Ok so I literally don't know how any of this works. I haven't used social media in like 5 years and have been a lurker for forever. I don't understand this shit at all and I can't imagine anyone is out there watching or reading this but perhaps if I shout into the void, I'll learn something from the echo of my own voice.

And maybe, by taking a fucking chance and actually trying something instead of worrying about being made fun of, I'll actually improve instead of staying in the same damn place forever. So what's up there, Void? What's good?

Well salutations Tumblr. 

I have decided I probably need therapy, at this point we probably all do. But because of my pride (and serious issues with opening up to people) I’ve decided to let the world full of strangers in on my life. Maybe you’ll relate, maybe you won’t. Hi tumblr world, ako si thatguymrengineer. Madaming beses nang pumasok sa isip ko na mag gawa ng tumblr, para makapag bahagi ako ng karanasan ko nung studyante palang ako, hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit ako natakot na magbahagi ng mga karanasan ko sa buhay noon. Siguro dahil takot ako na mahusgahan at mapakielaman ang buhay ko. Pero ngayon naglakas ako ng loob na mag gawa ng account dito sa tumblr, dahil baka sa pag gawa ko ng account dito aya may mga matulungan ako di man pisikal na pagtulong. Pero sa pagtulong na alam ko. Sisikapin kong makapag update dito sa tumblr ng mga karanansan ko nung ako’y studyante palang. Kung may makakabasa man sana’y mag enjoy.

Post #1: Why am I on Tumblr?

I have always loved writing since I was a kid. Actually, I have a WordPress account and I have several interesting posts there about growing up, finding love and almost everything about medical school. That account knew all of my struggles and hardships about everything while I was growing up but I'd like to try and have a fresh start in here. I mean, I still plan to keep my WordPress account and write some things there every once in a while. But Tumblr seems more fun, artistic and easier to use which got me interested. I hope I get to update a lot about what's going on with my life here so I could look back every now and then to see if I'm still on track.

Anyway, people call me Jen, I'm the youngest of three siblings. I like flowers, hand - written letters, night time, cuddling, iced coffee, the color green, kids/babies, and staying in. I'm 29 years old, a Catholic, in a 6- year relationship, and currently work as a Pediatrician in 2 hospitals in Cavite (PH). So let me warn you now that my posts may get cheesy at times or may be totally hospital/health related. I hope this excitement stays on for the rest of my Tumblr journey! See you around ❤️

*PS: The family went out for lunch to celebrate Kuya's (eldest sibling) birthday, though it's not until tomorrow. We went to a coffee shop after and I had flat white. I prefer iced coffee but I felt like trying something hot a while ago for some reason. Haha. It was strong - - exactly how I like my coffee to be. 💪 (7/14/19)
