Any car can be remapped but the bigger question is whether it’s worth the money and effort that is put into it. The best candidates for remap are cars that have turbo’s, both Diesel and Petrol. This is because the biggest hurdle to increasing a vehicles power without hardware modifications is availability of air.

It started when a programming and assembly language expert, who also happens to be a car guy got together with few of his friends and started working on their cars brain aka ECU. Initially most of the work was on VW 1.8T ECU and the rest as they say is history. Wolf Moto was one of the early developers of “switchable maps” for VAAG ME7.5 ECU back in 2010-2011. Later we also developed “switchable maps” for VAG 2 TFSI MED 9.1/9.5 ECU, Fiat 1.3 MJD Magnetti Marelli ECU, Fiat Abarth T-Jet ME7.9.10 ECU, Nissan Micra/ Renault Pulse Delphi DCM ECU.

Remap for Renault- WolfMoto

Renault is a French manufacturer headquartered in Boulogne-Billancourt a suburb of Paris city. It was founded as the Société Renault Frères in 1899 by brothers Louis, Marcel and Fernand Renault. The French automaker first produced the Renault Voiturette 1CV and then in 1903 began to manufacture its own engines. It first major sale was in 1905 to the French Government to whom it sold its AG1 branded cars which became public taxis. Over the next two years Renault sold a large numbers of cars in the UK and America and in 1908 it had produced over 3,500 units allowing it to become the largest car maker in France.
