Still avoiding the others like the plague, I keep having dreams, I see a red crystal, a necklace, and I'm still seeing this Madelyn person. Her telepathic signature is strange, familiar almost.

Like a warm motherly hug, or the feeling of warm sun rays casting over your body, I've been drawing her a lot more too...

Powers: Light Manipulation

•Can create a shield or a cocoon of light around herself or anyone near her.

•Sensitive hearing, she can feel the vibrations around her, be in on the ground or in the air.

• And she has compound eyes, being able to see small movements, but she doesn't exactly enjoy this part of her mutation due to how sensitive she can be to the very light she uses for her mutation.

Small Background info:

She was found wrapped up in a cocoon made of light within an abandoned warehouse, with lights directly pointed at the cocoon. When she was brought back to the mansion, the cocoon fell away.

There was a 15 year old moth mutant. After a few years, she began to learn her powers to create the shield plus honing what mutations she had.

The night has fallen for the two primal mutants. A tiring day of Percy trying to jog any memory from their past filled with set up scenarios, multiple repeats of the same songs, frustration on Percy’s part due to not understanding, frustration on Victor’s due to being tired of the same cycle clearly not working despite Percy’s desperate insistence that it will.

The two have tucked in, Percy begrudgingly getting pulled in bed. For a man who spent years knowing their past and never trying to tell Victor, who said he didn’t care about that, he seemed far too desperate for Victor to believe that. Though it’s a pattern for Percy it seems, when he gets swept up, he doesn’t give up till he’s forced to.

The two in each other’s arms, quietly snoozing. Giving way for dreams. It’s said dreams are influenced by memories, but what if the dream becomes a nightmare? What of a world that you don’t remember with someone you do? What of a world where everything is wrong?

Smoke gives way to an environment that feels familiar. Street full of people. The smell of smoke. It smells like skunk. It’s dizzying. Grass and trees nearby, with set ups of tents across the yard. Only one seems to have a person who’s hung back, leaning in a chair out front, eyes closed, sunglasses over his eyes.

It was like he was in someone else’s body. He was moving, but he wasn’t trying to. He wasn’t in control of his movements. All he did was continue to walk to the person.

“Relaxing?”

He didn’t say that? Or at least, he didn’t want to. He wasn’t in control of anything. All he could do was just watch.

I remember I got fired from a fast food job in the 2000s because I was doing the divethru and was like

"Thank you for choosing [wherever it was] although I am piping hot and ready to get filled with cream cheese I am not on the menu"
