Honestly, I wish people could appreciate Sebastian and Ciel’s relationship even if they don’t ship them romantically. It makes me sad when people hate on Sebastian and say things like how the two of them should be separated and Ciel should be saved from Sebastian. It also makes me sad when people victimize Ciel and gloss over his complicated personality and moral grayness instead of appreciating how well-written his character is. Sebastian and Ciel belong with each other; Sebastian makes Ciel who he is today and vice versa. There is no Ciel without Sebastian and there is no Sebastian without Ciel.
