The fanmade idea that Hiccup is some kind of all benevolent and understanding dragon whisperer in the series is odd to me bc like. He's so not. He trapped the skrill in a glacier then essentially did it again years later with that deathsong (yes both ended up being freed but still), isn't able to train certain dragons (despite it very likely being possible. Smh so stubborn except for when he's a fucking quitter) and he killed the red death and fully intended to kill toothless when he initially found him. like idk its funny I think

the October 1st stream was the first qsmp bbh stream that I stayed the whole time for, I saw people live blogging and was like I gotta get in on this.

I cant say it was my gateway drug (that award goes to the are we back stream) but it did make bbh my second main pov. It will always be so special in my heart. Now a whole year has passed wow!

also it was just so good ack! I miss the horror aspects and bads acting is always on point <3

i wanna rant about '87 krang so. here we gooooo i guess. i think '87 krang's backstory is actually incredibly interesting like??? how did he lose his previous body? (personally, i like to think that he did something wrong one day and was forcibly turned into the brain creature he is now and banished by his own kind. but hey that's just me) does his miss his old body?? can he devise a way to return to his old body or is it impossible? does his miss home? how complicated are his feelings towards his own species? yeah i know it was an 80s cartoon for kids and they didn't really have time to get into some characters backstories but it's still really interesting!!! I've noticed a lot of people who think that pokemon communicating with humans psychically (regardless of type) means that they have a language. No? It's less like the pokemon is putting words in your head and more like the pokemon is broadcasting its emotions to you. Like whenever my Slowbro wants food I don't hear it screaming "I want lunch" in my head, I feel its hunger separate from my hunger? Idk it's hard to explain especially to someone who's not around Psychic pokemon alot but I'm sure as a professor you understand

Absolutely. My own pokemon do the same thing- I own two psychic types. I feel that the misconception comes from the fact that a majority of media depictions show it this way- which is obviously inaccurate, but it is almost impossible to explain what it is actually like through a visual medium like a cartoon or a movie, so I understand why they choose the 'spoken word' method.

Stronger psychic types will communicate more visually as well. My reuniclus used to do this- instead of communicating the raw need like my espeon does, he would instead force an image of the concept of food into my thoughts. Never anything specific- it is very much like when you have an idea of something but cannot put its attributes into words quite yet. Like having a pokemon's name at the tip of your tongue. I had to train that out of him, haha. It did not agree with my nature.

Tiger’s Eye - jeremy is literally the number one hype man. he's pretty over the top and loud. he'll pat my back way too hard and excitedly babble praise and encouragement and only make teasingly mean comments after i do it if he knows it's really important.

Verdelite: HE'S A MENACE. he's obnoxious and irritating and everything he says makes my eyes roll so hard. i want to crush him into a little ball FREQUENTLY...... but he's my little bro. he's meant to be annoying and get on my nerves because he knows i'll love him regardless. he's such a sweetheart deep down and means well in all he does. he's so much smarter than he thinks and OK ILL STOP RAMBLING. I REALLY LOVE HIM. i see a lot of myself in him and i want to be there right at his side to help him grow into his best self

i got into tf2 yeeeaaars ago and scout was always my favorite because we were so similar. skinny whiteboy twinks from boston stick together etc. i also felt very annoying when i was younger and was always worried that people would hate me like people in the canon hate scout's antics. and as i grew older and found more confidence in myself he started to represent me when i was younger. and then it was kinda natural for him to fall into being a younger relative f/o for me :] i want to be there to help him and protect him but also tease him and have fun with him like an older bro should. give him the unplugged player 2 controller type beat but also obliterate anyone whos mean to him.
