Nikah On Budget a la WF

Mempersiapkan pernikahan itu gampang-gampang susah, but over all SERU! Hal tersulit buat saya adalah gimana cara kita untuk menyatukan persepsi 2 keluarga soal pernikahan dan walimahnya itu sendiri. Kenapa? Karena ngomong sama ortu sendiri itu ternyata jauh lebih sulit ketimbang ngomong sama puluhan ortu siswa, apalagi yang mau dibahas adalah hari terrrrrr-penting (we can say) buat hidup anaknya. Hehe

But after all the struggle that I and my husband went through, akhirnya terciptalah wedding on budget yang bener-bener pengen saya pake sejak dulu kala. Walaupun hasilnya ga se-wah pernikahan teman-teman yang lain. Saya dan suami menganggap bahwa walimatul ‘ursy itu adalah sebuah rasa syukur dari nikmat Allah yang mengizinkan kami ‘menggenap’. Lagipula, kehidupan setelah walimah yang cuma 2 jam itu jauh lebih penting karena lebih berat dan ‘nikmat’. Alhamdulillah juga dapat pasangan yang emang sejalan sepersepsi wqwq kami juga hanya mengundang teman-teman terdekat. Total undangan saya dan suami kurang dari 150 orang, ditambah undangan orang tua sekitar 300-350 orang, jadi kurang lebih 500an orang.

Percaya atau ga, total pengeluaran walimah kami kurang lebih 50 juta. Kami memutuskan untuk mengurus pernikahan kami sendiri –TANPA WO- dengan memanfaatkan orang-orang terdekat sebagai vendornya. Untuk venuenya kami memanfaatkan lapangan serbaguna RT yang lebih fleksibel untuk waktu dan biayanya. Untuk rinciannya silakan klik tautan ini yaaa.

Sebenarnya mau pake atau tanpa WO pun itu tergantung calon pengantin lebih nyaman pakai yang mana. Kalo saya pribadi memang dari awal mau coba ngerasain manis asem asinnya jadi WO acara sendiri. Setelah dijalanin ternyata seru juga loh. Hehe lagipula, tujuan utama menikah itu bukan untuk menggelar resepsi mewah nan megah, tapi untuk menjadi keluarga sakinah, mawaddah, rahmah toh? Semoga kita semua senantiasa diberikan kelancaran, kemudahan dan keberkahan dalam menjalani segala ibadah kita di dunia. Aamiin.

Nikah on Budget a la WF pt. 2

Rincian Walimatul ‘Ursy on Budget ala Wika dan Fakhri :

1.      Wedding registration

2 minggu setelah khitbah, kami mendaftarkan pernikahan kami ke KUA. Kami memutuskan untuk mengurusnya sendiri, Kami mendaftarkan pernikahan kami di KUA Tangsel (domisili saya) dan hanya bayar 600 ribu. Sebenarnya nikah itu mudah dan murah loh, teman-teman. Hehe

(+) ngerasain hype dan perjuangannya dari awal berdua, nambah ilmu dan pengalaman main-main ke KUA (kapan lagi gitu kan)

(-) harus siap waktu dan tenaga untuk bolak-balik urus administrasi dari tingkat RT sampai kelurahan

IDR 600 ribu.

2.      Tent and décor

Karena hanya menggelar walimah sederhana sekali, kami menggunakan lapangan serbaguna RT sebagai venue walimah kami dan kami putuskan untuk acara walimah tersebut hanya 2-3 jam. Banyak teman-teman yang tanya, kenapa walimah di rumah tapi ditentukan jamnya? Jawabannya, kami ga mau setelah acara malah pada kecapean, terutama orang tua dan keluarga besar kami. Tenda dan dekor kami pakai penyewaan tenda dekat rumah. Terdiri dari 100 kursi, alat prasmanan, pelaminan + dekornya, dan soperangkat sound system.

(+) Murah, simple, dekat rumah jadi kalo ada kurang dsb gampang

(-) Hasilnya kurang maksimal. Ada kemungkinan hari hujan karena outdoor, jadi agak sedikit ga terkontrol

3.      Documentation

Dari awal menikah, saya mau buat walimah sederhana, tapi soal dokumentasi ga boleh asal-asalan. Terpilihlah vendor @songkofoto (u can search their ig, based Cinangka, Depok). Jujur saya bakal rekomendasiin vendor ini ke teman-teman karena ownernya baiiiik bgt –tengkyu, mas Aji!-. Saya booking sebenarnya untuk pertengahan 2019, cuma qadarullah acaranya ga jadi. Eh pas mau cancel, ownernya malah bilang ‘ga usah dicancel, kak. Sayang DP nya hangus. Dipending aja, kalo kakak mau ada acara lagi tinggal kontak kita dan tinggal lunasin aja’. Masyaa Allah, masih banyak orang baik ya, gaes hehe

(+) ownernya baik banget, sabar banget, dan alhamdulillah hasilnya oke banget, walaupun belum semuanya jadi (per h+1 bulan)

(-) agak lama untuk dapetin semua fotonya karena harus nunggu proses editing dll, tp kayaknya semua vendor foto begini sih yaaa

4.      Souvenir

Untuk souvenir, memang kami mau yang bisa bermanfaat, kepake ga cuma sekali 2 kali. Ada 2 souvenir, totebag dan bibit. Untuk totebag sendiri, kami pake jasa dari @maylasouvenir (based Yogya) yang provide buat totebag dengan design sendiri. Harganya murah bgt untuk ukuran totebag blacu ukuran 30 x 35, dan hasilnya sesuai yang diharapkan. Untuk bibitnya kebetulan di rumah banyak bgt tersisa bibit tanaman gitu, mostly sayuran. Jadi cuma diakalin beli pouch tile uk. 10 x 14 200 pcs di shopee, dan jadilan souvenir DIY ala ala. YAY!

(+) souvenirnya bisa digunakan, murah dan kualitasnya oke

(-) untuk totebag, karena melalui banyak proses, jadi pengerjaannya terhitung lama. Sekitar 1 bulanan. Sabar-sabar aja, toh hasilnya worth it hehe untuk bibit, karena buat ala ala DIY jadi perlu nyisihin waktu luang agak banyak, pegel, tjooooy

IDR (totebag) 5400 x 250 + shipping fee = 1.460.000

(bibit) tile pouch 450 x 200 + shipping fee = 200.000 (karena belinya berangsur, jadi shipping fee nya mahal)

5.      Invitation card

Untuk invitation card, kami memang ga mau yang gimana-gimana banget, karena khawatir bakal dibuang hehe ada 3 jenis invitation.

1.      Pake vendor @aneka_advertising (based Kebumen). Diperuntukan undangan orang tua.

2.      DIY invitation untuk teman-teman kerja. Tinggal buat desain polos di sotosop, beli cat air dan water color paper, print. Lalu beliin amplop dan wax seal.

3.      Online invitation, buat sendiri. FREEEEE hehe tinggal belajar dan latihan editing sendiri di sotosop -Makasiiiy, Bu Qurooo-

(+) ga keluar terlalu banyak biaya karena seperti yang udah-udah, undangan itu berakhir di tempat sampah :’) DIY dan online invitation bisa dikreasikan sendiri dengan penuh cinta, jadi walaupun seadanya tetep bagus aja diliatnya hehe

(-) kalo pake vendor agak lama jadinya, sekitar 1 bulanan juga. Untuk DIY dan online harus siap belajar desain dan editing dan luangin waktu untuk buatnya.

IDR (vendor) 2800 x 200 + shipping fee – discount = 514.500 (ga tau ada diskon apa, tapi bayarnya kurang dari yang ditotalkan wqwq)

DIY invitation = 200.000/ 40 invitations.

Online invitation = FREEEEEE

6.      Catering + snack

Kebetulan tetangga ada yang punya usaha catering, jadi langsung ke sana aja. Namanya Bude Dora, dan alhamdulillah untuk catering ini ga ada complain. Masakannya enak dan berasa istimewa. Hehe snack yang dimaksud adalah snack saat akad dan gubukan saat walimah.

(+) dekat rumah, jadi kalo ada kurang dsb mudah dikomunikasikan. Bisa dapat ‘harga tetangga’ juga loh. Bisa juga menyesuaikan dengan budget yang kita sanggupi hehe

(-) Alhamdulillah ga ada kayaknya. Mertua pun cerita, komen teman-temannya soal catering semuanya bilang enaaaak YAY

IDR 35.000 x 700 pax + snack = 27.000.000

7.      Makeup

Ini juga pake jasa tetangga. Salon Muslimah Mama Eca namanya. Walaupun hasilnya kurang memuaskan, karena memang saya ga suka pake mekap yaaaa. Tapi ternyata orang-orang bilang oke dan hasil difoto pun bagus. Emang dasar w aja yang norse ga betah mekapan tebel gitu HAHAHA

(+) murmer bangeeeet, bisa request yang kita mau juga kayak mana hehe

(-) karena tetangga dan kenal deket, jadi agak diomelin jg pas minta dimekap super duper minimalis. Wqwq

Kami juga menganggarkan biaya lain-lain untuk kebutuhan tak terduga. Termasuk di dalamnya untuk biaya infaq masjid tempat akad, transport Qori’, uang keamanan, iuran sukarela sewa tempat walimah, transport kru, dll.
