nothingness. You seem to escape your prison. He does feel bad – memories of his younger days locked in his room come to mind and make his chest tighten – but this is temporary. He reassures himself. In his perfect world, you both will be together normally again. Your rewards for being good are more access to things.

☄️ He allows you some freedoms. Being trapped inside is boring. Television is allowed since it is a one-way communication. Certain offline games after returned, giving you something to do to pass the time. You are never restricted from any area of the apartment but the veranda. Food is always whatever you want to order. Cyrus truly does not care what you do, as long as you do not hurt yourself or attempt to escape. Anything you even vaguely desire will be bought for you. His love is genuine, no matter how toxic and unhealthy it may be.

☄️ In rare moments that he seems to return home from his work, there is this moment of lucidity within his mind. You clearly avoid him and seem to refuse to even be in the same room as him. It contrasts harshly with how you previously would cling to him when he returned, something that he used to find annoying and unwanted. His foolish spirit made him crave such things. Your touch was desired to a disgusting (to him) extent. You will be caught off-guard by his sudden behavioural shift towards affection. His hand gasps your own as he gazes deep into your eyes, his breath racing. You are truly among the few things he cares for. The embraces are always soon to follow as he fights the complicated thoughts in his head again.

☄️ Punishments are truly rare. Most of the time, they are access being restricted again to various things. He is not a cruel man, nor does he want to cause you pain or distress. Unfortunately, this was the only situation that seemed to bring him any mental relief. You truly are kept in a gilded cage by him. Alone and desperate, yet upset and annoyed. Harsh words make him less likely to come home in the evenings. You quickly become forgiving and polite again, needing another human presence.

☄️ Escaping is nearly impossible, but it can happen. Cyrus's locks are not foolproof, and you could have friends ready to aid you in any way. He will know when you do and panic. Time is short, but if you can get away and manage to find either a certain International Police agent or a blonde champion, you might just be home safe. Both take their duties seriously and will stop at nothing to make Cyrus's plans fail, regardless of what they are. You are likely quietly moved out of Sinnoh to be away from any area with Galactic's influence. Sadly, whatever relationship you had with the man is more than dead, but at least you are free. Somewhere, Cyrus weeps over a pokemon and person that have both vanished from him and left him alone in this incomplete world.

☄️ If you do not… Well, his madness will take hold without a doubt. A group of his grunts will show up one day and take you to that taunting mountain. At the peak, you can only watch as Cyrus forces the two pokemon to create a new world for him. Something inside of him had also snapped and changed with your attempt to leave him. A new plan emerged. There was no need to recreate this world, nor should he make an entirely new one without spirit. No, his desires plainly spoke to him. A world where it was just you and him. Finally, he would truly know mental peace. The two female commanders can only gasp as Cyrus suddenly grabs you and presses your body into his chest. You both fall into the strange otherworldly portal and vanish from this world, never to be seen again. A late-comer emerges from the shadows far too late. You both truly only had each other, just as he had wanted.

Yandere PokeCanons

So I’m in school currently, Not doing my work (as usual lol no i’m kidding, i finished my work already.) and i decided to write some yandere headcanons for pokemon characters. (Since my main blog is a yandere blog why don’t i transfer some of that energy over here.)

Natural Harmonia Gropius

To begin with, N would be more of a Obsessive Delusional Yandere, He wants to believe that you two belong together, that you are already together with him. He wants to keep you all for himself, and live as one big happy family with all of your pokemon.

Using his ability to talk to pokemon as an advantage, he would find out little things about you from them, your battle style, your favorite type, which pokemon do you prefer to use. He’ll know eveything. He becomes really close to your Pokemon, even babysitting them for you when you’re off doing other things

He’ll definitely use his ties with Team Plasma as a last resort, He doesn’t want his dad to figure out that he has such feelings for someone. He is supposed to be focused on liberating pokemon. Freeing them!

But yet he has thoughts of placing you into a nice pretty room decorated just for you, everything you need, access to the gardens, as many pokemon as you want! You’ll love it...

When he finally decides to act upon his desires, He’ll invite you out on a walk in the forest, he claims he wants to show you some pokemon that he thought you’d like. You follow him (you shouldn’t have y/n..)

You find an adorable little Shaymin, it coos and rubs up against you in the most adorable way. You feel your heart swarm up and smile, Only to feel a sting in your side and arms wrapped around your waist.

“Shh..Finally..it’ll be just you and I, my dear, Please don’t fight it..” He whispers, feeling your body slowly going limp in his arms. The Shaymin, still watching, asks N if you’re going to be okay. He just gives them a small smile and nods. “She’s just tired, I’ll make sure she’s okay”  He says as he walks away. He’ll have to thank Colress for the syrum later.

Champion Leon

He would meet you through Victor and Gloria, they introduce you as their older cousin who is visiting from Alola for a couple of months. He is struck with love at first sight. He instantly feels a sudden attraction towards you, and at first he thought he was sickly. He even went as far as asking Raihan what was wrong (To which he replied “You’re in love Leo”)

Definitely a Possessive Manipulative type

He would use his Champion position to pull the strings a bit to see you more and more. He couldn’t get enough of you. He would make sure he knew every move you made. He would become closer to Victor and Gloria just to figure out when you are leaving.

Three months

Thats all he had left.

So he had to act quick.

He was so excited and giddy, He made everything out, He was gonna ask you out, you would say yes! He would have you all to himself and no one else could have you! He marched up to you while you were out with your Scorbunny training him. He placed his arms around your shoulders, spinning you around to face him.

“Y/n! I’m glad I caught you in time! I have something that I want to tell you!!” He said excitedly. You giggled and smiled up at him. God he loved that smile, He couldn’t wait until you were his and he had you underneath him whi-. “What’s up Leo?” He shook his head from his thoughts and smirked softly, handing you a bouquet of roses.

“Will you, (Y/n) (L/n), Be my girlfriend?..” “A-ah! I didn’t think you shared my feelings! Of Course!”

Professor Kukui and Burnett

Burnett would be the first one to meet you.

You were a new lab assistant  helping with the research of the Ultra Beasts, You were Smart, Quick Witted and Spoke Sarcasm as a second language. Burnett loved having conversations with you and appreciates the time that you take to help them out. That Appreciation soon turned to love.

She is a Manipulative Type, She wants to shelter you and carry you away from the light of the world. She didn’t have that much of a hard time doing that, You lived alone on MeleMele Island with no one except your litten and mimikyu to keep you company. Burnett offered you to move in with her and her husband as her Personal Assistant.

Of Course you said yes, being the sweet and adorable person she knew you were. That’s When she introduced you to her husband. Who welcomed you with open arms just like he did with Lillie.

Now Kukui, He’s a different story. He is Delusional

When you first start staying with them, He’s like a care taker, he makes sure you have anything or everything you need. You help him with Pokemon moves and type match up. He’s impressed of what you can do, he’s impressed with your smarts

Now he’s Love struck, He brings the situation up to his wife, thinking that she was going to be upset with him because of his feelings. He was shocked when she expressed the same thing.

Now They work as a team.

They monitor everything that you do, from who you talk to ,to who you work with. They slowly start removing your privileges, and make it so that you could work from home. You become their precious princess, they basically worship you.

“Mmm! It’s gonna be so great! I have so much planned, I cannot wait to take the trip to Kanto with you Sweetie! Right Dear?” “She’s right y/n, It’ll be the perfect getaway for us” (You wish you would have never said yes)

Team Galactic Leader Cyrus

Cyrus is the most dangerous out of all of the people I have written for today.

Being a Team leader gives you alot of authority over people, people are afraid of Cyrus. They cower in fear when they hear about team galactic.

That’s why he was confused why you joined.

You were an Admin, you were over the grunts and passed orders directly from Cyrus. You were strict with grunts, didn’t take any shit, but was so sweet to Cyrus and held him on a pedestal. (thats the mistake you made)

Cyrus began keeping you as a right hand Admin, replacing Saturn (who is a fellow Yandere A delusional one at that). He keeps you by your side and begins feeding you lies.

“You don’t need them” “Stay with me, I need your help” “y/n you’re better than that, he’s just  upset you mean more to me”

Slowly, Cyrus will start to show signs of a Dependent Manipulative yandere. He feels as if he’ll feel empty if you aren’t near him. He wants only you and you. He wants you to be a part of his perfect world, he’ll worship you as his queen.

Though at seems your life would get tougher because of Saturn. He felt as if you took Cyrus away from him. So now he considers it war,

But Cyrus.

He considers it the beginning of his life. He might actually settle down with you, after his world is created. It’ll just be you and him, he doesn’t need anybody else but you. He’ll start making plans, and when the day comes, he’s ready.

He’s standing next to you when his world is created.

He manages to get you to believe him, that you are the only thing he need, he’s the only one that you need. and that you can survive with only him.

“The day has come...No one can stop us now, y/n,It’s us against the world and we’re winning.” “They can’t harm us anymore.”

Chapter 9

After a few more turns and an elevator trip later you said your goodbye to the tall man.

Awkward silence filled the space around you, at least on your end.

"So who are you again? I don't remember hearing about you from the briefings."

"Oh, I uh came here with Cyrus."

The grunt scrunched his face.

"The creepy antisocial guy?"

You blinked, it didn't occur to you that other people might not like Cyrus. You assumed his control over time and space would give him all kinds of leverage.

"Is that how everyone around here feels about him?"

"Mostly yeah I don't understand half the things he says. Not like I want to anger a guy who has dialga and palkia."

Oh this was great! Maybe you could get a few grunts on your side!

"I wanted to see if I could go outside. It's really stuffy in here. But I need an escort."

"You've got to me kidding me."

"Just for a little bit, I need some fresh air. It's so stuffy in here!"

"No! I don't have time for this!"

You slumped maybe you could try later. No! You wanted to get out of here right? Grow a better backbone. If you could yell at Cyrus and live you could get this grunt to listen to you!

"Need I remind you I came with Cyrus?"

The sound of waves sounded heavenly to you. When was the last time you had been to a beach? It felt so unreal, you reached down and grabbed the sand, letting it fall through your fingers.

You chuckled to yourself guess there were some perks being connected to the galactic boss. You side eyed the grunt behind you looking every bit like a child pouting.

"Hey, you need to be careful out here, sandyghast and palosand tend to hang around beaches.

"What?"

The rainbow rocket grunt rolled his eyes

"There's ghost types that live in the sand, they suck your soul out or something. Just be careful okay?"

"Right of course."

You looked out at the sea, it felt so good to see wide open spaces that were not filled with floating islands. You sighed letting the stress wash away.

You glanced at your 'bodyguard' who stared right back.

"What?"

"Nothing, you seem to know a lot about the beach here. Do you live around here?"

The grunt eyed you suspiciously.

Yeesh tone the probing down.

"I'm just trying to make conversation. Didn't mean to offend you or anything."

The man sighed.

"No, I just like to read in my spare time. It's also helpful to learn about the place you're staying in."

"Where are we anyway?"

"The Alola region, a bunch of small tropical islands near each other."

"I never been to a tropical island before. I'm from Sinnoh it's a lot colder over there. Even our warmest town isn't this hot."

You bent down playing with the water as the waves lapped at your hand.

"Hmm"

"It's nice."

Footsteps faded behind you, was he leaving you unattended?

You stared out into the ocean, you looked to your right. Noticing an island in the distance. You smiled, imagine if you tried to swim there right now. You wouldn't make it even halfway, even if sharpedos didn't exist. You needed a water type that you could ride. It wouldn't do to get injured and dragged back to Cyrus. Like you'd give him another advantage.

The Footsteps soon came back, you glanced back at the grunt. A black blob was shoved in your face, your heart leap as you scrambled back. Your eyes adjusted to the thing in front of you.

Pink pins and a cotton-like tail were the next things you noticed, with dots for eyes blinking up at you.

What in the world?!

"This is a pyukumuku, fed him once and he hasn't left me alone since."

The pyukumuku squeaked in agreement. Bobbing as much as it could. The grunt set it on the ground. The both of you watched it eagerly hop over to the grunt, hopping in circles around his boots.

"Why don't you catch him? He really likes you."

"Hes too weak and they don't evolve as far as I know. He'd just be taking up space. I was kinda hoping it'd latch onto you. Since you're alone and all, clearly that's not happening."

You ignored the last comment, content on watching the small pokemon.

The pukumuku just continued to nuzzle the grunts boots. The poor thing seemed oblivious to the fact that the grunt had no interest in it.

"Ah swablu stop that you've had enough treats."

Swablu chirped away, hopping around you.

Stopping a few times to pull at your clothes. Big watery eyes pleaded at you.

Aww.

"*Sigh* alright just one more."

Jealousy burned in your chest, here was this pokemon, clearly just wanted him to love it back. And, and he just took it for granted!

"Yeah."

You stayed out for a good half hour before trudging back to your prison. You stared at the intimidating building, they didn't even try to make it subtle. Well when you have so many powerful people in one spot, who could stop you?

You entered the building, the grunt shutting the door on the small strangler following you. The cool air hit you, the sound of the sea cut off in favor of the sound of lights buzzing above you.

"Here I'll escort you back."

You stared at your door, you couldn't let your only connection on getting out of here leave. You'd be back at square one.

"Isn't there anything I can do, it's boring staying up in my room."

The grunt growled.

"Listen I'm not your babysitter! I got things I have to do."

"Sorry."

You were just outside maybe it was better not to push, at least not yet. Clearly you'd have to lower his guard down first. In the off chance you saw him again.

The grunt grumbled, pulling you out of your internal thoughts.

"You can borrow some of my books...I'll bring them up. Anything you're interested in?"

Oh maybe you could make this work.

"Thank you, uh any books on local pokemon would be great. Maybe I can convince Cyrus to let me have another one."

You still both stood in front of your room.

The awkward air lifted a bit, you gave the grunt a thankful smile.

"Right I'll do that...bye."

You closed the door behind you, a grin slowly started to spread on your face. The first step of your plan was a success! So you were in the Alola region, which were made up of islands. You kinda wished you had paid more attention to geography in class. But that didn't matter right now, well it would, ah nevermind. You could just island hop, even with Cyrus using palkia you were sure you could escape!

From what you could see the islands in the distance made of a lot of thick jungle. Good for hiding, but most likely chalk full of pokemon. Pokemon you had no info on. It was dangerous enough going into a forest knowing the local wildlife. You weren't about to die when freedom was so close. Hopefully that grunt would come back soon with those books so you could see what you were working with.

You'd need a pokemon to go with you. No way could you leave without one. You would have to find where team rocket kept all their pokemon. Surely they had extra when they had to recruit.

Well nothing a little more snooping couldn't fix.

Cyrus is very interesting to write for! Because of his whole take on emotions being weakness, so this’ll be interesting! I’m trying my best, but keep in mind I’ve never written for him before, so i hope this will be alright, and what you had in mind.

Most people don’t understand that there was a time before Team Galactic for Cyrus. A time where he didn’t believe emotions were the sole reason for the folly of man, a time when he was a quiet, but normal little boy.

Rejection is not just painful, but also powerful. Rejection from his parents was one thing. He had been a perfect student, a good son, had done the absolute best he could, and still it was not enough for them. But, he reasoned, lots of people disappoint their parents, even with their best efforts.

He was fine. He was fine until you rejected him.

But you. It’s always you. It seems you weren’t just satisfied with breaking his heart, as you stood in Team Galactic’s way at every opportunity.

He won’t let you ruin this too however.
