For my last time: stuff I remember from today’s show:
This audience was sooooo loud, like way louder than Grand Prairie or Denver (the screams for Sister Daniel were actually the loudest thing I’ve ever heard)
They said they went to bucees at like 3:00 am this morning and Phil got a lot of fudge and a lot of merch
They mentioned pinof anniversary so much, like every chance they got
Conspiracies were wedding, toilet, tour bus, fake (so I never got to see pole or vegas 😭)
For the minute of random yapping, they talked about nuts, which lead to many, many innuendos, but they were (mostly) talking about the food (also lead to Dan dabbing on stage) and they talked about getting nuts from bucees and everyone went wild
I already mentioned the thing about banning ted cruz and killing trump
During the boxing section, they ran out into the audience like normal, but there weren’t proper aisles in this venue, so they ran through one of the rows (they were pretty wide but still) so they were kinda scooching sideways and apologising to people as they ran past rather slowly
One of the confessions was that someone knew Phil was gay because he talked with very wide spread fingers
Another confession said “someone in the audience said you were an owl” and they made it seem like Phil didn’t get it so he could say “who” but he obviously understood
Phil reblogged that post from Dan right before intermission ended😂
I think that’s what I remember off the top of my head! If anyone else remembers anything feel free to add on! I’m so sad this was my last show, like I literally had the best time ever! It’s been so amazing to see dnp in real life and see how they really do shine on stage, like they’re really amazing performers! And it’s so cool to be in a room full of phannies and all going crazy together, like phannies are some of the most fun, kindest people I’ve ever met! I’ve actually had the craziest, best week of my life and all I can say is “this was the most fun I’ve ever had” 🫶🫶🥹

Some adult designs for my absolute favs.. hehe (Mostly related to my own lil AU of Tweek x Craig’s future!)
I spent a lot of time working on them! probably my biggest project yet, haha. I had so much fun designing! I really wanted to keep their signature colors so I did my best!
Here’s some information about each character I have thought of while designing them! (adding below the cut)
Tweek Tucker
27 | 5′7 | Manager of Tweek Bros. Coffee | Happily Married
Tweek has been the manager of Tweek Bros. Coffee since graduating high school. He worked hard in order to help support his and Craig’s bills while Craig focused on his engineering studies. (Both wanted to move out quickly and be on their own instead of living at home.)
Tweek is extremely close with Tricia, the two frequently text each other / make plans to hang out. He even hired her to work at the coffee shop when she needed to make extra money during school!
When he’s not working at the coffee shop, Tweek writes and records his own music from home. He has a large following on social media for his music! (I hc he writes love songs based on his relationship with Craig.)
He became obsessed with self-care after Bebe, Wendy, Nichole, and Tricia introduced him to skincare routines during high school. He was one of the few boys who had the best complexion.
(Tweek also started wearing cherry flavored lip balm around this time.. Craig likes the flavor when they kiss LMAO)
Tweek paints his nails to avoid biting them, but he still bites them during his most anxious days.
He managed to cut back on coffee significantly after high school, and is able to sleep better because of it. (Also because he and Craig sleep better together in their very own bed!)
Tweek has a picture of Craig in his engineering suit hanging in the Tweek Bros. coffee shop next to his grandfather.
Craig Tucker
27 | 6′1 | aerospace engineer | Proud Husband
Craig decided to study engineering in order to work for NASA after college. For awhile, he felt guilty about Tweek working long hours at his parents coffee shop in order to support them. However, with the encouragement from Tweek and his family, Craig made it a point to study hard and later return the favor after graduating.
Craig proposed to Tweek almost immediately after high school, but the two didn’t get married until Craig graduated from college. They managed to save enough money for a decently sized venue and
On lunch breaks, Craig likes to send flowers to Tweek Bros. to surprise his husband.. Though Tweek gets frustrated because he always does this during rush hour at the shop.
As much as Craig likes to fluster Tweek by buying gifts, he’s always blindsided by Tweek serenading him when he gets home from work.
In his free time, he likes to build things for their three guinea pigs at home, or work on his motorcycle.
Craig keeps a picture of Tweek in his engineering suit and brags about his husband to his coworkers.
Craig still makes time to hang out with Clyde, Tolkien, and Jimmy on his weeks off.
Wendy Testaburger
27 | 5′5 | Harvard Alumni | The Smart One
Wendy first studied in Denver after high school, but later finished her P.HD at Harvard. She broke up with Stan during high school and has been focusing on herself and her education since.
Wendy frequently returns to South Park to visit her friends and family. She is still considered as Bebe’s best friend and the two are almost always hanging out.
Wendy was asked to be a bridesmaid at Tweek and Craig’s wedding and played a huge part at organizing the venue.
(One day Tweek called her frantic and stressed out over planning, and she made it a point to find the perfect venue / organized guest lists and whatnot so Tweek could catch a break.)
She takes pride in her appearance, and is probably the most elegantly dressed in her friend group.
Nichole Daniels
27 | 5′4 | Competitive Gamer | Social Butterfly
Nichole is a social media personality who focuses on beauty, video/board games, and the environment. She goes to school to eventually work in marketing!
Nichole attends various gaming events in both South Park and Denver, and her teammates consider her to be the most compassionate (and competitive) player.
(Eric Cartman is her biggest hater, but she easily floors him in every game they decide to play at their local game center.)
Nichole was one of the few who stayed in South Park during her first few semesters in college. She decided to stick with community college to get her basics done while also managing her social media. It worked out well and she was able to save a lot of money for university.
I hc Nichole being that super smart, pretty, and friendly student who gets good grades without trying. LOL
Nichole becomes friends with Tricia Tucker during high school since she always came with Tweek to Wendy’s or Bebe’s house. The two like to go jogging together in the mornings.
Tricia Tucker
23 | 5′9 | Barista | Pilates Queen
Tricia is the tallest girl on her volleyball team during high school and is later given scholarships to play professionally in college. She is very athletic and is almost always seen wearing her leggings and sneakers around town.
She is almost always seen with a resting bitch face, however is always smiley around Tweek or her best friend, Karen McCormick. (They are also the only two she frequently texts on a daily basis.) Craig gets annoyed sometimes when he comes home from work to find Tricia on his couch talking to Tweek.. especially if it’s on a night where they have a date planned.
Tricia works at Tweek Bros. Coffee during the summers, mainly because she likes spending time with her brother-in-law and also because it’s a lax job. LOL
She is the literal queen of sarcasm. Any snide remark that comes her way, she retorts with an even bigger insult.
Tweek had to scold her a few times for treating rude customers bad.. even though he finds it funny when they are taken aback by her comments.
Bebe Stevens
27 | 5′6 | Makeup Artist | Complete Diva
Bebe works as a makeup artist for various clients. She can pull off literally any look her customers desire. She is always on Coonstagram posting her artistry and has over a million followers both there and on TikTok.
Tweek considers Bebe his best friend, and she was chosen as his maid of honor for his wedding. She helped him pick out dresses and makeup looks for the bridesmaids.
The morning of his wedding, he was so distraught over his skin looking paler than usual (due to stress) and Bebe saved the day by giving him a natural look.
Bebe is the main reason why Tweek became passionate for skincare / taking better care of his body. (Aside from Craig, but Bebe had a hands on solution for Tweek to use himself.)
Bebe has an on and off relationship with Clyde throughout high school, but as adults she discovers she truly loves him and they eventually get together permanently.
She’s also a supportive gf and wears shoes from Clyde’s shoe store in her instagram posts, tagging him and sharing business.
Bebe switches her style a lot, especially if trends change. She favors a more alternative look for the most part.
Clyde Donovan
27 | 5′6 | Business Owner | Professional Crybaby
Clyde went to college for business and advertising in order to gain experience and knowledge in being a business owner, though slacked off way more than he should have in the beginning. Jimmy and Tolkien had to knock some sense into him when he almost flunked out of college because of his bad grades.
He brought them up, though! And managed to get a business degree.
Clyde dated several girls out of college, (most of them suspiciously looking or acting similar to Bebe..) but the relationships never went anywhere. He was almost always looking at Bebe’s Coonstagram feed for updates in her life, despite the two talking every week.
Eventually, they hang out again in person while Bebe is in town and the two get together again later on.
He used to get annoyed when people called him chunky in school, but later grew indifferent after playing football and getting praise for being the best quarterback on the team.
He definitely has the “I peaked in high school” vibe when he brags about his high school football scores.
Clyde sometimes helps Craig work on his motorcycle if Craig helps him with his car troubles. haha
Jimmy Valmer
27 | 5′7 | Comedian | Beef King
Jimmy majored in fine arts and traveled the country doing comedy skits. Throughout his time in college and travels, Jimmy had several partners and was widely known as a heart throb. He can charm anyone with his witty remarks and jokes.
Jimmy is close friends with Timmy and returns to South Park to visit him on regular holidays.
Jimmy, Timmy, Tolkien, Clyde, Craig, and Tweek used to work out together, but Clyde eventually stopped going after high school and Craig would get mad when Jimmy benched heavier weights than him in petty contests. (Though Craig isn’t malicious, but Jimmy made him look the fool several times in front of Tweek, which embarrassed him.)
Jimmy is packin’ all the muscle and isn’t afraid to show it.
Jimmy and Tricia form an unlikely bond during the preparations for Tweek and Craig’s wedding. She even helped Jimmy come up with the best witty remarks during his speech in case Craig came up with a snarky response.
Tolkien Black
27 | 6′3 | Criminal Justice Major | The Voice of Reason
Tolkien studied criminal justice in university and graduated at the top of his class. He played college football on the side while also being part of several clubs in the process. He is considered a well rounded student with high goals and ambitions.
Tolkien stopped dating Nichole after high school due to their difficult schedules clashing, and being long distance. The two remained close friends afterwards, and always make time to catch up if they see each other back home in South Park.
Tolkien still has deep feelings for her, especially since she’s become so independent and carefree during their time apart. (If he’s in the area and Nichole has a game tournament, he attends to cheer her on like the simp he is. LOL)
Craig, Tolkien, Tweek, and Jimmy have a particular interest in reading and have their own little book club of fantasy / sci-fi related books they exchange to read.
Tolkien won’t admit it, but he enjoys reading fantasy romance novels and poetry.
Tolkien is the only friend out of Craig’s group who actually gives good advice. When Craig and Tweek or Bebe and Clyde fight, Tolkien is always the one who points out where the issues start.
Though, despite giving good advice, he has a hard time listening to his own advice. LOL

Being around Louis was easy, even if the two of them weren’t in their setting of choice. The drive to Florida was almost a full day’s journey, so they’d broken it up with a stop-off at a motel on their way. They’d shared driving responsibilities, and Scotty had given Lou full control over music by way of thanking him for the favour he was doing him.
Despite the nerves that had been rattling through his bones, Scotty had thought it was nice getting to spend some one-on-one time with his old friend. While he still maintained that Louis Denver was the best friend he’d ever had, he knew the brunette across from him had been through a lot over the years that they’d known one another, and some things were next to impossible to move on from. Louis’ sudden departure back to Lowell all those years ago had gutted both Scotty and Cassie – it turned out that even when you thought you'd moved on from your mom abandoning you from a young age without so much as a backwards glance, life would be there to throw constant reminders at you that actually, no, you’re not over it. Still, they’d been persistent, both with Louis and Amelia, and hadn’t given up hope on their friends.
All the same, some wounds never healed – or rather, with time, the flesh pieced itself back together again, clumsy and jagged, leaving gaping scars where the pain had once lived. Scotty knew that Louis loved them, he had no doubt about it, but time had changed them. It had ripped a hole in the fabric of their friendship, tiny habits shifting, traditions changing – minute details that Louis no doubt hadn’t noticed, but ones that Scotty held onto all the same. Lou’s Christmases were no longer spent at Lucy’s with her wife and kids as Scotty’s plus one, but down in Madison Square Garden with Max for the yearly Teddy Bear Toss. Easter Scavenger Hunts with Cassie had become a two-person outing, with Amelia lost to a bottle of Vodka, and Louis gorging on jelly beans with Joey.
As it was, it had become a rare thing for the two of them to be able to enjoy some alone time together, which is why Scotty was making up for all that lost time by having a full breakdown in front of the mirror of their hotel room.
“Have ties always been this difficult? Has it always been such a damn pain in the ass to get these things on?” Scotty grumbled, giving himself a once over as his fingers trembled over the fabric, eventually falling limp at his sides as he gave up.
He spared Louis a glance, offering his friend a meek smile. The two of them still had half an hour to haul ass and get themselves downstairs, but at the rate Scotty was moving it was starting to look unlikely. When he’d asked Louis to accompany him to a wedding for the weekend, he thought that his friend’s presence would be all it took to put an end to his jitters. Both the ceremony and the reception were taking place in the same venue – their hotel room situated just several floors above their destination – and Louis had insisted that Scotty probably wouldn’t even see Indra, what with the sheer scale of the wedding they were attending. No doubt his ex – and her insanely handsome fiancé - would be lost in a sea of faces, but the potential of seeing her again after so long was starting to feel like a reality.
Scotty liked to consider himself a relatively easy-going guy. Most people perceived him as fun-loving and amiable enough, but he’d never been fully on board with those descriptors. His anxiety had been diagnosed from a young age – not too long after his mom had left – and it tended to rear its ugly head more often than he cared to admit. When Louis and Amelia left, he’d tried his hardest not to take it personally, not to make it about himself; He loved and empathised with both of them, especially upon learning their circumstances, so he’d pushed his own feelings aside and focused his energy on creating safe spaces for his friends. And then Indra had come along and taught him what it was like to feel loved – truly loved, with no exceptions, and no fear of being left behind. Until she’d done exactly that, leaving him jilted and alone, once again wondering if he’d ever be good enough for anybody.
How was he supposed to reconcile with not only seeing her again, but on the arm of a man she’d promised a future to? The same future she couldn’t offer him.
“Maybe we shouldn’t go? I mean, I doubt I’d be missed," Scotty groaned, edging away from the mirror and throwing himself back down onto his bed, not caring if his suit crumpled in the process. ”And it’s Florida, we could literally do anything else, right?”

Last night at the O in Denver was...insane. Wednesday said we were his loudest show of the entire tour. The ENTIRE tour. Was I embarrassed to meet him a second time? Yes! Was he of course the sweetest and happy for me to give him my little present and ripped up letter of appreciation splattered in fake blood? Of course. I caved and hugged that man so hard. 💀
Meet and greet line is the best time for meeting new people and talking endlessly about music. So many stories ranging from Frankestein Drag Queen vinyl finds to...the hard details of what it's like working in the funeral business. Made new friends immediately. Made new best! friend immediately that's sitting on a gold mine of early Weds photos! What followed? Great weed, once again, at the Wednesday 13 show...
Venue was beautiful inside and made great j&c. Got a double to prepare for The Man. Everyone lost their damn minds. Got a pick from Gemini's guitarist and had a moment with their drummer to shake em and tell him how great he is! He did receive a kiss, though not from me.
Wednesday talked about a few things that were different than the other 2 shows, but I can't remember exactly what now (brain too happy). He DID do a lot of wiggling his tongue through his fingers while talking about necrophilia, and I didn't know whether to watch him or the bouncer.
It started snowing right after the show. I mean truly snowing, beautiful, coating everything in this powdery blanket that I've only seen in movies. New friend and I walked through the streets in it, talking, freezing, bought 2 slices of pizza from a little place behind a window, ran with the pizza to a bar where we ordered mugs of tea to warm up. More talking... Would have gone to hers if I wasn't running on 4 hours sleep and had a flight the next morning- a shame.
I wanted to get out and fucking live! I got the itch again and I knew what I needed. There's so much magic in not knowing, and just GOING! Feeling happy, free, dazed... Hope my letter made him smile and laugh, I said almost everything I wanted to say. Now all I can say is, hell yeah! 🤘🏻💚
#if theres one thing about me its that im gonna have adventures#broke again...and happy about it#count fagula

Visions of Dallas

youtube
MUSIC
Bridges Crockett can’t burn
Singer’s been everywhere but blends Texas country and blues in ‘Visions of Dallas’
Name a city — any city — and Charley Crockett has probably been there.
Born near the southern tip of Texas, the singer spent his early childhood in a trailer park with his single mom near Brownsville.
In his late teens and 20s, he “hoboed” around the world, playing in subways and on street corners and crashing wherever he could in Spain, New Orleans, Copenhagen, New York City, Paris and Morocco.
He lived in Northern California, where he worked on a marijuana farm and got busted for selling the harvest.
Since 2017, he’s settled in Austin, although his roots there are still loose, since he’s on the road half the time.
But of all the places he’s been, perhaps the key spot in the picaresque story of Charley Crockett is Dallas, which is why he named his latest album after Big D.
The singer, 40, released Visions of Dallas on Monday, a companion album to his 3-month-old $10 Cowboy and featuring songs from the same recording sessions.
Visions of Dallas is classic Crockett, an uncompromising blend of Texas country and blues marked by the singer’s unique phrasing and smooth-as-scotch baritone.
“I’d be lying to you if I said it hadn’t been suggested to me before,” he says with a laugh, when asked about the Dallas title.
He’s speaking by phone before a show in Cleveland, where he’s about to do a VIP meet-and-greet — a long way from his days playing for spare change on the grimy streets of Deep Ellum.
He admits putting Dallas in the title was a repeated suggestion of his fiancée, Taylor Grace, a Houston-born singer-songwriter whom Crockett calls “the best thing that ever happened to me.”
Grace co-wrote the title track to Visions of Dallas .
“She really loves the city,” Crockett says. “She was staying at the Fairmont Hotel downtown, looking for wedding dresses with her mama and looking out on the Dallas skyline from her hotel room, and she just wrote a song off the top of her head, thinking about my life. [The rest of the song] just jumped out of my guitar when I heard it, and we came up with a melody together.”
Well the first time I left Texas, I promised not to return
But in spite of all of my efforts, there are some bridges you can’t burn
No I can’t shake that city, and all the good she’s done for me
Having visions of Dallas, late at night in Tennessee.
youtube
Visions of Dallas is an eclectic album, with six original songs mixed with covers by the late Fort Worth native Townes Van Zandt (“Loretta”), Bob Dylan (a retooled version of his 1973 outtake “Goodbye Holly”) and Hoyt Axton’s “Trouble and Misery,” a tune about escaping hard times in Laredo and moving to Dallas.
“I think all the songs on the record are tying back to Dallas,” Crockett says. “Dallas-Fort Worth is real important to me.”
And for good reason. Crockett lived in North Texas longer than in any other area.
Arriving in Irving with his mother when he was 9, he went to Irving public schools until he dropped out and hit the road with the pawnshop guitar his mom had bought for him.
After brushes with the law and an ill-fated contract with a New York music biz exec, he returned to Dallas in the early 2010s and re-launched his career out of Deep Ellum with a pair of self-released albums that earned rave reviews from Rolling Stone and NPR.
Seven years and an armload of albums later, he’s a star, though one who still flies under the radar of mainstream popularity.
His 2022 masterwork The Man From Waco finally earned him a spot on the Billboard 200 — but just barely, scratching the surface at 199. $10 Cowboy upped the ante by a few nickels, making it to 168.
Yet Crockett has emerged as a big deal among lovers of American roots music.
This summer, he’s headlining major venues such as the 9,000-seat Red Rocks Amphitheatre outside Denver and the Ryman Auditorium, the “mother church of country music,” in Nashville.
His last Dallas show, at the Longhorn Ballroom in May, sold out well in advance.
He sings about his former home in “Avoiding Mirrors,” a song from Visions of Dallas about being haunted by lost love and sinking deep into depression.
In the lyrics, Crockett tips his Stetson to Jimmie Dale Gilmore’s “Dallas,” Billy Bob’s in Fort Worth, the Trinity River, and Pegasus, the iconic flying red horse that’s been sitting atop the Magnolia Building since 1934.
You can find me on the levee, just praying for a flood
While running from a red horse, still flying up above.
The song is a follow-up of sorts to “Trinity River,” his 2015 tale of heartbreak where he dreams of his corpse floating downstream.
In this river city, nothin’ ever lasts
Beside the lonesome blues, steady starin’ back at you.
Like a lot of songwriters, Crockett refuses to analyze or over-explain his lyrics.
“It just kind of wrote itself,” he says of “Avoiding Mirrors,” adding that he often writes on a tour bus, late at night after a gig, “when I get low-down enough.”
Still, he admits that singing the blues on Visions of Dallas is his way of coming to grips with various memories — painful and otherwise — of his days spent in North Texas, just as past songs were about his poverty-filled childhood in South Texas.
“I don’t care who you are. You could travel this whole world over and you will never outrun it,” he says. “You’ll never get away from it. You just keep ending up there.”

I MET THEM!!!!! They’re so sweet!! I kinda blacked out during my M&G but I have a video so I know what they said!
More highlights from the show under the cut! (Including spoilers)
When we arrived, there were a bunch of us stood outside the venue, and a whole parade of at least 200 suited lawyers walked past us, looking very judgmentally/confused at all the phannies, Dan mentioned the lawyers later 😂
I totally panicked during my M&g and didn’t say anything I wanted to, but it’s ok! I hugged them both and their sweaters were so soft omg
Dan said he liked my flower crown
Their voices sounded so different during the M&g! They sounded way lower
They looked a bit different too, like more like actual human beings (duh!)
They sang lizards and rave time from two separate questions during the preshow
There was an entire convent of at least 8 Sister Daniels (most of them came separately)
Like I said before, Dan said they’d just past an anniversary (not a wedding anniversary!) and it was 15 years of Dan and Phil and Phil said, no but seriously imagine it
The heart eyes on stage omg!!
They touched!!!1!! So many time, Dan kept touching Phil’s shoulder
They broke character a few times, it seemed like Phil did when Dan asked why the phouse isn’t called the douse, at one point Phil seemed to forget what he was supposed to be saying and Dan had to repeat what he said
The conspiracies were toilet, fake, tour bus, wedding (it seemed to me like most people were saying Vegas but… yk)
They kept making jokes in the show and preshow about the altitude and lack of oxygen in Denver (as someone from Texas I agree!)
Dan bit Phil pretty hard in the boxing segment, there was visible teeth marks and spit on Phil’s arm 😭😫
Phil doing the dance looked like he was trying to follow Dan, like Phil was playing just dance! He was sooo precious tho!!
Everyone was sooo loud omg, I’m prob part of the problem, my throat hurts from screaming
Shoutout to the people we met in the M&g line and agreed to film their M&g only to realise we had seats right next to each other so we hung out the whole night! Yall are awesome!! 💜
And shoutout to the group of us waiting at stage door, y’all were so sweet!! 🫶
Thanks to all the people who traded bracelets and stickers! That was so fun!
Ok, I think that’s what I remember off the top of my head! I had the best time ever and it was so amazing!! I love you Dan and Phil and I love you phannies!! 🥹🫶💜

Chicago-via-Madison quartet Slow Pulp released their newest offering "Doubt" this week. The single is lifted from their upcoming record Yard, which is set to release on September 29 via ANTI-. The laidback indie track spans just under 2.5 minutes long and the lush instrumentals add the perfect touch of summer. While the lyrics tackle self-doubt and looking to others to validate our own insecurities, the instrumental brings a brightness that pairs uniquely well.
“In my process to fight against self-deprecation, I found this strange new pattern popping up where I fished for critiques from others,” says lead singer Emily Massey. “I wanted people close to me to validate the things I hated about myself. Self-doubt had found a home in me, it felt safer to stay in this familiar negative space than to like myself. I thought if others shared that with me I wouldn’t have to do the work to change.”
