Be Forever

I finished Gintama, thanks to those who motivated me. I cried and laughed the whole time I watched the movie. I'm glad I picked up this series. I love everyone, every character (except Sadasada. rot in hell sadasada!!). This is the only show where I do not hate any of the characters (except Sadasada).

The community is lovely and supportive too! Cant wait for the Ginpachi sensei series!

hello. um. sorry for disappearing for like two months. imagine me getting hit with a truck called “The Worst Creative Block In Your Life” and getting thrown headfirst into the gintama rabbit hole. it’s quite cozy down here. i think i need help.

sorachi sticking to his message of found family instead of having canonically one sided romances with no mutual development or entirely platonic ones randomly getting married for the sake of a hetero nuclear family ending with dumb clone children is great actually. there is so much one can criticize about the final arc but gintama ending with yorozuya was always the obvious conclusion for the series that puts emphasis on the importance of relationships regardless of blood ties
