Do you ever think about how the villains must be low-key terrified of Rhyme?
Here comes another superhuman probably an alien lady out of the blue who's got similar powers to and is around the same level of strength as Word Girl and Miss Power. She can't fly, but her frost breath is practically ten times as strong as Word Girl and Miss Power's combined. And one of the first things she did when arriving in Fair City was to destroy a huge chunk of it in a grief motivated rampage after a friendship fallout. Not even Miss Power did that much property damage.
And she had witnesses. Amazing Rope Guy was among the crowd of people watching Rhyme mercilessly kicking Word Girl's ass. Pretty sure that's Dave in there too so he was probably talking about it to Lady Redundant Woman first thing during her shift the next day so that's how she found out.
Tumblr media
Dr Two Brains, Chuck, Tobey, The Butcher, Granny May were bound to have witnessed the aftermath of the destruction during their giant robot collaboration.
Long story short the entire Villains Society would probably be freaking the fuck out, thinking that Miss Power 2.0 had arrived.
Even long after Rhyme proves herself to be a sweet and bubbly and airheaded persona, in the back of their minds, everybody is probably thinking "This woman could kill me with zero effort."

Wordgirl Magical Mystery Cure AU part 6
Wordgirl pulls Tobey into another room to try and convince him that something is actually wrong.
"Don't you see how everyone we've run into is miserable!? Didn't you hear how they all say that they feel like something is wrong with their lives? Don't you feel it to, Tobey?"
The two sit in silence for a minute as Tobey thinks over the day. Eventually, he admits that he's actually been fascinated with all the robots Leslie has created, but he doesn't believe he has the ability to actually make a robot on his own.
Suddenly, Leslie walks in the room, claiming to have overheard the conversation. She hands Wordgirl blueprints to a small machine, and explains how she's had the feeling something was wrong for a while. The machine is meant to 'fix' everything, but Leslie has never even come close to perfecting it.
"We'd need someone who'd be willing to make several of these."
That's when Wordgirl gets an idea.
She takes the blueprints and flies off back to Beatrice and the Henchmen, and asks her to make at least eight copies of the machine.
A few hours later, Beatrice had finished making the machines, which just looked like a strange collar.
Not explaining anything, Wordgirl picks Beatrice up and speeds her over to the copy shop, much to both Beatrice and the Butcher's confusion. Wordgirl says that Butcher can take a break and that Beatrice will work the rest of his shift.
Although hesitant at first, Beatrice immediately falls in love with using the copy machine. Once she gets the hang of it, she notices how the Butcher is having trouble wrangling all of his clones.
After helping him with that, Dave comes out from the back room.
"Wow!" He says as he looks around the once hectic copy shop. "You really seem to have an appreciation for this job, Ms Bixby."
Beatrice smiles, saying how she hasn't felt this appreciated for her anything she's done in a long time. Taking advantage of the moment, Wordgirl quickly puts collars on Dave and Beatrice before turning them on.
There is a large blast of light before Beatrice and Dave are both rubbing their heads in confusion.

Opinions of a few WG ships because why not part two
-----
Dave Dave Dave:
I actually like this one a lot for something I don't ship myself. I don't ship it because I'm a little too attached to Provoclone to let it go, but yeah, good ship yall got going on here
Justice Cheese:
what the fuck
Cold Hard Cash:
Alright, look, my dad invented this one a while back, and I genuinely like this ship. I'm sorry but I will do everything I can to make this crackship an actual thing in the fandom. Soon enough there will be a flood of Mr. Big x Rhyme fanart and fankids. It will come. There's nothing you can do to stop it. Just you wait.
(Reminder: Cold Hard Cash is a crackship and I still seriously ship Bigslie and Rhynx, don't think I abandoned those for it)
Cool Artwork:
Yes there may only be me and two other people who genuinely ship this but still. It's. It's perfect. Royal Dandy and Chazz, the two a lot of people seem to forget exist when talking about the kid villains. They're perfect. They're awesome. It's incredible. They should be worshipped.
Ham and Cheese:
Pretty much the same as Dave Dave Dave for me. It's cool, it's good, I like it, little too attached to Provoclone to ship it seriously.
Lefthandedbill:
Definitely something I worship, I just mention it less than my other wor-ships (hehe puns). Like I'm sorry sometimes I just like fluffy cute gay ships and that's all there is to it

Wordgirl: Rewired Character Changes?
We like to stay true to the original characters in Wordgirl: Rewired- but five years have passed, and everyone has changed at least a little. So….how so?
(Note: this doesn’t cover every character…believe me, we’ve had fun with this :) People like Chuck, the Butcher, Royal Dandy (we know our lore, we know he got destroyed, trust us), etc have their own things going on!)
Tobey - Tobey is a little more mischievous and much less “temper-tantrum-y” in Wordgirl: Rewired. In fact, he seems a little disillusioned with the whole “villain” thing nowadays, mostly helping Dr. Two-Brains because he has to and still likes to destroy things. He’s matured a bit…although it’s still Tobey, and some kids will never fully grow up.
Dr. Two-Brains - The ‘ol mouse-brained doc’ hasn’t actually changed much, still just as flamboyant and eccentric as ever. If anything, he’s just become a little more senile, fully embracing his role as Tobey’s “weird uncle” and being unapologetically eccentric and weird.
Beatrice Bixby - Beatrice is still grumpy and suspicious, although maybe a little more…”down to earth” than she used to be. She still loves the copiers, and is still way too suspicious of Dave and his motives…but she’s a little more sarcastic and dry-witted than she used to be, her anger cooling into more sarcastic bitterness than loud manic accusations.
Dave - Dave has changed…well, not much. He’s still sweet, oblivious, and very very intent on supporting Beatrice.
He also may or may not have a crush on her, but after rewatching episodes like “I Think I’m a Clone Now” and “Lady Redundant Woman”, I’ll admit that might not be a change 😉
Mr. Big and Leslie - Mr. Big and Leslie are still partners in crime, although…well, are now actual partners!
Both in their dual ownership of the company and them being married now, because…c’mon, guys. It’s my reboot, I get to ship the little bitty people however I want.
They’re both a little more functional though, and Mr. Big especially has grown to be a bit of a better listener. He’s still an oblivious goofball, but he tries to listen and does care when Leslie seems upset.
Leslie is still monotone and stoic, but with a bit of a sarcastic streak.
Eileen - Eileen, of course, now often assists in the Bigs’s schemes. She’s still very greedy, but she’s been taking anger management classes (that are taught by the reformed villain turned school counselor, The Butcher!). She’s a little more self aware, albeit this is usually after she’s gone full beast mode on everyone. It’s progress, though!

Beatrice would honestly get along with kevin. They both tired low wage workers
True. They make a conspiracy board to figure out why Dave is so happy all the time.

One headcanon for pretty much every wordgirl villain
Amazing Rope Guy's birthday is April 1st
The reason BLHG has a.. big left hand is because he has the condition Hemihyperplasia (which from what i've seen causes a part of a person's body to be larger than the other. Pls correct me if this is wrong, i am not familiar with the condition)
Brent is multilingual (since Chuck is his half brother, Brent's father spoke spanish, which inspired Brent to learn more languages)
Captain Tangent binge watches pirate movies in his spare time (E.g: Peter Pan, Treasure Island, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc)
Chuck has a video game collection that he's very proud of. It's full of older, retro games, and he also owns all the consoles to go with them.
Glen owns a body pillow, im not specifying of who. That's up for interpretation.
You know how Dr Two Brains is based on the myth that mice like cheese? In reality, mice prefer grains and berries. I'd think it would be funny if in a situation where he was forced to exclusively eat berries and grains, it'd make him ill (similar to how cheese really affects mice).
Eileen's last name is 'Rucker,' which is a German last name meaning 'thief' or 'Greedy'
Maria and Eileen are the absolute bestest of friends, with Eileen treating Maria like a little pet.
Granny May used to do ballet when she was younger, which gave her some of the agility she now has.
I couldn't think of a headcanon for Guy Rich specifically, but his brother's name is Duke.
Hal and Granny May went to the same school when they were young. They do not like each other at all.
Invisi-bill is simultaneously the worst and the best at playing Hide and Seek. He can just go invisible to hide, but is usually way too fidgety to stay in one spot permanently.
Lady Redundant Woman is a heavy sleeper. She also snores really loudly
Leslie is actually a mixed martial artist, but generally prefers Karate
Miss Power is fully capable of blinking, but is also capable of licking her eyeballs just to freak people out. She thinks its funny
Mr Big is really fond of 80s music because it reminds him of his band
Ms Question didn't realize this immediately about her powers, but she can produce electricity. If you touch her bare skin, she can accidentally shock both you and her. She can also stick magnets to herself.
Nocan.... ok im gonna be completely honest, i can't think of anything for this guy.
Reason and Rhyme have a secret handshake. Rhyme is the one who made it, and Reason messes it up everytime they try to do it
Royal Dandy calls Dave dad :) (but in a british way so probably something stupid(/j) like papa)
Seymour is insanely good at poker. He's perfectly capable of playing any version of it, but he's also really good at cheating at it. He hides cards in his sleeve and in his shirt and then swaps them out for whatever hand he has.
While it's not obvious, the Butcher likes jewelry. He doesn't wear it much, but you'll always find a ring or two and earrings in his house. (Reginald x Butcher shippers, do with this as you will)
The Coach was actually a highly successful man before trying to trick the Whammer. Most people don't realize that he went to really prestigious schools when he was younger.
The Learnerer's real name is Alfred, in reference to his voice actor
The Whammer was an actual pro-wrestler at one point, but was forced to stop because 'whams' aren't a legal move in the wrestling world.
Timmy Tim-Bo is the Coach's nephew
Tobey will play little puzzle games when not building robots (Crossword, Sudoku, etc)
Victoria Best tries to sneak into the villain convention, but usually gets caught pretty quickly.
