no but the three Baratheons rocking up to King’s Landing after receiving a vaguely written raven from Himbo!Baratheon!Reader about getting married in the Great Sept privately and they’re all under the assumption that Himbo!Baratheon!Reader “dishonoured” a lady in the king’s court and had to marry her hastily but when they pull up it’s Aerys fucking Targaryen 😭😭😭😭

When Robert, Stannis and Renly roll up Himbo!Baratheon!Reader is just as confused as them, telling him that he was just ordered to show up. Then out walks Aerys in his full wedding dress glory and the other Baratheons are immediately horrified. Meanwhile, Himbo!Baratheon!Reader actually kind of thinks that Aerys looks pretty cause of course he put some effort into himself for his wedding with Himbo. Plus, with Aerys keeping Himbo!Baratheon!Reader on such a tight leash and so close to his side he would have been taking better care of himself (at least physically cause this man is still off his rocker mentally and emotionally) so he wouldn’t look as fucked up as he was before. Like, his nails are trimmed (and manicured💅🏻), his beard is well groomed or shaved off completely, and he’s gained some much needed weight making him actually fill out his dress quite nicely.

Robert is immediately ready to throw hands, Stannis is trying to think of how he’s gonna get Himbo!Baratheon!Reader and themselves out of this alive, and Renly is judging Aerys to filth. Then at some point Rhaegar pulls up and it’s all out chaos. I could just see Tywin being the only one to somehow bring an end to this but it ends with Himbo!Baratheon!Reader still having to marry someone and he panics and says Ned’s name off the top of his head.

RhaegarWins! Au: Rhaegar killed Robert in the trident, Robert's Rebellion fails; Aerys dies, Rhaegar becomes king and in the end of the war he gets his third head of the dragon. Lyanna gives birth to a daughter not a son (the reader)Visenya.

But not all its sunshine and rainbows for Rhaegar Targaryen, this is an you won but at what cost scenario. First of Lyanna still dies in this scenario and since she's dead and can't tell if she went willing or not people always speculate whether she was abducted or she went willing. The faith has a long standing tradition of opposing polygamy so Rhaegar marriage to Lyanna is not recognized as legitimate, baby Visenya is a bastard, and the northerns and the stormlanders are pissed with the outcome of the rebellion. (Especially the stormlanders).

Rhaegar inherits a broken kingdom and so he goes problem solving. First he is lenient on the rebels. He takes hostages, he takes a little land from the minor Lords but let most of them keep their castles. The starks, Tully and arryns keep all of their titles and since he is walking on thin ice, and doesn't want a conflict with the faith right now,He recognizes that his marriage to Lyanna is illegitimate (the northerns are even more pissed by this), but he has Visenya legitimized and tries to appease the starks he is more lenient to them and Ned gets a royal ward, Princess Visenya.

So house Targaryen it's at its weakest point in history. worst than the dance of dragon's. But Rhaegar being Rhaegar raises Aegon to belive that he is the prince that was promised and tells him that he and his sisters are the conquerors come again and that one day he is going to marry both of them. Now neither Aegon or Rhaenys belive in their father's bullshit because Elia its a big influence in their lives. But one day Rhaegar decides that it's time to Visenya to come home and they both start developing yandare tendencies for her 😈 they may not belive in their father's prophecies but they would definitely use them to trap poor Visenya. Now I ask you what kind of yandare would Rhaenys and Aegon be? What are their differences? What are their similarities? What are your thoughts on this concept?

I didn't expect to receive this until I read it and I say I need more!! An au where Rhaegar would win Robert's Rebellion was not something I needed until you sent me this!!

Considering that all of history had changed, relations would be strained and resentment would run high, particularly between the remaining Targaryens and the Starks. I like to think that Viserys and Daenerys grew up in King's Landing with their brother, but their bastard daughter, Visenya/Y/n, went to live with the Starks. In that case, I imagine everyone would know that she is not Ned's daughter but Rhaegar's daughter, it would be fun to imagine her dynamic with the Starks.

Ned grew to love his niece, even though she represents everything that happened to his beloved sister, he still loves his niece. He resents Rhaegar, but he doesn't hate Visenya. She is just a child, i'ts not her fault her father's mistakes. I can't help but think how cool and inconvenient it would be if the entire Stark family became yandere for her. Catelyn came to love the girl as her daughter, because she was not ''Ned's bastard'', as Jon would be, she was the most present mother figure in Visenya's life and she would become delusional to the point of imagining she was really her daughter.

When Rhaegar ordered Visenya/Y/n to return home, the hell would break. The Starks don't want her to go, they don't trust the Targaryens to look after her like they do and she has grown used to the North. But they couldn't ignore Rhaegar's orders, they weren't ready for another war, the last one cost them too much, so Visenya reluctantly returned to King's Landing, meeting with her father, uncle and aunt and siblings.

Relationships would be fun to describe, I think. Rhaegar is definitely very attached to Visenya, due to the fact that she is Lyanna's daughter and he regrets not having seen her grow up, although he knew it was the best thing to do at the time. Elia had reservations about Rhaegar's bastard daughter, it wasn't resentment or hatred, but… Curiosity and she soon finds herself liking her stepdaughter.

Viserys doesn't think much of his niece, he doesn't care, at least at first. She was just Lyanna and Rhaegar's bastard child, why should he care? But Viserys finds himself interested in the way everyone else acts around Visenya and ends up finding himself closer to his niece. Obsessed, maybe.

I would imagine that Visenya and Daenerys would have been born around the same time, so the two would be the same or close in age at the very least. They would definitely be close and Dany finds herself very attached to her niece. Although they didn't grow up together, the two eventually became best friends.

Now about Aegon and Rhaenys… Definitely the trio would be the differentiated version of Aegon I, Rhaenys and Visenya. They might not believe in the prophecy, but they couldn't deny that as soon as they met their sister, things changed. Before her, Aegon and Rhaenys clung to each other, along with their mother, but it felt like something was missing. A hole in the inseparable duo and when they met... It was you who was missing.

Aegon is, in my opinion, the obsessive and slightly overprotective yandere type. He felt an instant connection with Visenya and could not deny her desires for her and as is tradition, he would take her and Rhaenys as his wives. Just like Aegon I did. It didn't matter if polygamy wasn't allowed, he would do it and he would have Rhaegar's support and maybe even Elia's. Aegon is very paranoid about his sister and will not let her leave him and Rhaenys. They were already created apart, he won't allow that again.

Rhaenys would be calmer and gentler than her brother, but she's a clingy, possessive yandere, I think. She would be particularly possessive of her sister and brother, wanting them both with her at all times. Rhaenys would definitely send jealous, murderous glares at people she deems a threat to her and her siblings. Rhaenys would grow sharp and strong.

Who knows the prophecy will not be fulfilled? With this trio. Perhaps dragons come back to life through Aegon, Visenya and Rhaenys. Perhaps the prince who was promised is not only a prince, but... A prince, a princess and a bastard? All Targaryens, different but so... close.

The world of Ice and Fire would be quite different from what we know, but interesting, don't you think?

~ When Rhaegar's sister begins to transform into a young lady, her obsessive tendencies begin. He won't let his sister be taken by another Lord.

~ He will apply to his father for the two of them to get married. It is likely that Aerys will accept this so that the lineage remains pure.

~ Rhaegar will be very upset and disappointed if the princess does not want this marriage. However, he never gives up on this desire. He will try to persuade the princess.

~ He can baby-trap the princess so that she doesn't run away and accept the marriage. Whatever happens, this will be a marriage.

YN was very close to her twin sister Lyanna. The two were cut from the same cloth and shared everything with each other. YN loved to ride with her sister, they shared the same dresses and play clothes, and they both disparaged at the thought of YN marrying Robert Baratheon. One eventful day, YN, her sister, and her brothers were sent down with their father to a tourney at Harrenhal. A tourney where the prince Rhaegar and others of the royal family would be. 

During the tourney, YN had the most wonderful time. She spent most of her time with her sister and brothers. Standing up for Howland Reed when he was attacked and insulted. Once he was in their tent, YN immediately went to his side to press a clot to his bleeding face. Her brothers went on about how they would not stand for this, and Lyanna stood off to the side pondering something that she was planning to do. 

At the feast, YN caught her first glimpse of prince Rhaegar, who had played them all a piece of music that brought her sister to tears. YN didn’t know at the moment but Rhaegar had caught a glimpse of her too. The man found the girl beautiful. And he was a man and she a girl, the prince being in his early twenties and YN being 14 at the time of the tourney. 

When it was time to watch the tourney, YN sat right next to her twin and enjoyed watching the men go at it. They both cheered for their brother Brandon, who was winning the tourney so far. Then Rhaegar went to compete and he performed outstandingly. He was absolutely wonderful and so pretty, at least he was to YN. Then he won the tourney. Unseating Brandon. The crowd applauded as he took the wreath of blue roses to give to his queen of love and beauty. But he did not place it in the lap of his wife. He took that laurel of roses and placed it in the lap of YN. YN who blushed and sweated under the gaze of everyone who was shocked at the prince. She felt her stomach go aflutter from nervousness. YN no longer found the prince beautiful. She hated that he made her the center of attention and scrutiny. But you did not turn down a gift from a prince. 

“Thank you Prince Rhaegar.” YN said steadily. One hand on the laurel the other tightly gripping her sister’s. 

“A beautiful wreath of flowers, for my queen of love and beauty.” He complimented, then he rode off leaving YN to try and steady her breathing. 

The fallout of this tourney was a catastrophic one. Robert raged and hated the prince, insulted that the man would show any interest in his betrothed. YN’s father and brothers ran to her rescue and adamantly defended her honor. Her virtue. No one thought the girl was the prince’s mistress. The two had never even met before. But the blame was laid against Rhaegar’s true wife, Elia. Believing she was not giving the prince what he wanted, that she was making him unhappy. Thankfully YN did not see Rhaegar again for a whole year. 

And for that whole year, Rhaegar thought about YN. The beautiful stark girl. He liked Elia, maybe even loved her, but he desired the girl he claimed as his queen. Rhaegar wanted to possess her, to adore her and worship the ground she walked on. But he needed to have three children with Elia. Once Elia had birthed a son for him, his hopes for a third child were dashed when the maester said she could not handle birthing another child. His mind turned to the stark girl. How he loved her. How she could give him a child. 

He would get his chance when he would see her again a year after the tourney. After the birth of his son. There she was in the Riverlands. He followed her into the woods where she danced amongst the trees. Believing she was putting on a show for him. In reality YN loved the woods. She needed these ounces of freedom away from her entourage of people. She wasn’t even thinking of Rhaegar. She knew he was there in the Riverlands, but didn’t even believe she would never see him again. 

“You're still as beautiful as that day at the tourney.” Rhaegar interrupted her. YN jumped and turned around to see the man staring intensely at her. 

“My lord! Prince Rhaegar! What are you doing here?” YN wrapped her arms around herself. 

“I never thought I’d see your face again.” Rhaegar ignored her question and stepped toward her. Yn stepped back. She was 15 and he was still a man in his early twenties. “Oh, are you scared? Do I scare you?”

“Prince Rhaegar. You should go back to your wife. I’m sure your entourage is missing you.” YN was scared. His purple eyes stared so deep into her, that she felt it pierce her soul. It felt like he towered over her. 

“You haven’t answered my question. Do I scare you?” He stepped closer and placed his hand against her cold cheek. 

YN swallowed back a whimper. “Yes. I am frightened of you. And I want you to leave. Please leave me alone.”

“But I can’t. I’ve thought of nothing but you since that tourney. How beautiful you looked. How I needed to have you.” Rhaegar whispered. 

“You have a wife. You have children with that wife.”

“I have two children. I need three. I need to fulfill something. Something I can’t explain now. All I must say is that I want you. I need you to give me a third child. I need you. There’s so many words that I have for you. I want you to come with me.” Rhaegar held her face in his hands. 

YN scowled and shoved him away. Breathing heavily. “No! I won’t go with you! I don’t want to have anything to do with you!” 

“I love you, YN. I need you.” Rhaegar reached for her. 

“You don’t love me! You don’t know me! Please go away! Go back to your wife and forget I exist!” YN bit. 

“I can see your unwillingness to mine. But I must have you.” Rhaegar was calm. Very calm. 

YN did not see Rhaegar’s companions when they came from between the trees. She did not see Ser Arthur Dayne behind her. The man grabbed her and placed his hand over her screaming mouth. Rhaegar and his band stole the stark girl away. The man gave into his dark desires and possessed the girl who fought and screamed against him. He promised her she would only need to give him one child. That he wouldn’t touch her after that. That he would just possess her body and spirit. He would have her. His queen of love and beauty.

I hate Rhaegar. Why are you a grown man in his twenties fixating on this 14-15 year old.

Love and hate is the same

• Time travel was a very bitter thing, Yn decided. To see the people long dead should have made him happy but it hurt a lot. Yn lived so many years full with his past mistakes and regrets that his brain just couldn’t catch up with not seeing the consequences of the past. Waking up and realizing that yes that very strange lady in Asshai didn’t lie and he was in the past was easy. Realizing that he didn’t have his friends-companions- was harder. But he accepted it since he theoretically knew what would happen if he travels back in time. Seeing his own face, so young and unmarked by the last decade, didn’t faze him. Seeing his old room,the old servants, the old stable that was burned down by the Lannisters, his old and mostly dead acquaintances didn’t faze him. But seeing him did.

• Yn felt like somebody pulled a rug from under him. It didn’t only hurt, it burned through his whole being. His head and heart was full with longing, love and anger. He loved his silver prince and yearned for him but he couldn’t forget what he had done. Rhaegar left him, his own wife and children and doomed them and the kingdom. This mixture of feelings left his knees weak and had it not been for the stone railing Yn was sure that he would have kneeled over. He still didn’t notice him, too deep in a conversation with Arthur, his sister and Elia. Yn was thankful for this. He watched Rhaegar and his companions, thinking about what he had to do, until Ashara noticed him and looked deep in Yn‘s eyes. They stared at each other, and when Yn looked away he accidentally caught Rhaegar‘s eyes. Yn felt a butterflies in his stomach, the intensity almost made him throw up, but shame followed. And with shame came anger. The kind that burns through the soul and leaves the body hot and trembling. The kind that makes the heart heavy. The kind that you can only get after having your hearth broken in thousand tiny pieces.

• It all began when they were neither children nor adults. It was that awkward phase when they limbs suddenly grown but they couldn’t control them right. After Rhaegar has stolen a book about bed activities and a wine flask they got so drunk that Yn wasn’t able to stand up straight. They red the book loud to each other while sipping wine and Rhaegar leaned over to Yn and kissed him. While it surprised Yn, he kissed back and from one point to the other they were naked in front of the fire place. After decades Yn still couldn’t forgot the hard rug and the slight burn from them. They touched each other in a way before that neither experienced. It was magical. It felt good. And right. Of course, they continued the activities and sought enjoyment in each other companies but it was years later that they confessed. Yn wasn’t sure until that day what Rhaegar felt but the words he whispered to him made Yn warm up to this day. The intensity of Rhaegar‘s love made everyday worth living for Yn. Sadly it didn’t last. They knew that Rhaegar had to marry and after failed attempts at finding Rhaegar the bride his father wished, Elia came. At first Yn wasn’t bothered but after repeatedly seeing and hearing how well they got along Yn became jealous. Looking back it wasn’t his brightest moment but who could fault a lover for being jealous of his love slowly falling in love with somebody else?

• They argued a lot. Rhaegar denied his accusations but Yn know the truth. Maybe Rhaegar wasn’t fully in love with Elia but he liked her enough to do his duty. At the end of the day he was man who was blessed with a beautiful albeit sickly wife who gave him two children. It was enough. And this broke Yn heart. Yn felt slighted, although he didn’t know why, angry, and desperate. He wished for Rhaegar, his first friend and lover, the friend whom he trained with, watched the stars, read old books and laughed. The lover that made him feel like he was loved, was worth something beautiful, and a lover who accepted his love. But when it crashed down for the first time Yn couldn’t say what he felt because he was painfully young. So when Rhaegar begann to talk less and less with Yn, barely kissed him and they almost never truly talked, Yn became frustrated. The confrontation went as good as expected. The fought intensely, but not loudly. It was quick but hearth breaking. At the end, after telling each other the slights they felt like they suffered, Rhaegar just shook his head and told Yn that they needed some time apart. Yn took it stone faced and left. Only when he was alone in his chambers did he cry.

• Yn guessed that he traveled back in time after they argued. Nobody moved, the garden was silent and only a shout of Yn name snapped him out of it. He quickly turned around and walked towards a boy who was calling him. At first Yn didn’t even understand what was going on and why he was asked to meet with a friend in a tavern somewhere in Flea Bottom. But he felt excited when he realized who was waiting for him. After Yn left Westeros, he went to the Golden Company and met Carl the Small. Smallcarl, as he was called, wasn’t actually small but Bigcarl was at least two feet higher than an average man. Years later Yn contract ended and Carl and he decided to leave the Company with others to see the world. They adventure took them from the Shadowland to beyond Westeros and it brought both Carl and Yn closer. They were friends but sometimes when they needed a body than they went beyond brotherhood. But that didn’t change their friendship. Currently Yn only trusted him and some of his friends from the adventures the most. Before Yn payed the shadowwitch, they decided to meet in Kings Landing and try to change destiny. A hard decisions but the trust between them went deep.

• The meeting at a run down tavern lifted Yn spirits. Seeing Carl, Jonny and Majki always brought a sense of security in Yn hearth so he left with his heart lightened to do his task. Before he left, Carl hugged him and kissed his head and they agreed to meet in a few days. The second meeting went even better. They agreed on what to do, where to beginn and when. Yn left few hours later. He walked back in silence and only the darkness was around him, however he couldn’t shake of the feeling that something was wrong.

• Yn arrived to his room and after opening the door, he stopped in his track. The hearth which he left cold was now omitting warmness, there was wine and two fancy glasses on a table that he has never seen before and Rhaegar was sitting on his bed. Looking at the rumpled sheets he must have slept, Yn thought. But before he could utter a word Rhaegar stood up and motioned him towards the table. The only thing that he said was to close the door. And Yn did while trying to escape his memories.

• A week after the confrontation Yn couldn’t hold himself anymore and went back to Rhaegar. But the relationship couldn’t be safed. After Rhaegar stole Lyanna and they ended up in the Tower of Joy, they talked. Rhaegar ordered Yn in his room, waited for him with some dornish wine and when Yn declined he seemed disappointed. However when they sat down any kind of love went out of Rhaegar and he was like a block of ice. It was sad. Truly the sight of somebody you loved not loving you anymore was very heart breaking. Still Yn sat through Rhaegar‘s speech of the prophecy, of the Song of Ice and Fire and why he had to do it. It! He could tell Yn that he love him, which was clearly a lie, than in the same sentence he said that he was going to fuck the girl. And the stupid, young Yn said that he was going to stay with Rhaegar and help him! This one was his biggest shame. Supporting a man who betrayed his love, wife, children and kingdom.

• So Yn stayed and endured. He endured the courting, the kisses and loving glances. His heart broke every single time but he endured. Until the night that he had to stay before Rhaegar’s room. Lyanna went inside without looking who was protecting them. Arthur and Yn. Looking back Yn guessed that Rhaegar didn’t know who were his guards for the night but maybe it was only Yn‘s wish. He stood next to the door, listening to them having sex, until he felt like a mist before his eyes has dissolved. The bitterness spread through Yn and he didn’t even try to stop it. His love went away, replaced with a mixture of hate and hurt. The realization which he always know but never accepted made him weak. Rhaegar may have truly loved him once but it was gone. Somebody who is in love wouldn’t do this. He was angry and disappointed and tired. He just wanted to leave and never look back. His skin itched for being alone in his room to think through what he was doing to do so he just left. Arthur didn’t even try to stop him. Yn never looked back. He went in his room but it didn’t help. He craved for something he didn’t even know. Yn packed the necessities and left for somewhere.

• To see the person he hated and loved for years left Yn shaken. Rhaegar was pouring wine for both of them and sat down on the floor leaning against Yn‘s bed. While Yn did the same, however he sat down as far from Rhaegar as he could, he sipped his wine looking in the fireplace. After a few seconds that felt like hours of silence, Rhaegar turned to Yn and asked a question that left Yn surprised.

• „ Who ist Carl?“

• Yn tried to come up with an answer and Rhaegar waited. Lamely Yn only said that he was a friend. He regretted his answer after seeing Rhaegar’s face. The hurt was palpable on face. Only silence followed until Rhaegar drank his glass of wine and asked for more. When Yn handed the flask over Rhaegar softly shook his head and asked him to pour. Yn was unsure but still did it. As he poured he could feel Rhaegar’s eyes on him, and shamefully Yn admitted that he felt excited. Even after years of hurt he loved Rhaegar.

• As he was pouring Rhaegar hit him. The slap hurt like a bitch, Yn decided. It was unexpected and Yn fell over. Before he could do anything Rhaegar was on him. The kiss that followed was even more unexpected. When Yn didn’t do anything Rhaegar deepened the kiss. However both of them needed to breath and they came apart. Rhaegar looked deep in Yn eyes and caressed his face. Yn was so shocked that he couldn’t muster up enough energy do anything until he noticed Rhaegar leaning over again for a kiss. Before anything could happen Yn hit Rhaegar‘ side, got up and quickly went for the door. But he never reached it. Rhaegar almost sprung on him and they fell over. Usually Yn won over Rhaegar but this time Rhaegar was like a bull. They rolled around on the floor, hit each other, and when Rhaegar prayed Yn‘s jaw apart Yn wasn’t strong enough to stop him. Frightened Yn noticed that he had swallowed something and didn’t move. He could see himself and his fearful face in Rhaegar’s eyes.

• The kisses that followed their little fight were intense. Yn felt sluggish but hot at the same time and when Rhaegar asked him between kisses about the men he was meeting, he could barely respond. He denied Rhaegar accusations about being taken by the men and only responded that they were just friends. Rhaegar obviously didn’t believe him, and Yn realized at the back of his mind that he was jealous and angry. The kisses and touches left Yn feeling even more hotter than he already was and before he do anything both of them were naked and flushed together. Rhaegar was already on him, caressing him, and through the night they took each other several time before falling asleep.

• Waking up Yn felt awful. His stomach was upset but when he tried to lean over the side of the bed something pulled his hands back. The something was made of iron. Shocked he looked at the shackles around his wrists and then he noticed Rhaegar watching beside him. Before Yn could open his mouth Rhaegar leaned over and kissed him while laughing. This was the moment that Yn knew that he was truly fucked.

So here is the story, the reader is one of Rhaella's handmaidens and like poor Joanna, she caught Aerys' eyes, but she hates his mere existence and belittles him to Rhaella whenever he is not around.

Rhaella unfortunately dies when Viserys is born, so Aerys takes the reader as his new wife for mere spite, she still hates him and begins a plan to takes his throne.

She makes him believe that she is trustworthy, as i said before, mind reprogramming him. Indulging in his nonsenses, but also preventing some deaths.

Prince Rhaegar Targaryen, the last dragon and with the advancing madness of King Aerys, the final hope of house Targaryen. Surrounded by an air of melancholy and a veil of sadness, he sought in books and parchments a refuge for a tired mind beyond his tender years.

His thirst for reading, always insatiable and sadness for no reason, it was no surprise that the Targaryen sought answers in his most reliable “friends”, books, the certain mental instability that surrounded him left fertile ground for his almost insane thoughts and dreams to take over. leadership. He had clung to every word and prophecy spoken about the Targaryen house as if it was the only thing that mattered, he had complete confidence and certainty that the promised prince would be born from his bloodline. Of his blood and flesh. A justification that went beyond men's understanding for their birth and unhappy existence. He had a greater purpose.

And he certainly wouldn't rest until he accomplished it. His marriage to Elia, like so many other royals, was purely political with no real feelings shared between them. Rhaegar didn't feel frustrated, Elia was kind, intelligent, fun and beautiful, from the second largest house in Westeros, he had nothing to complain about. A bolt of happiness struck him every time Elia managed to get pregnant, it was the beginning of the realization of his destiny. Just one more and then finally a dragon will have three heads as it should be.

But of course that didn't happen. The wife was very weak, her body would not be able to handle another pregnancy without her dying in the process and possibly along with the child who could not be born. It was not a pleasant risk, it would also cause certain disagreements in the political relationship with Dornes. He just needed a son, no matter who mother him.

It was a sunny day that morning, the sun was pleasantly warm, and the glory of the day in the riverlands spread before his eyes. On the sides of the road, the fruit trees hide with their delicate greenery and the birds busy with their melodies come out of hiding to enjoy some of the sun's rays. He was accompanied to the tournament at Harrenhal by his wife, children and father, who, paranoidly, would not allow any of his guards to remain more than two feet away from him. Observing each of those present with dark and suspicious purple eyes, not recognizing their own allies and subjects.

They arrived at dusk in time to attend the tournament's opening ceremonies, a grand banquet held in the Hall of a Hundred Hearths with nearly every lord of the seven kingdoms present, laughing and dancing along to the lively melody that resounded throughout the great hall. Elia quickly walked away to continue a conversation with his brother, the king remained quiet, his half-closed gaze migrating from one person to another with the speed and distrust of a trained dog. And after countless requests from nervous ladies and smiling gentlemen, Rhaegar surrendered to playing at least one melody on the harp.

The spirited Lady Lyanna seemed more moved, shedding a few tears and letting out a few shaky sighs, and Rhaegar was almost convinced that she was a fragile and lovely maiden before Stark poured, between grumbles and without any hesitation, an entire goblet of wine on her head of the younger brother. The action managed to surprise the prince, the girl had a joy that was not constantly present in her life and that was very well appreciated. Her mind strayed for a moment, and Rhaegar admired the young woman's beauty, she was charming and youthful like a flower in bloom.

His thoughts strayed again as an unsettling silence fell over the great hall like never before, the ladies ceased their gossip and the lords no longer clinked their overflowing goblets of the most expensive wine. All eyes were fixed on the large entrance door, which creaked as it was moved again. By instinct, Rhaegar followed the crowd's gaze and later, when he recalled the moment, he would not regret his decision.

A couple closely accompanied by three children entered the room. The man was tall, with copper skin and short dark hair, with a beard and wore an ice blue doublet. He carried the youngest child with him, a small girl who didn't look two years old anymore and certainly couldn't keep up with the adults. On the left side was another child, a boy just over five years old, with short hair and blue clothes, just like his father and next to the boy was another girl, with closed features, a little taller. And on the right side was the woman who was assumed to be the man's wife.

At that moment Rhaegar's heart skipped a few beats, his heart accelerated, the butterflies in his stomach appeared as quickly as lightning that left him breathless, an electric current running through his body until it reached his clouded and restless mind. If before he found Lady Lyanna adorable, now her appearance paled in comparison to the unknown woman's elegance and beauty. Their still hazy path takes another path, the long platinum hair that shone silver under the candlelight and the purple eyes like amethysts, of the woman and the children.

Was this a Joke? How was it possible? Rhaegar could not recall any woman with Valerian features in any house great or small in the seven kingdoms. If he knew, she would certainly be his wife right now. This thought darkened his features, due to the incompetence of others Rhaegar did not have the woman of his dreams, much less his three children as the prophecy said. His eyes fixed on the boy... Rhaegar didn't have the promised prince....

As the night wore on, the Targaryen prince's eyes never left the unknown woman's warm figure, every smile, every graceful dance, every sway of her platinum curls, even the quick glimpse of her stockinged legs. Everything was caught in the Targaryen's hungry, shameless eyes, the hunger that grew in her strange squirming with every little interaction she had with her husband or children. Every smile that was never directed at him was a punch to his face and a kick to his gut.

That Wasn't Right, Why Was This Happening? It was his destiny, those should be his children and his wife. Were the gods testing him? How could they be so cruel?

He approached without delay the moment you were left alone by your husband, the youngest daughter firmly holding the skirt of your light blue dress. Rhaegar put the best smile he had on his face before greeting, cornering the woman, who he now knew the identity of, to talk more personal, more gentle, more compromising. He simply couldn't contain himself, a dissatisfied tingling spread through his hands with every minute that passed without touching the softness of his face, a touch that could be interpreted as inappropriate but felt absolutely right in the prince's mind.

Rhaegar nodded calmly with a slight smile at each word you said, unable to contain himself any longer, his hand gently placed one of the platinum strands of your hair behind your ear, his fingertips trailing gently down the side of your slender neck. Restraining himself from saying anything or moving forward with his movements. Ignoring the way you winced and tried to politely walk away.

Why were you shy? Soon you would be married. It was destiny and nothing mattered beyond that. You would follow your duty.

I wonder how would Yandere platonic Aerys 2 Targaryen react to Reader (who was adopted) standing up against him? Like he goes to Rhaella to punish her or abuse her for something that made him angry, and when Aerys got there, he started to hurt her inside chambers. And Reader was walking around the castle minding their business, until they hear Rhaella crying“You’re hurting me”. Reader rushes to their “mother”, once they got there they witnessing how their “father” hurting their “mother”. Reader shoves Aerys from Rhaella, punching his face so hard that his nose bleeds

Reader: “GET AWAY FROM MY MOTHER!!!😡👊 “I don’t care that you are a King, but you will not dare to hurt her!”

Also how would Yandere Rhaella react to this, the same question for Rhaegar and Viserys 3. Reader would be really disappointed in Rhaegar for not doing anything about it, that they would throw a disappointing look at him anytime they see him. Also Reader would be disappointed in Guards and scold them for not protecting the Queen.

So what do you think about it? What the reaction of yandere platonic Targaryens and some Kings guards would be? I imagined that Reader would be strong enough to do it.

Aerys would definitely be taken aback. At first, he can’t believe that someone hit him, that someone was close enough to touch him. It doesn’t take him long to be thrown into a rage over it only to come face to face with who exactly it was, his own ‘child’ had attacked him. Why? How could they do something like that to him? And then he sees them consoling and comforting Rhaella, as if she hadn’t deserved what she got. And that only infuriates Aerys more. But it’s not directed towards the Reader, it’s Rhaella who he has his sights set on. It’s all her fault.

Aerys would be all over the place with his reaction. He’s enraged. He’s shocked. He feels betrayed. And he’s all the more enraged. He’s even more angry with his sister-wife than he already was before because he only sees her as the reason why his ‘child’ attacked him out of what he sees as nowhere. Aerys doesn’t even think about being upset at the Reader for hitting him, he puts all the blame on Rhaella. He believes that she’s told their ‘child’ lies to make them think that she needs protecting, that she isn’t deserving of what Aerys believes is her due punishment. If someone else were to have done what the Reader did to him, they would be dead but the Reader gets a hard pass on any form of a death sentence. There would of course still be a punishment for the Reader but nothing extreme or severe. If anything the Reader would only be locked in their room for a period of time to think about their actions, so basically ‘grounded’. Honestly, Aerys wouldn’t even acknowledge what the Reader did to him after that, at least not to them or anyone else but Rhaella will be reminded of it. This situation would make Aerys back off of Rhaella though, he at the very least wouldn’t use her as his ‘stress reliever’ as much as usual thanks to the Reader. Whether it’s due to Aerys’ consciously doing so or not, the Reader’s actions had some form of effect.

Rhaella would be just as taken aback as Aerys is, but her shock would immediately be replaced with absolute concern for the safety of the Reader, the consequences of their actions and what exactly Aerys would do in retaliation. She couldn’t be more relieved though when Aerys doesn’t hold much of a grudge against the Reader for everything or that he didn’t even go very far at all with their punishment. She doesn’t even bat an eye at the fact that Aerys has completely and utterly put full blame of the incident and the Reader’s actions onto her, she’s just so overjoyed that the Reader is safe from her brother-husband’s wrath and that they won’t be receiving anything harsh in return to care about it. When given the chance, Rhaella would speak to the Reader privately, most likely during their being grounded, to not only gently chide them but also to graciously thank them for what they did. She doesn’t necessarily agree with how they went about it or the fact that they did anything at all, after all she came to accept her place as Aerys wife and queen some time ago, but she can’t deny that a part of her deep within took great pleasure in watching Aerys get what he deserved. Not only that, but the fact that their ‘child’ stood up for and protected her from even Aerys meant so much to Rhaella. And the Reader called her ‘Mom’ while they were protecting her too, it just adds to filling her heart with warmth. But she would advise and make the Reader promise to her that they wouldn’t do something like that again for their own safety. Even though she knows full well that the Reader is lying to her when they promise not to, she can’t help the smile spreading across her lips knowing that her precious ‘child’ will continue to protect her no matter what. I also like to think that the Reader made some sort of comment to Rhaella when she chided them, something along the lines of ‘Everyone protects the King, but who protects the Queen from him?’ (similar to what Jaime had talked about with the other Kingsguard). And that really struck something in her, causing her to cry in front of the Reader and them just holding her, vowing that they won’t let her be all alone in this. They aren’t going to let her carry the burden of the Realm and having to put up with Aerys in general all on her own.

There’s no doubt that Rhaegar gets word of what happened, whether someone relayed it him or he heard it floating about the Realm, and he’s panicked/worried about what he’s going to be met with when he makes his way to check on the Reader and his mother. Honestly, he couldn’t much less care about his father, on the contrary Rhaegar is slightly amused to hear that his father got what was coming to him. But he’s much more concerned about what fate may befall his ‘sibling’ on behalf of the King. Nothing could have really prepared him for the disappointment and frustration that the Reader directed towards him for not doing something to better keep their mother safe at the hands of their father, especially since Rhaegar is next in line to take the throne. Rhaegar would be very upset with himself and completely understanding towards where the Reader was coming from, but he also knows damn well that he wouldn’t be able to get away with standing up for their mother like the Reader can. Not when it comes to Aerys. As much as Rhaegar would want to be able to protect Rhaella, he wouldn’t be able to do so unscathed. And Aerys would punish him much, much more severely than what the Reader could ever get. But Rhaegar would vow to both the Reader and his mother that once he became King he would be able to make up for not doing much of anything now. It wouldn’t mean much to the Reader in the moment but it’s something, and if Rhaella takes his word then so will the Reader. But Rhaegar would be extremely upset with himself for not being more like the Reader. For not caring about how he’ll be viewed by everyone else but instead just being able to act out on what he wishes he could. If anything this incident would have Rhaegar admiring his adopted sibling for not only standing up for what they believed in but also acting out on said beliefs, no matter who they were standing up against. And he would do better by both the Reader and his mother.

Given how Rhaella shelters Viserys, I have no doubt that she wouldn’t tell him about the situation. If anything Viserys would have most definitely heard it from the servants gossiping only to ask his mother whether it was true or not. All this time the Reader had been painted as someone to look up to, someone that Viserys has come to idolize given how admirably the Reader is talked about, but now he’s hearing that the sibling he looked up to so highly attacked his father who, as far as he knows, was undeserving of such treatment. Rhaella would do her best to make neither party seem like the bad guy but out of the two she’s definitely defending the Reader more than Aerys. It would probably be the Reader who tells Viserys the truth about Aerys altogether. It never did sit well with them how Viserys didn’t know the truth about his own father and how he ruled, or even a small extent of it. The Reader was understanding in the beginning of why Rhaella didn’t want him to know but he should at least be aware of some of his father’s doings. He's both, I think. Rhaegar is utterly obsessed with his darling to the point of becoming delusional and blind to his S/O's needs. He thinks that everything he does is for the good of his darling, even if his actions hurt them, in the end, it will all be worth Rhaegar's love for his darling.

I'd say he's more delusional than obsessive, his yandere tendencies started with his delusions, his desires for you that eventually turned into a dangerous obsession.
