Armor stacking is dead. As a result, 90% of the armor abilities and talents in the game have been adjusted by between 5 and 20. The specific changes may not make sense, but fuck it. We’ll see what happens and fix it next patch.

The big experience changes are here at last. For those of you in the dark about this hilariously huge controversial adjustment: Forts and keeps no longer give experience. Destroying a fort now spawns a catapult in that lane every three waves. Destroying a keep still spawns catas as normal. Passive “trickle” exp has been increased to compensate, and mercenary camps now reward more exp than before, too.

These changes have been adjusted, though. In response to extreme outcry from the community, there will be an exp-related reward from destroying forts and keeps, but it will be a permanent stacking bonus to trickle exp.

We adjusted the unit radius for basically every hero by a small percentage. No listing of this is available. Just figure it out.

Fenix is receiving a minor talent rework in response to him having basically one talent build in all cases. Hopefully this revitalizes him. Something of a... Second life? Maybe we should put his robot suit into a robot suit. Maybe put arms on the new suit. I don’t know how we could fit a whole Dragoon in there, though. Maybe if we upload his consciousness into a computer- Talandar. The joke is Talandar.

With structure value changing, and catapults coming online earlier in the game, Sylvanas is... Basically an entirely new hero. So, welcome Sylvanas to the nexus! She’s a ranged assassin who has great teamfight and duelist potential with the ability to help her team capitalize on an opening by using her activated trait to shut down buildings for a short time. Honestly, the changes are too extensive for me to go into here. She’s seriously a brand new hero. It’s almost like some major story development since her addition has altered the hero fantasy considerably?

I’ve been saying for years (literally years!) that Slam Stitches best Stitches, and people finally listened. So now about half of the Slam talents are baseline, and his trait has been updated to be more active instead of passive, on autoattacks instead of on damage taken. His talents have been massively reworked, so now Stitches is a 2018 tank hero! There we go. New main tank hero added. You can stop complaining about the tank meta now.
