some things that help me is using organizational systems in my bookmarks. so like folders. for files, again using folders and well labeled and titled documents. for to-do’s, using a project management platform like asana or wrike or something like that can be very helpful. does require a little more effort to maintain and keep updated but it’s an option! i find that trying to keep things simple helps. so only using one system. or one for work and one for personal. so if i use my notebook, ONLY use my notebook. that way i can trust that if it check my notebook, i’m not missing anything. for me, having something that i ALWAYS have on me is important, so having it available both on my phone and laptop is important. really it’s whatever works for you! it seems like maybe for you, it might be helpful to have some sort of system to categorize different types of things you are trying to remember, so that you can sort through them quickly, and look over them all at a glance - this is why i find folder structures to be so helpful. this way, when you do have something that you want to stand out, it actually WILL. and only use those sticky note level things for short term stuff otherwise you’ll quickly become blind to it. my strategy is don’t try to make my brain remember it, export that energy onto a notebook or computer that is much more reliable. so if you have a system you can rely on, you don’t have to remember where you wrote something down or where you saved it, bc it’s just right there in its logical place. this does require strict adherence to the system, so don’t get lazy or say “oh i’ll put it in the right spot later” - no. save it and name it correctly in the moment bc you will not remember to do it later lol!! and every now and then just go through things and make sure everything is looking good and organized and check up that the system is still working well for you. maybe rename or restructure some stuff. hope this helps!
wow thank you so much!!!!
I love hand writing things, truly my worst habit tho is going between like 6 notebooks and never remembering which notebook I wrote which thing in. So I really have to work on that too.

Teamwork can make it easy if you’re working with employees, freelancers, or external partners to achieve an end goal.
Teamwork helps project managers keep track of all their tasks, documents, discussions, contacts, etc. It gives you a clear view of the work done on a particular project or task, wherever you are. You can search for files or conversations on your computer or through mobile apps by keyword (to make it easier to find). With Teamwork Calendar, you can easily plan projects while collaborating with others and managing multiple projects at once.
