Some friends and I watched Christmas Party AU this year and drew some doodles on magma. Me and @marylooo drew our characters like they were in CPAU

orange one is Peanut Sans (drawn by and belongs to @marylooo), blue one is Welltale Sans (drawn by me)

Welltall Xenogears   Worked on this on my spare time. Hoping I did this justice. Growing up in the PS1 era I've always loved this game. Fighting with giant robots?, count me in.

They are in japanese unfortunately but translations exists! For black lady the Tatarikon series it's good (2 guys in this collection are obssesed with cages) the dusk series it's a bit More hard since they have lots but I reccomend the kanjikon series and welltales. Well good news! Some of them are japanese VAs with good grasp in english ! Others are going indie and uploading the clips on YouTube (along with them we have the usual people doing covers) we have few so far but it's a start!

It's awesome to see things like this expand!

I don't envy the jobs of the translators, there are so many expressions and phrases that are borderline impossible to translate and have the effect it had in the original language. Like all those FromSoft game video essays about things in translation getting lost? So fun to see. Localisation absolutely fascinates me as a job. I won't be doing it as a monolingual person, but still, big respect to any of you out there.

I'll look into these ones, thank you for the recommendations!

Venom Review

Da ist er also der Film vom Hauptantagonisten Spider-Mans. Man kannte Venom ja nun schon aus der Sam Raimi wo er im 3. Teil aufgetaucht ist, dort wurde er gespielt von Topher Grace. Anno 2018 wird Venom Verkörpert von Tom Hardy. Gute Wahl für den Hauptdarsteller. Der Aufbau des Films zieht sich etwas hin man sieht Eddie Brock wieso weshalb und warum er so ist. Im Endeffekt bricht er irgendwo ein wird angegriffen und bekommt den Venom Symbionten. Gut insziniert auf jeden Fall.(!!!SPOILER!!!) Im Gegenzug bekommt der böse Doktor also der Hauptantagonist auch einen Symbionten nämlich Riot, der wohl der stärkste Symbiont ist. Die Darstellung fand ich allerdings nicht so gut man hätte Riot ein bisschen abheben können. Der Kampf der Beiden an der Rakete (Riot will zurück in den Welltall) um noch mehr Symbionten zu holen. War sehr cool auch wenn es teilweise so aussah als wenn Schwarzer Schleim mit grauem Schleim kämpft. Riot sitzt in der Rakete und was passiert Venom schlitzt die Maschine auf und Riot explodiert mit dem Dok zusammen. Die Symbionten vertragen ja kein Feuer und keine hohen Frequenzen. Augenscheinlich hat Venom sich geopfert. Ja was wäre ein Comic Film von Marvel ohne die Post Credit Scene. Kletus Casidy dargestellt von Woody Harrelson. Wie geil ist das denn. Also Venom 2 denn gegen Carnage. Achja und ich hätte mir eine kleine Anspielung auf Spider Man gewünscht.
