The model on the left in this LYCRA® ad is wearing what looks like the inspiration for Stormer's workout clothes.

Stormer pairs her leotard with leggings (although in a few frames from "Who Is She Anyway" the animators didn't colour in the leggings). Her legwarmers have stirrup feet, like the other two models in the ad.

Stormer’s gym outfit first appears in “Last Resorts,” which aired on August 30, 1986, but these screenshots are from “Broadway Magic,” taken from TubiTV. The ad for Softouch LYCRA® by Dupont was published in Women's Wear Daily in January 1984.

Critics Choice Awards 2025 Red Carpet Was Year of Cutout Dresses, Photos

Celebrities showcased standout fashion moments on the red carpet in Los Angeles on Friday, where cutout ensembles emerged as one of the night’s biggest trends.

Several attendees embraced the trend with form-fitting gowns featuring side, midriff and asymmetrical cutouts. Deep necklines and exposed waistlines added structural elements to their outfits, while intricate detailing like lace inserts, sheer paneling and draped fabrics enhanced the designs.

The Critics Choice Awards have historically set the tone for awards season trends, and this year’s event continues that tradition. With fashion moments unfolding throughout the evening, cutout dresses stand out as a defining style among this year’s A-list attendees.
