Im Flug über die Stör

Mitte juni nahm ich dankbar die Gelegenheit über die Elbe in ihrem Mündungstrichter zu fliegen wahr. Zuerst folgten wir dem Lauf der Stör, einem mittelgroßen Nebenfluss, dann der mächtig breiten Stromelbe, wir überflogen die Elbinseln Rhinplate, Pagensand, Bishoster Sand, Hanskalbsand, Auf dem Rückflug ging es über die Wedeler Marsch, Haseldorfer Binnenelbe, die Krückau bis nach Itzehoe.

A few photos from my bike tour yesterday: There were lots of photo stops to take pictures of birds on posts and fences. And if there's no fence, you have to land on a sheep. Birds can be very pragmatic
