Hey so I'm actually going insane with pain and if anybody has relief tips for TMJ/TMD, chronic headache/migraines, jaw misalignment or anything of that ilk, I'd appreciate it

I'm in the stages of being afraid to eat/talk #With what looks like some immense issue with the hinge(s) in my jaw and everything surrounding that #Unfortunately I have to pay for dental/jaw care so I'm dragging myself between appointments #Jaw issues are a hallmark of what is Wrong with me but this is a category 10/10 I'm dying #Rubbing deep heat into my face and weeping over my diet of oatmeal and. mashed things.#So if you have any tips that would be Fabulous #I have appointments with medical professionals pending so like. Home remedies etc etc
