Mid-examination

We’ve spent about 2month for thesis and now we only have a month to go. At this point, I really needed to organize what I’ve done and what needs to be done. 0) What I’m doing? 어떻게 하면 사람들과 일하기에 가장 중요한 스킬을 배우면서 자신의 능력/역량을 최대로 키워나가고 발휘할 수 있을까?  How might I help people to learn the most essential skills in a collaborative environment and demonstrate their capabilities at the most?  Bridging gap between work and school. + I’d like to help people become successful.

1) What I’ve done (Preparation) & What needs to be done (Plan)

- Talked to Dennis / Ruth  - Talked to Jen (Katarina career coach)  - Tested a prototype   - Studied Standford life design lab “life design”   - Read “How to be a boss”   - Read “Seth Godin’s blog”    - 11/13 Met Nga, James, Voitech. - Make a process to cultivate soft skills, people skills. - 11/13 : Prototype test - Writing - Digital format (START)     : Think about How to harmonize what you experience with what you learn to start to realize your soft skills - Gathering what’s important out of interview (Instagram)    :  Promoting the importance of soft skills and improve it daily.     :  Sharing a real video story of people working at a company    : Real skills101 vs Team work101 - Sharing tips on good skills, a good example. - Giving format of storytelling - Make a structure of developing soft skills (Past) - Make a new structure of developing soft skills (Present)  - Talk to people having problems with the issue. (Lacking skills or become victim of the issue)  - Think about how to measure soft skills to be improbable. - Studying coach/adviser/mentor helping  - Finding out who is struggled with these lacking skills

More’ Assumption 1) People are afraid of giving direct feedback - so Maybe anonymous? - or showing average or only top person. 2) There is a perception gap between the person and the others. - How to give feedback?  3) Follow-up help is the most important - Daily challenge? a daily tip will work? 4) Bite-size learning for millennials (Research) - I will try Instagram account 5. Can I think about a way to connect people in the real working world (but less pressure, not like full of mentorship) to people still at school or people in a preparation step? - If I can have advised or interview to s....?are, people will start to look at.
