The passing of autumn
With each step of winter, death grows closer Leaves fall, grass bends to the ground and snow covers it Everything prepares for death
Trees crack and bend, early snow melts and mixes with rotting leaves, animals search for their last meal Soon we'll have to survive Looking for a way to survive at least one more day
The sky is closing in The sun is no longer visible The cold is beginning to take over everything
Where once it was warm and cosy, now it's scary and quiet The wind blows the trunks of the trees, making them sway and dropping branches They crackle, singing to the wind The branches crunch under the feet of hungry animals
It's the time to die, to surrender to the call of nature, without thinking of a quick return
