a/n: no one asked for this but here it is! :-)

Zim had always scoffed at the very idea of love, a foolish human weakness unworthy of his superior Irken intellect, never even considering himself to susceptible to such frivolous distractions.

To him, emotions were nothing but a weakness, a vulnerability for him to exploit for the greater good of the Irken invasion.

Your arrival stirred a dangerous storm within Zim, he masked his discomfort as distain and hatred, attempting to suppress that gnawing feeling in his stomach whenever you were around. A craving to dominate and control surged within him, a dark need he refused to acknowledge.

Zim found himself fixating on every detail of your life, justifying his intrusive surveillance as necessary intel for the invasion. He would follow you home, study your habits, and infiltrate your privacy at every turn. There was something about you, something so intoxicating, that he couldn’t pinpoint but knew he had to possess.

He believed the most effective approach was to engineer a closer connection with you.

Ever since he first landed on Earth, Zim operated in the shadows, people always dismissed his schemes and missions as something rational, feeding his narcissism in isolation. Something he never thought about twice until he saw you do it, shrugging off his achievements as if they were nothing, it seemed you were completely oblivious. Igniting a burning, consuming rage in Zim.

Zim desperately craved your adoration, and the fact that you didn’t seem interested in him irked him. He wanted your recognition, he needed it. It infuriated him that someone like you didn’t submit to his authority and bow down to his undeniable greatness.

Zim’s frustration boiled over one day when he noticed you talking and laughing with a group of classmates, completely oblivious to the elaborate gadget he’d created to capture your attention.

He had spent hours designing a device that emitted a mesmerizing light, convinced no human could ignore it. But there you were, barely even glancing in his direction.

“How dare they ignore the brilliance of ZIM!” he muttered, clenching his fists.

Overtime his attempts became more extravagant, trying to get your attention and recognition. He couldn’t stand the idea of you paying more attention to those horrible stink creatures more than him.

He misinterpreted the smallest gestures as to a sign of your respect and appreciation, all you might do is thank him for helping with the project and he responds with, ���See! Even you recognize the greatness of ZIM! Soon, the entire Earth shall follow your example!” He then tries to downplay his excitement, nervously adding, “I mean, it was no big deal...”

Then he decided the best way to understand you better was through close surveillance, observing your daily life, perhaps even employing microscopic cameras to monitor your every move. “Yes, yes, must keep track of the human… for strategic purposes, of course.” he muttered obviously while glued to his monitor.

As another desperate attempt, his gifts became increasingly bizarre and threatening, such as a sharp, glowing crystal that hummed faintly. “Human crystals for… decoration! Humans love shiny objects, right?” he asked anxiously awaiting your approval. However, rejection sent him into unpredictable fits of rage. “Why didn’t you appreciate my gift?!” he yelled, then softened, “I… I only wanted to make you happy, my precious human pet. Don’t you see?” His eyes gleamed with a sinister light, his tone both menacing and pleading.

Despite Zim’s manipulative antics, there were times he couldn’t quite hide his true feelings. Whenever you were around, he struggled to maintain his composure, his eyes darting nervously as he analyzed your every reaction.

Deep down, beneath his evil invader exterior, he wrestled with the unfamiliar feeling you unleashed inside him. The scary tightness in his chest whenever he watched you without your knowledge, the empty pit in his stomach when you paid attention to someone else. It was a battle between his need for absolute control and his growing infatuation with you. His mind became a prison, each thought of you a chain binding him tighter to his desires.

As Zim’s obsession with you consumed him, he found himself dwelling on thoughts of you at odd hours. Every interaction, every fleeting glance exchanged, became subject to his obsessive analysis. His focus on the invasion began to waver as thoughts of you occupied more and more of his mind. He couldn’t shake the feeling that understanding you held the key to something greater than conquest, something he couldn’t quite define but felt compelled to pursue relentlessly.

After all, she doesn't understand human affection or behavior.

She didn't think she cared, either.

Not until she met you, someone close with either Dib or Zim.

Originally her goal for interacting with you was information.

Her disguise is convincing compared to Zim's, mostly because hers was proper.

She doesn't understand humans but you seem to fascinate the Irken.

Not going to lie... Tak is infinitely more capable of securing her obsession than Zim.

She can easily stalk and remember your routines with MiMi.

MiMi is Tak's SIR Unit, but when disguised the bot just seems like a cat.

So while you think Tak's just a cat person and her cat seems really interested in you...

She's actually spying on you.

Of course, at first it's to know more info about Zim.

You're either close with the male Irken or his nemesis, Dib.

Which means you must have info.

Instead, she has a ton of footage of your routines and who you talk to through MiMi.

Along with a lot of footage that includes you petting MiMi, which wasn't what she was looking for at all.

Tak herself is your classmate in school.

For the sake of this concept of course, this is an AU where you're a senior in high school or you're in college.

She ends up following you to every class, keeping a cautious eye on you.

Tak's known to many as just, y'know, the goth girl.

Her human disguise has that appearance and many find her strange.

Some may even see her as appealing.

Tak is only interested in one human.

You.

She isn't even sure why.

Humans are just the disgusting life forms on this planet.

Why does she find this one interesting?

She shows to be distant around at times, other times she tries to engage in conversation.

Although her speech with you seems... off... a bit too eager.

She wouldn't harm you.

No, she doesn't think humans show affection through violence.

The only reason she's violent with Zim is because she hates him.

She probably knows how humans show affection.

Does she understand the purpose? Not entirely.

Doesn't matter much to her.

She tries to deny the idea of liking you.

However... When in her ship, she finds herself scrolling through the footage MiMi took of you.

She will admit... you're cute... for a human.

Due to Irken not having courting or romantic practices like humans, her views of you are twisted.

She probably thinks having a partner is like having a pet... or entertainment.

She's seen human courting before... the internet database she hacks into helps with that

But she struggles understanding the real meaning behind it, even if she imagines doing it with you.

It's quite literally alien to her.

That might not stop her from replicating it, though.

Tak may mimic human courting to try and be closer to you.

Just to satisfy her strange curiosity.

You'll see this when she gives you gifts she's heard you wanted.

Of course... She stole it with MiMi, but it's the thought that counts, right?

She even tries replicating physical touch, like hugs or a hand around the waist.

Feels weird but... She's trying.

In terms of kissing? She'd probably stay away from that for the most part.

Although, when she feels she's had enough of 'taking things slow'... She's just going to abduct you.

Similar to Zim, she plans to keep you in a cell with MiMi watching your every move.

She may even make you walk in there yourself as she's shown to have some sort of mind trick powers.

Said powers are actually how she gets you gifts, food, and others to not question your disappearance.

Why should they worry?

They no longer need to do that.

Such manipulation is how she gets her way without too much violence, which could draw attention.

People like Dib and Zim could notice.

But she'll probably find other ways to keep them out of her way.

Examples include an injury of some kind... or even death (Especially for Zim).

Tak plans everything, so others finding out about you will be easy for her to cover up for the most part.

You're scared enough when Tak, whom you thought was your friend, kidnapped you.

Yet you're even more scared when she reveals herself as her Irken form, an alien smaller than you yet still quite capable of harm.

She'd probably stay her Irken form around you in private, not caring much about you seeing her now.

Scared? Understandable.

But if she went through all this trouble of 'courting' and caging you... Then it must mean she cares, right?

You doubt that.

She'd probably do things like pet you or hold you close to him.

She may even praise you, dehumanizing you into a pet.

She sort of sees the appeal now.

She likes having control over you, a human.

Your species is lesser to her...

You should feel grateful she's 'pampering' you.

It irritates her when you sit in the corner and sob that wretched salty water.

Do you need more affection?

More pets? Hugs? That kiss thing humans do?

She doesn't particularly enjoy it... but it is a bit endearing to see how you react.

Tak blames you for catching her attention.

Yet... You'll prove useful.

Her first step is going along with her current plan.

She'll get rid of Zim... and Dib for that matter.

Then she'll claim the Earth as her own to impress The Tallest.

After that?

Well... After that you're coming home with her.

She thinks she's courted her human correctly.

After all, now you're hers!

You'll live in the cell she made for you and stockpile supplies...

Then you'll go to your new home with her...

A personal argument in favor of transgression in fandom spaces

Marquis de Sade (1740-1814), would he write Wincest, Reylo and Zadr fanfiction with obsessive yandere mafia boss tropes if he was alive today?

It's so weird for me to come to fandom at my current age (30) and with my background, I was not a very online teenager, I had an art tumblr growing up, but that was very far from the whole Superwholock bubble and discourse. My first interests reading were classic literature and stuff from school and Harry Potter for little bit, then Tolkien for a long time, then science-fiction and transgressive literature, starting with A Clockwork Orange, then Piano Teacher, Bret Easton Ellis, Yukio Mishima, Dennis Cooper etc. I'm a sensitive traumatized person (for reasons I won't explain) and I've been depressed and anxious most of my life, experiencing disturbing intrusive thoughts, so the themes in fiction that interested me were always the things I was most afraid and uncomfortable with in real life, traumatic events close to me that I had no other way to explore and no one else to talk to about. In a way transgressive art was always there for me, showing me how evil thoughts and experiences are not an exclusive thing, not a burden I must carry alone, those artists and writers also cared and thought about those things in meaningful ways, that was a relief. Slowly and with therapy I learned to organize my intrusive thought as creative thoughts, ideas I could use to paint or write, and this really really helped me.

The thing is I started to get interested in comic books too, this by the age of 20, reading them by myself and sharing my ideas with some close friends who didn't care about comics, but would listen to me. I started being active in fandom spaces recently, almost ten years after I started reading comics and, oh boy, is this a different environment. Where the morally ambiguous, weird and transgressive are very close to forbidden, people are divided among anti and proshippers, and exploring heavy themes and disturbing scenarios is frowned upon. I recently read about an Invader Zim artist who was bullied and had to abandon their blog due to attacks to their weird art. As if Comte de Lautréamont, Marquis de Sade, Georges Bataille and I don't know, the fucked up passages of the Bible never existed, to free us from the closed-mindness. It's all so backwards, restrictive and conservative. Not the fact that some people do not want to engage with these themes, you have the right to do so, but we accomplish nothing by judging and hating on people who want to talk about these subjects, who understand the human nature as a complex experience not imune to evil, malice, bizarre impulses and desires.

Talking about these things is different from supporting and agreeing with them, but they are a part of our existence and sometimes expressing awful experiences through art is the only escape someone have. To ignore the worst in us is a conservative attitude that idealizes a perfect conduct and ideal way of being, an hygienist perception of what it means to be human, with a lack of nuance and complexity that is just boring on top of being a form of censorship.

Scar (The Lion King) would arrange an accident that is tragically and unavoidably fatal while Shenzi, Banzai and Ed would maul the person in full view of a crowd.

Gaz Membrane is constantly rude to anyone who dares to be her obsession, but if anyone else tries the same rudeness, they will pay. Zim and the two main Tallest also have shades of this.

Albert Wesker (Resident Evil 5 era): Look, another test subject for Uroboros has presented itself.

Urdnot Wrex, Grunt (Mass Effect 2) and Wolverine/Logan are not the burn-your-house-down types. It would be too easy for the person to learn nothing from the experience, such as how much they should be afraid of running their mouth to the wrong stranger in the future. These three will knock the person out before they even finish the sentence.

Yzma has exactly the right potion for this human flea, except that she adds an extra four or so steps to the plan.

Lord Hater invades the scoundrel's home planet with the support of Commander Peepers and his army of Watchdogs, or he may blast the world to smithereens with a laser.

Lord Dominator delights in crushing this pest's home world with her drill and making them watch every life on it come to an end.

Invader Zim yandere for Kenny Mccormick AU

Okay, buckle up, because this is going to be a bizarre, terrifying, and probably hilarious ride. Here we go:

The Colorado wind whipped around South Park Elementary, carrying with it the scent of pine needles and impending doom. Kenny McCormick, wrapped in his perpetually orange parka, huddled a little deeper into it, trying to ignore the insistent buzzing that had been plaguing him all morning. It wasn't the usual mosquito swarm; this was... different. It vibrated right in his skull.

He glanced around. Nothing. Just the usual gaggle of fourth graders, Stan and Kyle arguing about some obscure superhero, and Cartman snickering at Butters. Then, something glinted from behind the dumpster.

Zim, the notoriously incompetent invader from Planet Irk, stepped out. His antennae twitched, and his large, ruby-red eyes were fixed on Kenny. But there was something…off about them. They weren't the usual manic, bug-eyed stare of a would-be conqueror. They were softer, almost…glazed.

“Mmm… Human… Kenny,” Zim hissed, stepping closer, his voice unusually low and smooth, lacking its usual screech. His PAK, which usually pulsed with malevolent energy, seemed to hum with a strange, almost purring, rhythm. “You are… fascinating.”

Kenny, used to Zim’s ridiculous threats and schemes, just blinked. “Uh… hi, Zim?” He tried to move towards the school doors, but Zim blocked his path.

"Do not move, Kenny," Zim commanded, his tiny, clawed hand reaching out and gently touching Kenny’s sleeve. "I have… observed you. You are… unique. Irresistible."

A shiver of genuine fear, colder than the Colorado wind, went down Kenny’s spine. This wasn’t the goofy, shouting Zim he knew. This was something else entirely.

He tried to pull away, but Zim’s grip on his parka tightened. “You are too special to be amongst these other… inferior humans. You need a more… controlled environment. A place… where you can be… only mine.”

"Woah, dude, you okay?" Kenny asked, genuinely worried now. He’d seen girls get weird around Stan before, but this was on a whole new level.

Zim ignored the question. He spoke with fervent passion, practically panting. "I have analyzed your biological makeup. Your… resilient nature is quite impressive. You are a model specimen of… adaptability. You would make the perfect… captive."

Kenny’s eyes widened. He'd been called many things, but a “model specimen of adaptability” by a maniacal alien was definitely a first. “Captive? Like… in your ship?”

Zim’s eyes lit up. “Yes! With me. I shall provide you with everything you require. I have designed… comfortable containment units… specifically tailored to your size. And… delicious nutrient paste… in the flavor of… well, whatever you desire. We shall be… together… forever.”

He then pulled out a… strangely beautiful, if still alien-looking, collar. It shimmered iridescently. “This… beauty will ensure you stay close. My… precious… Kenny.”

Kenny swallowed hard. He had died hundreds of times, eaten by rats, crushed by elephants, and even turned into a ghost. But facing this… lovesick, obsessive, and terrifyingly genuine Zim was something else entirely.

"Zim," he began, trying to sound calm, "I gotta go to class. Like, Mr. Garrison is going to yell if I'm late."

Zim’s face contorted briefly with something akin to… sadness? “Humans… their ‘classes’ are so… unimportant. They distract from what is… vital: your… connection with me.”

He reached out again, the collar dangling in his hand. Kenny desperately looked around. Stan and Kyle were still bickering. Cartman was… well, Cartman was probably trying to figure out how to blame all this on Kyle. Nobody was paying attention.

Suddenly, a familiar voice cut through the air. "Kenny! What the hell are you doing talking to that green booger?! You gonna be late for class!"

It was Stan. Bless Stan's oblivious, practical soul.

Zim’s head snapped towards Stan, his eyes narrowing, the strange gleam replaced by something definitely more dangerous. “You… insignificant speck of dust! You dare interrupt my communion with… my Kenny?!”

Stan, never one to back down, simply crossed his arms. “Yeah, well, I dare interrupt your weirdo alien crap. C’mon, Kenny!”

Kenny, seizing the opportunity, bolted past Zim and towards Stan. He’d deal with the weird yandere-Zim later. Right now, he needed the safety of the mundane chaos of fourth grade.

Zim watched them go, his small frame trembling with rage. Then, a strange, disturbing smile spread across his face. "You may think you have escaped me, little Kenny," he whispered, his voice a low, purring growl. "But I assure you… you cannot. I will find… a better time… to claim you… my precious… my Kenny.”

And so, life in South Park continued, only now, Kenny McCormick knew he wasn't just being stalked by death. He was being stalked by something far, far more unsettling. He was being stalked by a lovelorn, yandere Invader Zim. And that was a fate far more horrifying than any death he'd ever experienced.

You had been friends with Gaz and Dib in school and were aware of the issues involving Zim.

However, like Gaz, you knew Zim wasn't a big issue.

If any Irken was, it was Tak.

Yet even then she was always more focused on getting revenge against Zim.

You never thought you'd see Tak again.

Years have passed since then... You even helped Dib and Gaz save the Earth from a Florpus Hole.

Now you're all in college, occasionally still having to tolerate Zim's stupid little plans.

Dib went into studying astrology and engineering for his major.

Gaz went into coding and video game development.

Meanwhile you're doing your own major with Gaz as your roommate.

You barely even thought of Tak, too focused on school and keeping Zim in check.

That is until you heard of news from Dib.

Turns out, somehow, Tak managed to find her way back to Earth to finish what she started.

Considering how Zim was still on Earth, it's expected you'd be dragged into Tak's return.

After all, the last thing you need is two Irkens fighting and causing chaos in the process while you study.

Tak is no longer here to destroy Earth... for the most part.

She mostly wants revenge on Zim, especially since he sent The Tallest into a Florpus Hole.

However, while Tak tracks down Zim...

Ironically I feel Tak and Gaz have similar characters to one another.

Tak's disguise is even a goth girl, still just as advanced as it was years ago.

She probably sneaks into your college to spy on you since she recalls you and your friends dealing with Zim constantly.

Although, it appears she soon finds a new target to hunt the longer she's on Earth.

Gaz, as your roommate, is no doubt going to notice if Tak sniffs around somewhere she isn't supposed to.

Gaz has cared about you since elementary, she's getting quite tired of having to deal with supernatural threats hunting you or Dib down.

She's probably quite tired of Irkens as a whole by this point.

She already has to deal with Dib being obsessed with exposing Zim... even in college.

Now she soon realizes she has to deal with the opposite.

An Irken is obsessed with her roommate...

Honestly, it's pissing Gaz off.

Tak originally stalks you with the intention of getting info out of you.

You're with those Membrane humans, you should know about her target...

Yet Gaz keeps stepping in, eyes narrowed in a glare each time she sees Tak or MiMi.

Gaz already doesn't mess around when it comes to you.

You are either her crush... or just outright dating while in college.

Tak's just going to ruin everything in Gaz's eyes.

Especially if Gaz only recently got you to be hers.

Gaz, like any Membrane, has planned meticulously to make you hers.

She's lucky to be your roommate and your girlfriend.

She finally has you as hers... She's even gotten rid of people for you.

Yet now... Now Tak has decided she needs you?

These two are definitely fighting.

Tak's obsession may start as just needing info... but she realizes you're an... interesting human.

She has to blend in with the humans anyways...

Might as well make friends.

This often leads to Gaz and Tak confronting one another.

Tak still has little knowledge on human relationships.

She probably doesn't quite understand what's between you and Gaz.

Girlfriend...? Is it a special rank between humans?

Irkens don't really know how to show human love.

Or just... love.

To Tak, she just feels like she wants to claim/conquer you, since Irkens are used to that.

Is that what Gaz means when she says you're partners?

Has she... conquered you?

...

For some reason that makes Tak feel ill and a bit envious.

How strange.

So... Overall I feel the dynamic would be this...

Gaz is your overprotective girlfriend who is quite tired of aliens ruining her personal relationships...

While Tak wants to take you from Gaz in an attempt to under her strange fixation over you.

Tensions are high... you can sense it.

Gaz is rarely able to focus on her work for school.

She's also around you more often, usually on edge as she grumbles about Tak.

Tak is often either using MiMi to stalk you or sneaking into your classes to see you.

She feels oddly warm around you even if she sees most humans disgusting...

Maybe she's sick.

I can see Gaz spraying Tak with water or scaring off MiMi to keep the Irken away.

It's all an annoyance to Gaz.

Meanwhile, Tak simply sees it as a new goal while she tracks Zim.

Gaz is genuinely trying to protect you while Tak sees this as a game.

Gaz probably tries to keep you in your dorm to discourage Tak.

Yet if Tak tried to take you... Gaz is no doubt immediately tracking where you went with help from Dib.

I can sort of see things coming to a head where Gaz can't take it anymore and decides to try lethal force.

Not the first time she's done it... people are scared of her for a reason on campus....

Tak might try also since Irken have decent combat skills and weaponry.

Can I see them killing one another?

Yes.

Gaz may have more of an advantage due to Dib though.

Maybe Zim too, since Zim no doubt wants Tak gone.

Tak's smart though... she's going to wait things out and strike when no one's aware.

Eventually Tak will have you to toy with...

Irkens naturally have a need to conquer.

Tak's going to try and take you... Even if she has to kill your precious humans...

Gaz feels a similar way... She refuses to let Tak ruin everything.

One way or another, someone's ending up dead...

Leaving you to end up trapped one way or another, as this rivalry would also reveal Gaz's crimes to you.

Confused, cautious, and curious 

He has lots of questions about their power. Can all humans do this or just his darling? How did they come to have these abilities? 

He’s going to want to study them and study them so he will see just how they could control shadows. 

He does this in many ways including stalking them to see how they do it. 

After a while, he stops being so cautious and straight up starts asking them point blank questions about their ability. 

Dib Membrane: 

Very curious about their power. 

He won’t be afraid to ask many questions about it. 

He doesn’t mean to be insensitive, but he may end up asking personal questions. 

He will also often ask if they can show off the power to him whether that be doing tricks or seeing how far they could use it. 

Gaz Membrane: 

She doesn't mind it one way or another. 

She doesn't say much about it unless her darling brings it up first. 

She will, however, watch them every time they use it just to get an idea of how it works. 

She won’t treat them any different knowing of this power of theirs.

I Need Genuine Help

Don’t worry it’s not that serious but still serious enough to me.

I’ll probably not get a response, this is my most active account online and that’s saying something.

I am going to go trigger happy with tags just to get this post out there so I apologize in advance!

Respond to this send me an ask reblog I don’t care just help me lol.

I don’t know what to do I have to many ideas and no one in my life to help me.

No it’s not mental health and no it’s not that I don’t have anyone I just don’t have anyone who will know how to help me with this.

I am overwhelmed with so many ideas so many stories I want to create in so many different mediums and my brain won’t let me choose one.

I don’t even have a hyperfixation that I can lean on right now to get going with like fanfiction/art.

So I’m stuck in a limbo bursting with creativity but no outlet.

There is another issue

I am exhausted after work and rather let my ideas whirring around in my skull things on easy mode while I watch shows that bring me up.

But that’s not creative, it’s gotten to the point that jotting down my ideas aren’t enough I need to do something.

But everyone I know will tell me to go the capitalist route and pick the one that can make you money the soonest even if it’s not what I am enjoying most at the moment.

But I can’t do it, call it undiagnosed adhd/autism or me being stubborn as fuck but I want to enjoy what I do I am incapable of starting anything if I don’t enjoy it so this is where you all come in.

Help me pick?

What is my limited range of people who can hear my voice interested in the most?

I am going to be doing all of these I am unable to keep away from all my ideas

My issue is taking the first step I would appreciate my audience/community to say what they want to see out of the choices I want to pick so at the very least I will have like one person interacting with my stuff.
