wakaba rlly wants futaba to be independent but she is very aware of her limits and needs and will support + encourage her no matter what

honestly though wakaba would dramatically alter the entirety of persona 5 in two main ways.  the first is obviously her still being around for futaba  --  maybe futaba finds the suicide note shido created for her and blames herself for her mom’s disability or something though  --  and the other involves joker’s arrival

wakaba is very much alive in her main verse;  however,  she was still hit by a car and as a result is paralyzed from the waist down and confined to a wheelchair.  she is one of very few people who have managed to survive a mental shutdown.  she and sojiro are married.
