She was excited that her day ended, there wasn't a lot that she could think of to do, but she could do them! There were also games, reading, or... prep for more work. Two of those things sounded appealing.

His request was.. unusual. Kurapika was devoted to his work, Iris respected and understood that. So for him to suggest going to a coffee shop seemed very out of character for him-- even as he assured safety.

"A-Ah um.." Iris blinked a few times, shaking her head to try and get rid of the surprise that was evident on her face. She had noticed the shop he mentioned when he was looking at an online map and was definitely curious about it...
