I'm not sure if you meant it in the sense that the restaurant is a regular, normal business, and the staff became obsessed with you, or if the restaurant is quite literally advertised as a yandere service. I went for the latter, for the memes. Content: gender neutral reader, parody?, horde of (adult) yanderes

Alright, where is the menu? Most customers are indeed taken aback when presented with a leather-bound book of blank pages. The gesture is quickly followed by a second, much thinner folder: a questionnaire, and an agreement to be stalked.

You see, Yandere!Restaurant has a particular modus operandi - you provide them with the basics: your full name and date of birth. Everything else will be uncovered by the yandere themselves. Once they have found you, the true serving process begins.

The first part is always the longest, hence their recommendation to book months in advance if you're a new customer. It's the research phase. Your chosen server will follow you around and gather all the needed information.

"No, thank you, it's too sweet for me", you tell a friend offering you some of their snack. From within the shadows, a cloaked figure scribbles down furiously.

The second and final phase is your usual dining experience. You are seated at the table and presented with your dishes. They have been carefully curated to match your taste in that very moment. Maybe you'd recently hoped you could eat your childhood favorite again. Maybe you'd seen a social media post about a trending dessert, and wished to try it out yourself. No matter the reason, know that it has been skillfully uncovered by your loyal server.

"This is..."

You gasp quietly and cover your mouth with a napkin. The taste is exquisite, filling you with a wave of nostalgia. How did they know? This is exactly what you wanted.

Deep Dive into the issues on Alastor.

CONTENT WARNING: Racism, Aphobia.

Now that I created a blog specifically for stuff like this, It's time for the dive.

Alastor is a character that resonates with me, because this guy is supposed to represent me and my people (aspec/aroace community) and I liked his pilot personality. (That went to shit)

This man got so many issues, that i have to take the pen myself and scribble what Vivzie has wrote. So, Let's start, shall we?

THE DESIGN

The first time I saw the Hazbin pilot, I got confused about what Alastor was supposed to be. I thought he was just a grey human wearing some kind of animal ears until the fandom said he is a deer.

A deer. Let that sink in.

As someone passionate about the arts, this upset me. Sure, I haven't been to art school, but even I know you need to put the backstory and features in mind when designing a character.

Character design is NOT throwing things at the wall and seeing which sticks. It needs actual critical thinking. If your audience is confused about your character's species, it's time to go back to the drawing table (unless you have a reason for making it mysterious.)

Second, the overabundance of red is awful in terms of color theory. This guy is in Hell, which is also red, causing an eyesore. I got a headache when trying to focus on him on a red background. And also, colors have meaning. People associate red with danger, so the fact he even managed to get victims to kill makes me puzzled.

Also, the fact he's supposed to be mixed/black makes this design even worse. Why is he grey instead of brown, perhaps? Vivzie has a pattern of making POCs grey-skinned, which is, again, awful.

I think Vivzie only made him a POC due to the voodoo issue. I mean, just remove the symbols and you are done. But nah the symbols are too "aesthetic" to remove. So gotta change his race.

She could have used another symbols, like THIS for example:

THE BACKSTORY

Ok, this where I'm very confused.

Alastor is a radio host, and also a serial killer. He was born in the USA, got killed by a deer hunter by mistake, and lived in the 1920's.

This is what I gathered from being a superfan back then, and it sounds unorganised/cluttered. And the years he lived in make his design even worse. (Again! His clothing doesn't speak the 1920s!)

The fact he's from an old era, and yet speaks in modern slang is weird. He's supposed to hate anything modern, and yet he does it anyway? His saying "fuck" multiple times is so out of character for him. I guess the "If made by Vivziepop" memes have some truth.

Putting the fact he's mixed, makes the backstory more confusing. How did he manage to be a popular radio host at the time before the civil rights movement became a thing? He will have been put down like the rest of the POCs in America. Either that he's white-passing, or it's VERY difficult. Adding the fact he's a serial killer makes me think how the cops didn't get to him (the mere fact he's black should have got him questioned in 1920s America)

Now, for his identity. I'm mad he's the only aroace character in the sea of gays and bisexuals. (I'm not saying gay men and bisexual people should not have representation. I have to say that due to tumblr's piss poor reading comprehersion)

which made me go through on why Vivzie made him aroace in the first place. I don't know if this is true, but I heard she made him aroace because "he only loves himself"

Um. Here we go again with allos assuming we are non-empathic psychopaths for our lack of sexual or/and romantic attraction. I hope that's not true at all, but knowing Vivzie's past, I wouldn't be surprised.

Alastor would have been a great character if another person took care of it instead of Vivziepop. What I'm gonna say is, wasted potential.

I am having extremely specific and niche ideas I must share. Specifically headcanons for Danny Phantom characters playing World of Warcraft

I feel like Sam would have been the first of them to get into WoW. Something other to play than Doomed, with a heavier focus on questing. She'd play on a PVP server and would be something of a legend on her realm.

She'd pretty much do everything, from hardcore raiding, to achievement hunting, to a little roleplaying on the side with friends.

She'd have two characters she swaps between, a troll warlock and an undead rogue, and would have the most min-maxed gear she can possibly get at all times. A "for the Horde!" girlie all the way. The warlock has tailoring/enchanting for professions, and the rogue mining/jewelcrafting, and she's got every recipe she can get her hands on for both.

I could see Sam trying to get Tucker and Danny into WoW, only to be wildly disappointed with their character decisions as both of them cozy up Alliance-side on a roleplaying realm.

Tucker takes one glance at worgen and goes "I'm gonna be a fucking werewolf" and it's all over from there. His main would be a guardian/feral druid (tank and melee dps) with the corniest RP name you've ever seen, and he loves them dearly. He's always looking for new transmog to dress up with, and he takes his mining/engineering professions a little too seriously. He mostly plays with Danny, but probably has a horde alt Sam forced him to make so they could actually play together before cross-faction became a thing (I am being intentionally Vague about what expansions they'd be playing in).

Tucker's horde alt would be a tauren druid that ALSO runs engineering. Pretty much the same character, especially considering he spends 90% of his time in animal forms.

Danny would start off playing a night elf monk and would get more into the RP of it than he ever wants to openly admit. He loves all of the flips and shit the monks do, and he's all in on the night elf aesthetic. He swaps between mistweaver and windwalker (healer and DPS), depending on what him and Tucker need to get shit done. He doesn't really focus a lot on the professions, instead going for dual gathering with mining and herbalism so he just has a lot of rocks and plants to throw at Tucker or onto the auction house.

After the accident though, Danny takes a long, staring look at death knights and decides he needs to play one-- for the memes. He's dogshit at it after playing monk for so long, but you can pry his frost (dps) death knight from his cold, half-dead hands.

The DK is just another night elf and when he's RPing, Danny likes to say it's the same character as the monk.

(Also I specifically think that Danny would play a nelf instead of a draenei because, as a trans Danny truther, I feel like the too-buff male draeneis would be a little Much for him, and the femme ones would be too dysphoric.)

Val would very begrudgingly start playing WoW with them once she joins Team Phantom. She'd go Horde-side with Sam, with a tauren warrior decked head to toe in red. She quickly gets sucked into the game, and gets a little intense with farming for all of the things she wants-- mounts, cool transmog, some battle pets. She likes to do a lot of content alone, finding it fun to just go off questing, but she'll let herself be dragged into dungeons ever now and then. She just doesn't have the time or energy for raiding consistently.

Val winds up making a bunch of different alts eventually to keep collecting shit, and she gets scary good at gold farming so she can pay for her subscription with in-game currency. She's got a bunch of different professions she runs on her various alts, but the warrior's got mining/blacksmithing since the idea of making her own armor won her out.

Dani plays on a laptop bought with Vlad's money, on a subscription also bought with Vlad's money. She takes one look at Val and Sam playing Horde-side and decides there is no other side to play.

She mains a vulpera hunter and is a troll through and through. She lives up to the hunter stereotype of accidentally pulling everything, but makes up for it by being scary good at DPS and PVP. Her and Val do a lot of mog and mount farming together, and some of her favorite things to collect are the battle pets and toys. She's got Meerah's Jukebox (a toy that plays a song about alpacas before exploding) hotkeyed to drop at a moment's notice.

She winds up getting a little too invested in alchemy, insisting she needs to be good at making goop.

Wes would not play WoW, and would instead play FFXIV and would never shut up about how much better it is than WoW.

Bonus:

Lancer plays a lot of WoW during the summer when school is out. He's got a human mage who looks a bit like a buff version of him that he's been playing since the game released, and he's got all sorts of achievements and collectibles held onto from that era. He runs herbalism/inscription as a profession, and has every recipe for it under the sun. He still insists on riding his first horse mount that he ever got, and it has a Shakespearean name.

It was the 27th of December, and you and your boyfriend, Raphael, was unwinding in your bedroom. After several days of Christmas food and family gatherings, it was nice to just relax in your room, doing nothing but cuddling and watching whatever memes Raph found on his phone. Just taking all the time you need to get yourselves together, before finally packing all the Christmas decorations down. The cold New York City air right outside your bedroom, and feeling warmed under the blanket that laid across the two of you.

You sighed in content, feeling Raph’s arm tighten around you as your finger moved to feel his plastron through his shirt. You and Raphael hadn’t been together for a long time. You first met each other back in August when he started at your high school, shortly after he and his brothers saved New York and the rest of the world from Superfly. It took less than a day for him to ask you if you wanted to go to the prom with him, and of course you said yes. That night you shared your first kiss, and the rest is history, all leading up to you and Raphael spending Christmas together.

At one point you unwillingly moved from the bed, feeling the pressure on your bladder sending you to the toilet. Once your pajamas covered legs hit the air outside of the blanket, you shivered, reaching out for Raphael’s flannel on the chair, so you could wrap it around you.

On your way back from the bathroom, you stopped mid step in your doorway, your eyes watching the sight of something on top of your doorframe. A mistletoe. A left over from this year's Christmas celebrations. It had been there all December, bearing witness to many of yours and Raph’s kisses. It had almost become a tradition that month leading up to Christmas Eve, that whenever Raph would come into your run, you’ll have to share a kiss underneath the mistletoe. But after Christmas, that novel little tradition had sort of whistled away. You didn’t blame either you or Raph for that. Christmas was over and New Year was coming up. None of you had looked at the mistletoe after Christmas Eve and thought that the rules still applied.

A mischievous smile appeared on your lips as a realization hit you; nowhere did it say that the rules of the mistletoe didn’t apply outside of December. At least not any place you could remember.

“Raphie”, you said, causing the mutant turtle in your bed to look up from his phone.

“Yes, Shawty?”, he asked, putting his phone down beside him.

“Do you mind coming over here for a minute?”, you asked.

Raph pulled the blanket back and stood up from your bed, before walking closer to the doorway. Here you carefully placed your hands on his arms, and pulled him closer to you. He was about to ask you what was wrong, until he noticed your gaze looking upwards for less than a second. He raised a brow and looked up, seeing the familiar branch over your door. He let his head fall back and let out a warm hearty laugh, that made you smile even brighter.

“It’s not even Christmas anymore”, Raph laughed as you tugged him closer to the mistletoe.

“So what?”, you laughed. “Last time I checked there was no expiration dates on mistletoe rules”.

“So you want to keep them up all their?”, Raph asked. He could not deny how adorable he found the whole thing. You tugging at his arm and shirt, hoping to get him into the doorframe with you.

“If that means extra kisses, then yes”, you answered.

“(Y/N)”, Raph said, holding onto your arms as he leaned in close to you, trying to fake a serious expression and fight back a smile. Yet it kept creeping up, to the point where the two of you were chuckling and giggling together. “I will always kiss you, no matter where, no matter when. With or without a mistletoe, I will always kiss you”, he spoke through laughs.

“So”, you smiled. “Is that a yes to kiss me under the mistletoe?”

“Of course it is”, Raph smiled, holding your face in his hands. “Like I said; no matter when, no matter where”. And with those words Raph pulled your faces close, locking his lips with yours in a sweet kiss. You hummed in delight, sneaking your arms around his neck. Raph smiled against your lips, letting his hands move from your face and down to your waist under his flannel you were still wearing, holding you close against him. As the two of you pulled from the kiss, you leaned your foreheads together, looking into each other’s eyes with a smile.

“Merry late Christmas, Raphie”, you smiled at him, giving him yet another peck on the lips.

“Merry late Christmas, (Y/N)”,  he said, pulling you even closer, his hand sneaking further up your back under the flannel. “Now, you may be cute in my flannel, but I want it back. It’s cold outside the blanket!”

I think a lot of transfemme culture is formed and cultivated by how we were rejected and desperately tried to fit it.

like, take transfemme memes. a lot of memes are about how broad generalizations such as "trans women do this thing", the thing being computer programming or enjoying a particular video game. and while I won't deny that a lot of trans women do those things, the vast majority don't. so why are things like programmer socks and fallout new vegas and bionicals and gundam so popular with trans women despite them not being universally applicable?

I think it might have to do with our being rejected as kids and how we would do everything we could to try and be accepted by others.

maybe this only applies to me. I'm definitely not trying to make a broad generalization to explain other broad generalizations. I'm basing this primarily on my experiences.

but when I was in middle school and high school, I used to lie about watching certain movies or playing certain games even when I didn't. I could have been because my parents wouldn't let me, I couldn't afford them, or I just wasn't actually interested. but most of what I was interested was very niche nerdy things like anime and computers and math and art. but in a desperate attempt to join in conversations and make friends, I would lie and say I was interested in the popular things so other people would accept me.

now, years later, the internet connects us and helps us explore our nerdy interests much more. I remember I was the only person at high school who cared at all about undertale, but then I found tumblr and whole communities online who would talk about the game I played. they also got me interested in things I never would have been into otherwise. transgender people online got me into star wars (which I regret) and evangelion (which I also regret but not as much). and there are some things that I've never experienced, but still know about due to cultural osmosis. I know a lot about fallout new vegas and magic the gathering and ultrakill despite never playing them. I would consider myself part of those fandoms despite never really interacting with the content, just because I have so many online trans friends who are into those things.

I think that the most popular things just happened to become transfemme memes due to how many nerdy trans people unapologetically love them online, and people who have never experienced them but are friends with the people who do love them agree with them to fit in.

I'm not saying this is a bad thing. it's perfectly fine to be part of a fandom or community even if you don't have a huge interest in it just to be with your friends. I'm not super interested in ttrpgs, but I still play just because I like hanging out with my friends.

computer programming is popular in trans women circles not because all trans women are computer programmers. it's popular because it's a booming industry and the small percentage of trans women who are computer programmers really enjoy it and talk about it online, and their online friends support them and agree with them even if they aren't computer programmers themselves.

idk. I forget where I was going with this. I just think it's really nice how trans women, and honestly the entire queer community as a whole, tends to support each other's niche interests and uplift each other.

HMMMM GOOD QUESTION!!!

yuma: doesn't really know music well enough to be picky. every now and again a song will play on the radio and he'll say "oh this is a nice song" and desuhiko or whoever will groan and say "REALLY? this is the most generic vanilla pop song ever" and yuma will say "i dunno... i thought it was pretty good" ...he doesn't like explicit lyrics though.

desuhiko: keeps up with the latest coolest pop hits and is always trying to learn the choreography. it doesn't count as a good song if it doesn't have choreography! he likes boy bands and girl groups and uplifting power anthems.

fubuki: she knows the tunes to classic hits but somehow it's always the wrong lyrics. one day yakou puts on lola by the kinks and she sings along very loudly to "Y-O-D-A YODAAAAA" how she learned it we'll never know but she always sings from the heart.

halara: claims to dislike music, especially music with singing because the lyrics are distracting. smooth jazz is passable as background music... techno is okay sometimes... the embarrassing truth is their favorite songs are funny little songs about kitty cats. or songs that have been featured in popular pet video memes.

vivia: similar to his tastes in books, he doesn't actually prefer any specific genre of music as long as the lyrics are interesting. it's like poetry with a melody... he loves songs that tell stories - or even better, whole albums. but most of the time it's easier to read the stories (visual learner feels)... so he's also just content to listen to whatever someone else puts on.

yakou: is not a master detective but I'M ANSWERING FOR HIM ANYWAY #1 DAD ROCK LIKER. he gets mad when desuhiko calls his music taste "butt rock." to his chagrin, halara was able to pinpoint his exact age based on his favorite classic albums ("b-but i thought you didn't even like music!!!" "i don't have to like something to gather information about it.") he's not great at singing or dancing so he only does so when he thinks he's alone. yuma has caught him in the act before. (vivia also has but will never tell a soul.)

This Community: A Love Letter <3

When I originally joined Tumblr, it was because reddit was being fucking dumb and I didn't want to support it. I had been a user for almost a decade and it really was frustrating to leave a platform I enjoyed so much. It turns out to have been one of the best things to ever happen to me. I went from a lurker to being active in a wonderful community here on Tumblr. I originally joined because I wanted to see the same memes I got from reddit, and I loved the horny vibe mixed in. It was right when I was beginning to explore myself for the first time in my life, rather than just floating along. When I got here, it took me a bit to find my feet, and holy shit was the effort worth it. I struggled with feeling like I was invading, but so many people took my hand and let me know I was welcome all the same. Whether I knew what I was or not, and because of that I was able to truly immerse myself fully in a vibrant queer community for the first time. I had plenty of interactions with many in the queer community before, but not from the inside like it happened here. I finally was able to figure out something that made me feel comfortable with myself. I realize in hindsight, I had never truly felt at peace. I suspected I might be trans before I came here, but I learned some of what being trans means to me in this place. I was content to leave the story at that! To have been grateful for the small kindnesses afforded to me by those around me. To start to try and help others see the same things I had my eyes opened to, and just move forward. And then this week happened, and it feels like my life is going to have a before and after. In a mere five days I have had so many things occur it takes me paragraphs to even glimpse the surface. Death, fear, bravery, exploration, romance, joy, and hope. I have experienced these things more deeply in a matter of days than I have in the last decades of my life as a guy. I have spent mere weeks as a girl on tumblr, a week in my house as a girl, have yet to try and be a girl in public, and I don't even think I consider myself a woman yet, but my life as a girl has felt like its almost just as long as the life I spent as a man. Its incredible. In the middle of this incredible, horrible, beautiful, and terrifyingly stressful week I didn't know how I was going to make it through each minute let alone get through each day. And then this silly little horny community reached out to me. Everywhere I turned I had people not just offer support when I complained, I had people reach out just to let me know they were there if I needed them. I'm so used to just shoving things down and dealing with it alone that I didn't even know how to accept this much help. Every time I had gotten everything shoved down again I had someone else reassure me that I was allowed to lean on them if I needed. It was incredible. It felt almost coordinated with how many people helped me. And I just don't think it's possible for me to express my love for everyone in this community who has helped me both this week, and in the time leading up to it. Those who have given me tips. Those who have helped me find myself. Those who have made me feel beautiful. Those who have let me lean on them when I needed to cry. You and Flash were heading out of class as it ended when you were stopped by Brad. "Hey guysss, wanna come over to my place after school? I'm throwing a party but you two obviously get early access and I'm totally not just saying that so you guys can help me set up."

Flash was busy on his phone so Brad looked towards you for a reply. Eyes wide as you gestured with your head towards Flash, nudging him as subtly as possible to get his attention, he immediately knew what that meant. "Oh, uhm... maybe, we'd love too man but we might just be too busy but if we're able to we'll totally come!" Brad nodded, content with the answer. "Alright cool, I'll save you guys some pizza just incase!"

Brad exited the classroom, leaving you and Flash to finish gathering your stuff. Flash looked towards you, rubbing your arm to help comfort you. "I figured this way you'd have time to decide if you wanna go or not and if not we have an easy out." Flash smiled before grabbing your hand and leading you out of the classroom.

This was just one of the moments he helped you out with for your anxiety, and he was more than happy to.

Whenever you and Flash went out to eat together, which was often because as much he loved taking you out to the fanciest most high end places he also loved you out for cute little fast food dates, he always ordered for you. He had no problem with it, if something he did could help you feel better in any way he'd do it, he didn't care what it was.

The epitome of the "They asked for no pickles" meme. Flash would just automatically do it at this point, knowing how awkward it can feel to have to ask for him to order for you with the server staring at you expectingly. Sometimes he'd even get you comfortable in a booth before he goes up to order so the server doesn't look to you and ask for your order before he can get it out.

As much as he wanted to say some dumb joke when he answered the phone for you he knew better than to do that, not wanting to upset you he remained mature until the phone call ended before updating you on what they said.

A similar rule applied when you had to be involved in public speaking, although he couldn't do it for you he's help you prepare in any way he can, only throwing out a few jokes here and there to take your mind off of it. The day of the presentation he's your rock, letting you ramble to him as much as you need about your fears, reminding you of how well you're gonna do and how once it's over all you have to do is come relax with him. Purposefully trying to sit near the back of the class so he can give you a giant hug without the prying eyes of your classmates and tell you how proud of you he is.

He'd never ever diminish your anxiety, although he doesn't personally struggle with it to the same extent you do he knows it's very much a real thing and an incredibly tough thing to deal with and he's honestly so impressed at how strong you are for getting through all the effects of it. He's so so proud of you for living with anxiety. He just hopes his dumb jokes don't annoy you too much.

So the One Piece themed cooking blog idea I mentioned a week or two ago (or maybe a month I have no concept of the passage of time).

For anyone who missed it, I've been considering making a cooking blog for a very long time, but I wasn't sure how I wanted to go about it.

More recently I got a brainworm that wouldn't go away about creating one written primarily from the point of view of Sanji, also featuring Zeff and other characters, providing recipes and tips and ideas and foodie content in general.

Aaanyway. I'm starting to gather content for it. Kinda want to have enough content for at least three to four recipes before I start, but since the vote was 100% that I should do it and it's not a totally dumb idea...I'mma do it.

Some details for anyone that's interested in this nonsense:

Asks. The blog will be open to suggestions and any asks for cooking advice/tips. I can't promise I'll be able to answer all recipe suggestions in a timely manner, it will depend on my time and ability to procure ingredients.

Recipes. My own recipes range widely, I enjoy experimenting so I'm open to trying absolutely ANYTHING. That being said, again, I may not be able to readily procure ingredients only available in specific regions.

Resources. Money is a thing. Please don't ask me to make things involving ingredients like waygu steak or foie gras, I still have bills to pay 👀 That being said, I still have resources that I can ask about using such ingredients, and maybe one day I may be able to procure them myself.

Skill Level. Recipes and tips will be as detailed as possible, to ensure that anyone interested in trying them, at any skill level, will be able to. I'm primarily self-taught, with some instruction from family/friends that have professional experience in the culinary industry, so I understand that some terms and techniques are essentially a foreign language to those without much experience. I want to engage anyone interested in cooking at any level, so I'll make sure to provide explanations for terms and ingredients that might not be common knowledge to everyone.

Categories. All culinary pursuits will apply. Stovetop, oven, roasting, baking, frying, sautéing, braising, stewing, etc., as well as tips on utensils and tools. Constraints in that I do not own an airfryer or an Instapot, but I don't think those exist in the One Piece universe anyway; I'm not a fan of crockpots/slowcookers since I can make the same recipes without one, but I'm still willing to accept that they can be convenient; and I also have very little practical experience in pickling or preserving, but again, I'm always open to trying new things when it comes to food.

Extras Cooking/foodie memes are inspiration, and I'm happy to be bombarded with them.

Theme General theme will be the concept of "family meal," which refers to the meals that the restaurant staff tends to share between peak business hours. While the blog will primarily be run by Sanji and Zeff, there will be other characters that show up to share their insights. One of my original characters is planning to appear as well, but I'm keeping her on a short leash because of her attitude problems.

Very Important: Same as this blog, it will be a safe space. You should never be afraid to ask anything. We don't learn if we don't ask questions, and no question is a stupid question.

Essentially, I want it to be a fun and inclusive experience for everyone, whether you're interested in One Piece or cooking or both.

I'll let everyone know once I have it actually set up. But for anyone interested, you're more than welcome to send any thoughts/concerns/suggestions/ideas/questions/etc to me here in the meantime.

Reasons why Por and Tiw are secretly dating

I'm doing a rewatch and so I've decided to gather all the evidence and lay it out here (with shitty gifs bc i don't know how to), because I love this pairing so much: the least brain cells character with the one that makes everything happen, what a beautiful combo :')

Episode 1:

That's a weak tiwpor episode, the best I could find was how after the band finds out Tinn is a judge in the temple competition Por is happy - probably because he knows Tinn is his boyfriend's buddy (and possibly that he has a crush on Gun?).

Episode 2:

No more words are needed. Por is simply pulling his boyfriend with an affectionate "you", even tho at this point the band supposedly doesn't even know Tiw 👀

Episode 3:

I just thought this was cute, he wants to give his bf the recognition he deserves for helping them all!!

Episode 4: I couldn't find what I had saved so I'll skip that but I'm sure it was there!!

Episode 5:

This was of course such a sweet moment between the two! It starts by Tiw remembering he's a moronsexual (the famous "why confused?" by Por), then he gives him advice about his mom.

The familiar way they speak with each other can be the result of a week of tutoring, but it's clear Tiw knows him pretty well..

Episode 6:

Okay this is like. Damning evidence.

Obviously the three couples of the series are the couples of the clip but -

In the original, the noodles shop pair is the only one that's clearly an actual couple at the end, which tells us that at this point, tiwpor are the only actual couple (true, since we see the other two get together in the following episodes).

The other two couples had to have intense preparation before the shooting, because they still had progress to make. Tiwpor? They don't need it since they already are dating.

AND that's also the only couple we don't see shooting their scenes at all. Why? Are they trying to keep some relationship a secret or something?? Very sus. They hid the noodle shop shooting both from the rest of the gang and from us the audience, just like they do with the tiwpor relationship :')

~That's actually where I reached in my rewatch but from what I remember:

Episode 7: Por was all for canceling the no dating rule, very sus. Also he tells Gun he's singing love songs better, and "whoever is the cause" is good for him, almost like he might have inside information about Gun's relationship status from someone...

also, this bit after Por and Gun talk and Gun turns to lovingly stare at Tinn, look who else is there turning towards them 👀

Episode 8: I'm blanking again, might edit when I reach it.

Episode 9: Cute water splashing in the sea.

Episode 10: "MY dear student council" when asking for approval on the posters + the whole "hmm does Tiw has a secret crush on Por", and Por doing the surprised Pikachu meme

Episode 11: I mean, the whole damn thing :')

Though I will admit episode 11 did throw me off because I thought it'll be revealed for sure. Instead, we got pre-relationship flirting vibes rather than the established relationship vibes I was expecting for some of the scenes but then it went back to secret boyfriends vibes?

In conclusion: Either I'm completely clowning and next episode they'll barely get together, or we'll finally get to see them being openly cute and boyfriend-y. It'd be very weird for one of the 2 main side pairings to have so little content otherwise, just saying.

8) Do you have any rituals or habits that help you get into the zone?

I take part in a weekly “shut up and write” event which is an hour long and helps me to get stories polished, but mostly I put on some song or soundtrack that I associate with the story I’m working on and go from there.

First outlines/character dialogue are mostly written on my phone in bed though in, like, the first few hours of me trying to fall asleep.

15) Do you plan your fics or prefer to let the story unfold as you write?

I am 100% a planner. Every step, every moment, every little hint is planned out. Beat by beat. That’s one of the reasons why I like to have most, if not all, of a story written before I even start posting the first piece. I want to make sure all the bread crumbs are properly in place leading to the ending.

(Which isn’t to say that I can’t do the other way. It’s just, if I’m going to be posting something, I want it to be fully planned out)

33) How do you incorporate world-building elements into your fics?

I like a good mix of exposition and sprinkling in of content when it comes to my world building. They both have their place in the story I feel. I think the best example for how I like doing my world building is “Gathering The Dragon’s”. I’m actually really proud of specifically the world building in those three stories.

as someone who was a freshman in college in 2003-4, i don’t think i could ever explain to people what it was like to be on the internet when we had flash videos (because regular vid formats were too big) and ebaumsworld and weebl's stuff (but no YouTube!! not until 2005!, a decade before Vine) as the modern meme era began. it's hard to remember how much work we had to put into finding and sharing memes, the exact opposite of now when good content from every platform is reliably shared around and reposted on every other platform. but I'm going to try to explain it for posterity, so gather round, children, for some tales from an elder millennial

imagine this:

you're in your dorm room hiking up your low-rise jeans and a friend sticks their head in and calls you to their room (everyone still had PCs with enormous towers, no portability, this had changed by 2006 when people bought laptops for college) and you gather behind their desk while they open ebaumsworld and pull up a gloriously terribly edited, completely chaotic, short-form video. "Hokay, so, here is the earth, chilling," it says in an inscrutable accent. "What IS this?" you ask and your friend goes, "SHHHH!" "Damn, that is a sweet earth you might say. WRONG!" You watch the video forty times on repeat, laughing harder each time

A few days later you're the one calling your hallmates in because you've discovered a video (please note YouTube DID NOT EXIST, this was on Newgrounds.com, which I somehow do not even remember) of a kid your age from New Jersey dancing to a... Moldovan pop song no one has ever heard before? You watch it five hundred times until you know all his dance moves and still have no idea what the song is or who sings it, but you will die for this boy from NJ as he is now your favorite person on the planet and you can sing every word as best you can without knowing the language

you go home and your brother is like, "YOU HAVEN'T SEEN MAGICAL TREVOR?!?!?!" and your friend from another university is like "YOU HAVEN'T SEEN BADGER BADGER SNAAAAAAKE?!?!" and thus meme biodiversity is ensured

a few years later it looks like this: you log on Facebook, which you need a .edu email address from a select list of elite colleges to register for, and there's no news feed...the only thing that exists is your friend list and you can post things on your own or someone else's wall. There are no parents or businesses or celebrities or organizations on Facebook. People complain about their parents and professors with impunity and no worry of it ever getting back to them. Half your friends have a fake Facebook account masquerading as a professor or a fictional character or a statue on campus. On a friend's wall they've posted that they can't stop laughing at an early YouTube video of toddlers and before you know it, you've added "that reeeallly hurt Charlie, and it's still hurting" to your vernacular (this video was, at one point, the most watched yt video of all time and was sold recently as a fucking NFT, I wish I could watch my 2007 self learn and try to process this information)

and because this specific type of virality was still new but reliably shared in these ways, you could be pretty sure that everyone in your physical and digital orbits would know the same memes—but that no one in an older generation would have any clue, because of the way things were shared and structured. which is different from now, because our digital spaces are more siloed, because there's so much, so many memes, that my partner and I constantly reference memes that the other hasnt even heard of because meme uptake has to be limited just for functionality within different online spaces. To the point where we both had a gif for "Why not both?/both is good" but his was the taco commercial and mine was the road to el dorado and we literally live in the same house and have all the same irl experiences.

10. What's an AU that would be interesting to explore with your OC?

This one may come across as obvious, but a role swap AU between the twins has been in my mind for a while. How would things play out if it was Samel, the boy who at that point had no interest whatsoever in the battlefield and was content with a quiet simple life, choose to do when put in the place of his sister? He would be so out of place there, and there is the question of what path someone like him would choose.

I'm really not certain, which is one of the major reasons this exists at the moment only as a thought exercise. I definitely feel like he would be my one character to potentially end up going Legend (as my hypothetical Aeon character has True Aeon written all over him), if anything because the mythic metamorphosis feels so antithetical to who he is to me as a character.

The other interesting option to me is Gold Dragon, but that still leaves the initial choice uncertain.

On the other hand, Samel worked through the trauma of losing his sister relatively well, all things considered. Nela, however, was a bit of a troubled soul even then... Losing her brother, her best friend, just as she was finally getting out of the hole would be crushing.

I definitely get the feeling it would send her back to a very dark place for a while. I've given her side of things less thought, but I can see her self-isolating and dedicating wholly to her studies at first.

24. What is an alternative life path your OC might have gone down? How different would their life be if they'd made those decisions?

I do like to think in a life where neither twin got involved in the Crusades, where Nela chose to not accompany her mother to Mendev and both got to live the same time.

And it would be a very eventful time: shortly after, House Thrune would win the civil war in Cheliax. These are very hard years for Andoran, leading up to the People's Revolt.

I do think for a Nela that's in a relatively good place, one that has still gone through the incident with the magical experiment, this would be revolting. She is logical and rational to a fault, however, so I can see her rushing to anything.

As an adult, I think she would leave Andoran and Cheliax. Gather resources, gain knowledge and experience in the wider world, help open routes to get those who need it out of the country.

Although her life would be ultimately one of adventuring, she wouldn't end up affiliated to the Pathfinders like her brother. She would rather do her own thing. A wanderer and hoarder of knowledge, and a benefactor to those in her homeland trying to make a difference.

She would only return home once the People's Revolt becomes imminent.
